Giuturna Boutique Hotel

Poor breakfast but great location

We stayed at this Hotel in their "Airbnb" next door; the owners run it as an extension of their hotel. To say this was the worst hotel experience of our lives is an understatement. We also stayed at a Red Roof Inn once in a sketchy area in New Jersey (we were young and desperate and found a used... well, you can imagine, in the sheets)...this was worse. It all started when they told us that the AC had broken that morning (it was 98'f) but they had put fans in the room. ...Let me tell you, pushing hot air around the room when you can't open the windows does not help! When I asked why, they didn't tell me this when I texted to check in that morning, giving them our ETA. The man just shrugged and said they put fans in that should be enough. When the host showed us to the room, he got into the elevator with our luggage and asked my 75-year-old mother to go up with him; the lecherous old man whispered in her ear "It may be old, but it still goes up." When we brought this up to management, they said, "It must have been a language translation issue". I will let you decide if you believe that! The worst part of this was that the owners refused to make it right with us! So, I am here to warn you of the possibility of a horrible time. All of that said, the location is perfect, right next to Trevi, in the heart of my favorite part of the city. Location is everything but $600/night to sleep in 98'f weather without AC is not worth it. This may be a once in 10 year bad experience for them... remember that they are not willing to make anything right if you have a bad expereince.

Excellent location - very short walk to Fontana Trevi, Spanish steps and main shopping and restaurant areas. Great service from sisters Lyra and Chey. Good size and clean rooms. Only drawback was no AC so had to open window and very noisy outside since we were in the second floor. Also no elevator.

My daughter and I stayed at this location for one night on July 9th. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was fantastic. Excellent room, great facilities, very clean and awesome staff. Location was excellent short walk to Fontana di Trevi and Spanish Steps. Would definitely return to this location. I highly recommend.

This place is exactly what we looking for! Close walking to trevi fountain and all restaurants! It location, rooms spacious and CLEAN! 5/5 Front desk helpful and friendly 5/5 Area is safe across taxi stand 5/5 Cute and boutique feeling. Would stay again!

We had a morning flight so we were at the hotel before 12 am. We booked the ride from hotel so they knew our early arrive and the room was ready. Stayed at 205, nice quite modern room and bathroom. Nice view to Tritone. A bit noisy at times but understandable considering the location. Breakfast was good, a very friendly and nice young lady made us coffee and pancakes, we also had toast, croissant, fruits, apple juice, yoghurts etc. Something for everyone. Everyone at reception were friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and it was done well. The location is great, you can walk everywhere and there are great places to eat and drink nearby. Would definitely come again.

I was so happy to stay here after having stayed at several chain hotels on an extended trip through Europe. Personalized service. Chiara and Lyra were fantastic in making arrangements from transfers to restaurant reservations and even printing out our travel documentation. Housekeeping was very respectful of our time in the room and our personal belongings, but still very thorough in cleaning. The room was just right for myself and my 8 year old, with 1 medium-sized luggage and a small trolley. It did not feel cramped to me. The hotel has no elevator though, but Chiara got someone to bring up our luggage for us. Location is perfect. Minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain and other sights. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The view from our room was lovely.

Honestly I can only say good things about this hotel. The staff were amazing, the rooms were cozy and walking distance to everything. The restaurant next door was beautiful and you receive a 10% discount when you are guests of the hotel. I will definitely be coming here on my next visit to the city. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Stayed here for two nights. Basically just around the corner from the Trevi fountain, and in walking distance to everything in the city centre. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Just beware that the shower gets really slippery!
