Best hotel I stayed in Europe so far New to attraction and is good location

The room is spacious. Things are clean. The staff there is really friendly.

地理位置很好，離鬥獸場很近很方便。房間整潔衞生，每天有客房打掃服務。就是聯繫不太方便，無前台，攜程提供的電話號碼都無法接通。後來聯繫了攜程的客服找到工作人員的。找到以後服務還不錯。

Кидалово!!!мы забронировали оплатили,приехали звонили никто не открыл,потом заходила одна женщина мы зашли с ней поднялись на этаж звонили,но так никто не открыл,долго скитались по улицам в поиске переночевать!!

B&B is located 300 meters from the Colosseum. Around a 30 minute walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Staff was great. Our return flight home got cancelled and Angie went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay.

Very clean, comfortable room with aircon that worked well in the hot weather. Excellent support from Angie who maintains the rooms, providing anything extra required to make our stay comfortable. Unusual protocol for checking in. No front desk, just remote support from Simone who was excellent providing transport from airport to hotel. Just as well we had the transport as it was not immediately obvious that the common front door to the building led to the rooms on the 1st floor. Did not meet Simone, every request was handled over the phone. Did meet with owner Sarah who recommended a local restaurant, that did turn out to be very good. Isidore. Simone, Angie and Sarah spoke good English, so I did not have to resort to Italian tourist phrases

This hotel is a complete joke!!! I recently stayed at Prisca Relais, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of a nightmare🤬🙄 I felt compelled to share my experience here, as it reflects the poor management and lack of customer care at this establishment. During my stay, I encountered a sudden electricity cut while I was in the middle of a shower and left me in complete darkness. As I stepped out of the bathroom, I realized that the entire building was affected by the power outage. Considering the hot weather, with temperatures soaring to 35°C, it was unbearable without the air conditioner. To ensure our safety and comfort, I immediately reached for the hotline number provided in our room. (Because there were no reception in the hotel, you have to call) However, the response from the hotline was nothing short of rude and insincere. The representative simply said, "We are sorry, please wait. We don’t know what to do too. Bye." This dismissive and unhelpful response left me and my friends stunned and increasingly frustrated. As requested, we patiently waited for an hour, hoping that someone would address the electricity issue and restore our comfort. Unfortunately, no one arrived to fix the problem, and we were left to suffer in the heat and darkness. I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience at Prisca Relais. The hotel's inability to handle a basic amenity like electricity, coupled with the discourteous and unhelpful response from the hotline, has left me with a negative impression that I cannot overlook. I strongly advise future guests to consider alternative accommodations until the management here takes the necessary steps to improve their service and prioritize customer satisfaction. It is essential that they learn from this incident and ensure that no other guest has to endure such problem in the future. I sincerely hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that the necessary actions will be taken to rectify the issues I have highlighted. Guests deserve a much better experience than what I encountered during my stay.

Excellent location Private taxi transfers : on time and friendly We did not like: The maid using our charger to charge her mobile. We caught her red handed and she did not even apologise Bathroom (shower) not very clean We were asked for a picture of our credit card: NO! This is wrong

A lot better than expected. Beautiful and clean interior with friendly staff. Excellent location 5 min walk from the Colosseo, near every transport you need. No noise despite the vicinity of the road. The mattress was exceptional and perfect sleep, as it was much needed. Definitely coming back!  Water and soft drinks in the fridge are charged, although there is no price list to warn you. These could be complimentary for the price we are paying...

Hello I am giving this hotel perfect 5 star or even 10 stars without even staying there. A group of friends and I was planning to visit Italy and decided to make a reservation un this hotel but with refundable option. We made our reservations through ******* but the very next day our plan changed and everyone canceled but me because the reservation showed non refundable. I then contacted ******* and they told there is nothing they can do and I had contacted the hotel directly. I tried to call but was not successful till surprisingly I received a call from them. They told me they had a missed call from me and I explained the situation. Then they contacted me via whatsapp and informed me they canceled my reservation and I will receive my refund. Although this time U could not stay here but I definitely will do it in a future. They showed me they care and listened to customer concerns and that is what matter. Grazie And Thank you

Such an amazing place to stay, everything is in walking distance, room looks absolutely amazing, clean modern, loved interior design. Has proper air conditioning, just do not open windows in order air conditioning to work properly, lady at reception was absolutely amazing and warm person. There is Safe for your valuable items, mini fridge with very affordable drinks, just 5min walking to colosseum, just 2min walk to hundreds of restaurants. Definitely use the restaurant recommended by the hotel called Isodor (sorry if I spelled wrong, I lost the card with the proper name on it) this restaurant blew our minds. Literally downstairs there is most amazing little place called ciuri ciuri, staff become best friends to us. We are definitely coming back next year for longer period. Our stay was more than we expected and part of that we thank you To this guest house.

Comfortable accommodations in a great neighborhood in Roma. Staff leaves at 6 so plan your time accordingly. Due to delayed flights we arrived after 6pm and staff guided us to check in next door at the cafe. The room was a fair size and the bed was very comfortable. Street is very quiet, air conditioning worked well, no complaints!

This hotel is small and quiet. The rooms, and the beds, were comfortable with a coffee machine and a small kitchen area. Very clean and with a small cafe next door, it’s the perfect place to spend a city break. Everywhere is within walking distance. The colosseum is five minutes away and there are bars and cafes within a short distance. The staff were friendly and helpful.
