Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um sich zu entspannen und Zeit mit einem geliebten Menschen zu verbringen. Das Essen war fantastisch und wurde immer pünktlich geliefert. Einige Mitarbeiter könnten etwas mehr Professionalität gebrauchen. Es ist definitiv nicht professionell, mit ihrem ausländischen Ehemann unhöflich über eine Filipina zu sprechen. Abgesehen davon definitiv 4 von 5 Punkten.

Schöner Ort, interessante Lage und nur 2 Minuten Fahrt von der Stadt entfernt. Kein Strand, nur ein kleiner Swimmingpool. Das Zimmer war ok, die Kochgelegenheiten waren ausreichend und wir hatten einen schönen Balkon, auf dem wir grillen konnten, obwohl die einheimischen Kinder uns ständig nach Geld bettelten, wenn wir uns auf den Balkon wagten. Bolinao ist eine kleine Stadt mit sehr wenig zu tun und wenigen Lebensmittelgeschäften. Ich schlage vor, dass Sie Ihre Vorräte kaufen, bevor Sie hierher kommen. Was die Strände angeht, haben wir Patar und Old Rock ausprobiert und ich war von keinem besonders beeindruckt. Wir wagten uns zu den Wasserfällen und landeten bei Nr. 3. Mein 5-Jähriger hatte Spaß, also war es einen Besuch wert, obwohl ihm danach schlecht war, ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es am Wasser lag. Würde ich Bolinao wieder besuchen? Nein, es gibt weitaus bessere Orte auf den Philippinen. Würde ich Sundowners empfehlen? Ja, teuer, aber nett.

Good -Spectacular Ocean view, literally overlooking marina and ocean perched on a hill side, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Rooftop bar and welcome drink. Couple Marina was spacious and had separate bedroom. Air-conditioned. Shower was not warm but was later checked and supposedly working, local drinking water provided. In room in hot cold water dispenser Eating area on balcony, full kitchen and dishware and beer / cola stocked in ref. Basement garage parking and guard. Restaurant on site with good food and drinks. Parking a bit limited on site (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Dine in room available lunch and on. Pizza available also. Boat rides available to contract to go see giant clams available. Use QR code and messenger to order food in room. Housekeeping very responsive. Phone in room. Market short walk or motorcycle ride up the hill. Bad -No elevator and steep stairs to go from top to bottom. Ugly -No beach.

WORST WELCOME EXPERIENCE EVER! Your receptionist (or manager, Ms. S**a) needs a lecture in customer service and handling objections. I've been traveling for most of my life; this is the first time somebody went out of her way to reprimand and penalize us for violating the 2-adults-per-room rule! 2,400 extra for a 4y/o kid!? We always had our kid join us in our trips. But, oh boy, were you the only one who cared so much about it. We didn't need the extra beddings and towel! I only regret that we couldn't get a refund...and my pregnant wife was too tired to transfer. Your people care more about policies than customer experience. What a waste of a beautiful resort. What's even more upsetting is that we came here right on my wife's birthday, January 29. This was our first stop, having an argument with your staff ruined the whole day for me. This policy and extra room charge for 2y/o and up wasn't mentioned in Agoda. If we knew, we would not have booked at your hotel because it will be comparable to the better ones in Patar area. Your place is too far from the nice beaches, anyway! So...we all understand the policy. Too bad, every other hotel we've been to was willing to look the other way, except yours. (You have amazing room attendants though. They got us everything we needed, plus more. Even went above and beyond to get us brand new katol and mosquito bat. They should be the ones managing your hotel.) The person we had a conflict with even had the guts to say that she's willing to part ways with Agoda and discontinue thr OTA (?) if Agoda can't manage it's customers' expectations. #LikeaBoss I hope this gets to the right people who can make a change in this Jurassic policy. You hoped to gain P2,400 extra in one stay, but you lost a repeat customer, referrals and instead a negative review. And I hope we'll be the last family, with a pregnant wife celebrating a birthday, to have to go through this horrible experience!

This review is for the Sundowners Beach Mansion and not the Villa. The mansion is about 30 min drive west of the Villa. We stayed there in January with about 14 of us. Space is private with access to the beach. There was about 3 rooms inside the mansion and 3 outside bungalow style. Place was well maintained with workers that live on-site as well. There really wasn't lively activities around the area but the Bolinao falls like about a 20 min drive away. If you're into the city life, stay at the villa. This is more about relaxing and enjoying the surrounding areas. We also got that dinner where they put on the leaves and was really good. Would recommend for a big family

This review is for the Sundowners Private Beach Mansion. We went here in January and we really enjoyed it. It is about 30 min drive west of the Villa. There was about 14 of us with 3 rooms on the inside of the mansion and 3 outside bungalow style. Place was classy and was well maintained. Beach front so there was direct access to the beach. The area isn't that lively, more relaxing and private but the Bolinao Falls are close by as well as the Enchanted Caves. There are on-site workers at sleep in a room toward the outside so if you need something asap, they can help. We also got the dinner with the leaves on the bottom which was really good. Would recommend if you have a big party and want privacy.

The hotel is very exceptional. We have a great time staying, and looks like we’re in different country. The staffs are very kind. They greet us in the morning with a smile. They are also very accommodating, especially sir Jervin, in our needs, especially our transportation around Bolinao. Very recommended for everyone who wants a perfect place to stay, especially for couples.

I had an amazing experience at Sundowners Vacation Villas! The staff were incredibly nice, approachable, and accommodating. I highly commend them for their excellent service and constant warm smiles, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. A special mention goes to Sir Jerven, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout the facility. He also shared great recommendations for must-visit places in Bolinao, making our trip extra special.
