c'est un Rbnb,service nul, personnel n'est pas à l'écoute. Nous avons passé une mauvaise huit,il avait une personne impolie qui a passé toute une nuit à faire du bruit et aucune personne ne répond pas au téléphone pour réclamer et trouver une solution.

This place has large, comfy beds and wonderful hosts who bend over backwards for you. EXCELLENT LOCATION! One blick from San Giovanni stop. Walking distance to a ton of big name churches, coloseum and more. Ever so helpful in getting a reasonable price and superb driver from airport too. Note: Key needed to enter building, large apt and then your room/suite. (This was new to us but Fabiana was ever so patient!)

The property person, showed up to check in another couple and then advised that they could not accommodate my booking and there was a mix up. They left me and my partner in the street with no where to go. There was no prior email or message advising me they could not accommodate me from themselves. They did not pick up the phone they have put as their point of contact. They are refusing to assist in refunding me the money. I did not cancel or amend my booking in any shape or form, they are the ones who cancelled the booking on me. I am entitled to my full refund. You cannot even find the place properly, the address is not correct or clear. I had to ask 5 people to try to to help me, there is no name even on the doorbell to even confirm that you are at the correct place. They do not pick up the phone when you call. Rome Central Business Rooms are fraudulent people who are not genuine or helpful. They were not apologetic or understanding, they did not assist in trying to explain the situation at hand. They said that there had been a mix up, there was no room for me and that this will be cancelled from their side. I did nothing but follow my end of the booking by arriving at the property on the correct day and time. They left me stranded in the street and was in an absolute hurry to walk off. I do not recommend Rome Central Business rooms at all.
