Sonder Piazza San Pietro

Really dated, broken couch, scuffed table, uncomfortable beds. Excellent location and so much potential, but we felt like we were in a sanitariam or prison. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I didn't even want to unpack my bags I found it so unpleasant.

Great location and property, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. The room was plenty big enough for us all, bathroom was fine - the property could probably do with a little TLC but nothing major. If you are looking for a property that is a little more reasonable price wise this is a great option

We booked a two bedroom apartment and compared to the pictures I saw online and the website. The room we got was a bit outdated. However, the location is amazing as it is only a 3 minute walk from the Vatican. There are a handful of restaurants and little shops in front of the hotel. The Sonder Hotel sign is very small and can be missed easily.

What an amazing location. Walk around the block and there's Saint Peters. Along with the close location to Vatican City there's a ton a small cafes and restaurants around the corner that feel more local than touristy. There's also at least 2 places to wash clothes within a 2 minute walk.

Staying at Sonder Piazza San Pietro was an absolute delight! The location is perfect, just steps away from the breathtaking St. Peter's Square. The modern and stylishly designed apartment exceeded all my expectations, with its comfortable amenities and stunning views. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The room is clean, and we had everything we needed. Plenty of pillows, fluffy towels, and a quiet nights sleep. The room was very close to the Vatican, so that was a quick and easy walk. It was about a 25 minute walk to the charming Trestevere area.

Excellent room and place. Sure… I will come back. At the beginning I thought I had. Mistake… I was expecting a room of hotel, but no… It was better, my own flat with all commodities. The location is marvelous!

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The apartment was located in a neigborhood which gave us a glimps into Italians every day life. While the apartment is very close to the Vatican, it is about a 30+ walk to the older part of Rome. Because there is not a metro stop nearby, we used Uber a good deal. There is a train station around the corner and a more sophisticated traveler would be able to navigate the train to the metro, This was my first time staying at Sonder and I was a bit concerned about the emphasis on virtual assistance, but it could not have worked out better. Sonder customer service was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying at this location and look forward to my next stay with Sonder

Great location, clean and renovated apartment, just the beds were a bit small for two. Perfect service via WhatsApp, quick response when you should miss something. Good price for what you get. Highly recommended.
