This was a special midweek stay we arrive and greeted by caretaker who checked us in then asked for bedroom tax 20 euro. We were given two codes and one key a lot to remember felt like a caretaker then was told no one is here from five onwards we didn’t see anyone after 2pm .Shown to our room were it was so disappointing. Very small bed was small one sheet one pillion each very hard one small cabinet and single wardrobe no amenities, had to ask for iron we’re they found one in a neighbours apartment . Plug on wall was lose so unsure to use NO Internet access when asked was told it’s bad connection. ? Shower was full of lime scale unable to use to no water pressure because of the crust around it . Looking out of the window was faced with other windows and knickers swinging around off a line which looked disgusting. Should be a court yard was full of Brocken bikes and scooters dead plants and a mouse in the corner dead. Breakfast was 8/10 am where it was a self service of fruit yogurt and ham and cheese croissants . The man serveing the hot drinks was lovely it’s a small place fits four small tables and two chairs each . Of a night a sirens would go off when asked they said it’s from the offices above yes this is not a hotel its one floor inside office and apartments . An excellent base to visit Rome. Perfectly situated in a quiet back street just around the corner from the shuttle bus and walking distance from the delights that Rome has to offer. Not to be missed.

We enjoyed a lot stay at Piccolo Imperiale. The location is amazing, near by restaurants and easy way to go to mainly turistic spots. The breakfast is super good! Next trip to Rome Piccolo will be pur place again! Thanks so much!!

Nice hotel with everything you need and a great price for a getaway to Rome with a very good location, behind Castello Sant’Angelo and 10/15 minutes walking from the Vatican. The staff is very friendly and ensured we had a very good stay and helped us very well!

ESTABLECIMIENTO QUE ME HA ESTAFADO Reserve una habitación de tres y ellos solo me reservaron para dos mayores tuve que pagar suplemento por mi nieta. Tenia desayuno incluido, tres días pidiendo cacao para la leche no había, otro día no les quedaba café, el penúltimo día no había personal para el desayuno, me tuve que ir a la calle y pagármelo yo, y para colmo no hicieron ni la habitación, el aire acondicionado casi no enfriaba y te ponen un ventilador para compensar (en roma 35 grados). Los desagües del lavabo pierden agua y el lavabo se llena de agua con el peligro de poder caer; la ducha sale el agua tibia y en el lavabo no sale fría

Purtroppo non si può dare meno di una stella, altrimenti lo avrei fatto. Appena entrata in questa camera odore pungente di sporco e di sudore , letto pieno di peli, bagno fatiscente , a parte lo sporco generale, capelli dentifricio ovunque , non mi é stato possibile lavare nemmeno le mani, dato che lo scarico del lavandino non funzionava, risaliva su capelli, valanghe di pelo e pezzi di cibo. UNO SQUALLORE ASSOLUTO, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. Che Schifo.

Personale cortese e disponibile, buona la posizione vicino a Castel Sant’Angelo e alla fermata della metro A Lepanto. Stanza pulita e accogliente con aria condizionata. Unica pecca il wi-fi, non sempre in grado di garantire una connessione stabile. In definitiva esperienza sicuramente positiva, ci ritornerei.

Un patron d'etablissement fantôme qui ne passe pas les bonnes informations a son personnel. A l'arrivée personne sur place. Une chambre double pour 4 a la place de la chambre familiale prévue...salle de bain vetuste. Neanmoins bonne situation geographique, bien desservi et personnel conciliant.

Excelente localização, bom atendimento. Acesso fácil, há elevador. Ambientes limpos. Rasoável café da manhã. Está localizado a 50 metros do ponto de ônibus que leva direto ao aeroporto, bons restaurantes próximo, a 100 metros do Castel Sant Angelo, a 5 minutos do Vaticano.

Cambian a mi hija de habitación sin siquiera una llamada. Gran susto al llegar por la noche y encontrar otra pareja en su habitación. Le habían recogido la maleta y se la habían llevado a otra habitación sin decirnos nada. No hay cobertura en la habitación. Hay que salir a la ventana para hablar por teléfono. Creía que había contratado con desayuno y al llegar me dicen que no es así.

Hôtel très bien situé, et personnel très très chaleureux. Arrêt de bus à côté de l’hôtel pour accéder à l’aéroport. Et surtout, proche de la Cité du Vatican. Pratique pour visiter les monuments principaux de la ville. Génial!

Habitación muy grande, limpia y con mucha luz. La salita para desayunar pequeña, aunque te dan la opción de llevarla en una bandeja a la habitación. El desayuno en si, bastante bien, tostadas, croissant, magdalenas, tarta, fruta, zumos, cereales, yogurt.. el personal muy amable, aunque les cuesta algo el español, pero se esfuerzan en entenderte y atender tus peticiones. El hotel bien situado, el Vaticano a 10 min, y el centro a 15 min. La única pega el baño, va pidiendo una reforma. Muy recomendable

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti al Piccolo Imperiale con mia figlia. Situato in posizione strategica e in un quartiere tranquillo. Camere confortevoli e silenziose. Il ragazzo dello staff molto cortese. Prenoterei sicuramente un altro soggiorno.
