Colosseo Studio Suite

這個酒店很好，在一個1820年代的樓裏，位置也很好，離鬥獸場一步之遙。但是有一點值得提醒，取鑰匙的地方離酒店有一段距離，大概步行一公里，然後到取鑰匙的地方也是個酒店，前台問你要不要住他那，切記一定不要圖省事將住就住了，我上樓看了一下，簡直是貧民窟，潮濕陰暗，小的插不進腳。我毅然決然説選我訂的那個，果然不一樣，有卧室客廳還帶兩個衞生間。

This hotel DOES NOT EXIST. They send you to The valle hotel, which has nothing to do with the hotel you book, the hotel is upward like 4 blocks, if you are carrying luggage this is not an easy thing to do and they don’t tell you this until you arrive to the location where it’s supposed to be.

We booked for 3 nights, two rooms. We arrived late on Sunday night and check in is at Hotel Valle a 5 min walk from studios. The reception informed us we could not stay at Colosseo but could not tell me why. Simply “ I don’t know, I start work an hour ago” then explained we would stay the night in Hotel Valle. What an absolute s*** hole! Oh also told “ sorry no hot water, hopefully be ok tomorrow as it’s Monday”! The 2nd and 3 rd night we’re spent in Colosseo slightly better rooms in appearance. However the window was hanging off its hinges and the toilet then blocked. No breakfast here, have to go back to Hotel Valle, which to be fair was just as bad as the rooms! Would NOT recommend to anyone on any budget. Customer service awful from beginning to end

Camera situata in un palazzo centrale in Via Cavour. L arredamento è un po’ datato, sia all’ingresso che in camera. La stanza però era abbastanza spaziosa e con un comodo letto. Dotata anche di divano, piano cottura e tv. Bagno spazioso e funzionale.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per 3 notti e per tutti e 3 i giorni non abbiamo potuto fare una doccia. Dal primo giorno l’acqua calda non c’era e per 2 giorni siamo stati obbligati a spostarci nell’hotel Valle solamente per poter fare una doccia. Il terzo giorno abbiamo riprovato, ma inutile dire che l’acqua tornava gelida dopo nemmeno qualche minuto. Il problema nonostante sia stato segnalato più volte non è stato risolto, ricevendo come risposta “il tecnico ha controllato e l’acqua calda c’è”, inutile dire che l’acqua calda durava 2 minuti e poi tornava ghiacciata. Parlare coi proprietari si è rivelato inutile, in quanto non si sono fatti vedere per vedere il problema o per rivolgere delle scuse. Anzi, addirittura è stata messa in dubbio la nostra capacità di accendere il bottone per l’acqua calda che si trova all’interno del bagno, quando quel bottone è stato acceso e spento più e più volte, ma ovviamente si è preferito freg****ne del problema e non prendersi la responsabilità. L’unica nota positiva è la posizione e la pulizia della camera, per il resto anche un banale servizio come il wi-fi non andava in nessuna parte della stanza e quindi era impossibile utilizzare il telefono all’interno della struttura, in quanto non c’era nemmeno campo.

El bano tenia desperfectos y malos olores, pero la propiedad es segura y esta excelente ubicada.
