Hotel Astoria Garden

This hotel is in close proximity to the train station which was high on our requirement as we were travelling around Italy . It is a clean hotel in a safe location with a good selection of cafes, bars & resteraunts nearby. The breakfast was of a good standard and there is a really lovely garden to enjoy drinks from the hotel bar. We found the staff really friendly and helpful and would definitely stay here again .

A big disappointment at the price we paid we thought it was a 3-4 star. More kind 1-2 star Would not wish it on anyone. Garden breakfast may sound romantic but lots of pigeons harass you. Staff friendly but simply give lip service. Breakfast was stodgy and cut melon must have been sitting there overnight covered. Definitely a disappointment with stodgy choices. Lots of cut bread open to air and prone to coughing clients. There seem a few people coughing and may reflect the air conditioning system Safe not working Decor peeling off and in a time shell of the 1970-80s Not again sadly Good luck

My friend booked me a room here for one night when I arrived in Roma. After being tired from jet lag and long distance travel, the Astoria Garden was a welcome oasis. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating, I especially loved the garden and spent a lot of time there. My room was small but it had a wonderful balcony overlooking the garden. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choices. My favorite thing was the unlimited supply of cappuccino from the machine. The hotel location and price were just right considering that rates in ROMA are outrageous. For some reason on the one night I was there the rates were not so bad, and I'm grateful to my friend for booking a room for me here.

Hotel pulito, personale cordiale, ottima la colazione e il servizio. Camera nella norma unico neo la temperatura della stanza, un po' fredda per i miei gusti. La mancanza di coperte aggiuntive mi ha costretto ad indossare un maglione aggiuntivo nella notte.

Já havíamos estado neste hotel em 2019. Resolvemos nos hospedar novamente pela localização e também custo. O hotel é muito bom. Quarto amplo, banheiro idem. Limpeza, recepção tudo ótimo. Há opção de tomar café em um jardim interno. Destaque para recepção.

Hotel strategico per la posizione vicino alla stazione Termini e quindi a tutti i mezzi di trasporto pubbico compresi quelli da e per l'aeroporto. Zona tranquilla anche la sera. Stanze un po' piccole con carta da parati alle pareti un poco vecchiotta ( magari basterebbe toglierla e ridipingere le pareti) comunque dotate di tutto il necessario, pulite, ben climatizzate e con bagno nel quale sono presenti i dispenser per il sapone e il bagno schiuma (bravi niente sprechi di plastica!). La colazione in estate si può consumare in un giardino installato nel cortile interno, un bananeto arredato con tavolini di ferro e belle piante nel quale è possibile anche bere un aperitivo. Altra nota favorevole sono gli impiegati della reception e il personale di sala, gentili e disponibili. Da consigliare a chi cerca una sistemazione comoda, pulita e non voglia spendere tantissimo.
