Disgusting place with rubbish service never again will I risk it

Me parece una vergüenza que se oferten este tipo de alojamientos. Era una especie de casa compartida con una habitación enana y sin ventanas, por no hablar de lo mal que olía y lo sucia que estaba. La habitación no tenía ninguna clase de pestillo para dejar el equipaje seguro. Fui con una amiga y pasamos verdadero miedo. La zona en la que está es bastante mala y muy alejada del centro. Nos quedamos tres noches y nos tuvimos que ir la primera del miedo y asco que nos dio. En la página ofrecen atención 24 horas, nosotras llegamos más tarde de las 12 y no nos querían atender. Recomiendo encarecidamente que nadie se hospede en esa especie de vertedero.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Dodgy and Unprofessional We arrived early to this Dirty Building, but nobody was there. Nobody answered us for 2hours. Finally we spoke with someone who told us to LEAVE the property because they had nowhere to store our bags before check in. (We emailed a couple of days before asking about storage but no response) After this we organised check in for 4pm, but we waited for over another hour because the owner didn't answer his phone to let us into our room. In the end he gave us a code over the phone to get in ourselves... Mouldy shower, footprints on bedroom wall, hot rooms, our toiletries stolen, holes in the doors. Another Guest arrived at 11pm and was given the WRONG key to his room so he couldnt get in.. Please do NOT stay here this Place is a disgrace and should be shut down. To top it off the first person we saw at this awful property was another Guest Warning us about this place and saying how BAD it was, unfortunately we had already paid. They also have not updated their information online so to our supsrise had to pay alot more for tourist tax.

Palazzina fatiscente, stanza fatiscente, lenzuola puzzolenti. Bisognerebbe mandarci i NAS in questo posto. Mai più (sono scappata). Il tutto per 297€ per due notti, un furto, solo perché in quel periodo Roma era piena di eventi.
