"Das Zimmer war sauber und geruchlos, und die Matratze war ziemlich weich. Ich möchte besonders die Dame vom Zimmerservice auf der fünften Etage loben; sie war einfach wunderbar. Während meines Aufenthalts habe ich sie fast jeden Tag getroffen, und jedes Mal war sie so freundlich und warmherzig zu mir, wie eine große Schwester, wirklich herzerwärmend. Ich habe zwischendurch einmal das Zimmer gewechselt, und sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, trug meine Sachen hin und her und zeigte keinerlei Ungeduld. Sie ist wirklich, wirklich toll!! Wenn der Chef diese Bewertung sieht, muss er sie ihr unbedingt zeigen und sie persönlich loben."

"The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. "Als Teil einer zweitägigen Reise in Urumqi. Als ich das Zimmer zuerst bekam, schmeckte es sehr stark vom Zigarettenrauch. Es wurde von dem Personal gesagt, dass ich nur später zurückkommen konnte, um ein anderes Zimmer zu versuchen. Als ich zurückkam, erhielt ich immer noch ein Zimmer, das von Zigarettenruch geräuchert. Während die Fotos ein Fenster zeigen, ist es nur ein Fälschungsfenster, das zu dem führt, was wie ein Feuer entkommen scheint. Nur die Beschwerde über das Fenster war, dass es zu schlechter Belüftung führt. Also schmeckte mein Zimmer für Tage mit Zigarettenruch."

"Als Alleinreisender habe ich ein Einzelbett gebucht und die Zimmergröße war vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich kam mitten in der Nacht in Xinjiang an und hatte das Gefühl, dass das Zimmer nicht ausreichte. Nachdem ich an der Rezeption angerufen hatte, um Feedback zu geben, wurde sofort eine elektrische Heizung bereitgestellt. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber und sehr kostengünstig. Wenn Sie nach Xinjiang reisen und nach Urumqi fahren, haben Sie die Wahl! Wenn Sie den Eingang zum Hotel nicht finden können, rufen Sie direkt an (es gibt mehrere Hotels in einem Gebäude)."

"Photos of the  hotel particular public’s areas are not actual  Breakfast Chinese selection only old bread and no coffee . Got my own coffee and fresh break from the bakery at the entrance  Room was not made up . Reception staff was mostly on the computer and there own we chat "

"I stayed for five nights and enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. There was some construction going on nearby that sometimes caused strange noises, but nothing too disturbing. I asked for a non-smoking room and even though there was an ashtray in my room, I did not smell smoke in my room or on the floor, except for one evening, when someone nearby was smoking. The bed was medium firm, and although I prefer softer beds, I had no trouble sleeping in it. It was comfortable. The cleaning lady was friendly. For downsides, there were some technical issues. The air conditioning console was malfunctioning; I was able to do basic regulation, but turning it off sometimes required pulling the keycard from its slot. I also think I might have gotten a small electric shock from the railing where the lights over the bed were."

"Ich habe drei Tage in diesem wunderbaren Hotel verbracht. Es war so gut ausgestattet, hatte ein besonderes Design und war ein glänzender und sauberer Ort. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und es wurden neue Handtücher bereitgestellt. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und alles funktionierte. Nur in der ersten Nacht gab es einen Systemfehler und alle Lichter gingen um 6 Uhr morgens an und weckten mich. Aber sie haben es am nächsten Tag sofort repariert und waren super hilfsbereit. Das Personal, insbesondere Didi am Eingang, hat mir sehr geholfen und war so geduldig mit all meinen Fragen und Übersetzungen. Didi hat mich auch beim Verlassen überprüft und mir erklärt, wie ich mich zurechtfinde. Vielen Dank!"

"Sehr geeignet für einen Aufenthalt, die geografische Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und der Verkehr bequem. Das Zimmer ist ruhig und schallfrei, die Büropause ist zweifach und das Netz ist stabil. Der Gesundheitsstandard ist sehr hoch, der Service ist professionell und effizient, die Verfahren sind einfach, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, die Geschäftsaufenthaltsmöglichkeiten sind die erste Wahl, es lohnt sich, zurückzukaufen."
