No cell service in rooms, no Wifi, complementary ********** fighting with staff in the car park

Room was clean and service was great

Good location, great Chinese/ Malaysian restaurant out the front. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent place my son & I stayed the night it was so clean & tidy, it is an older place but clean & friendly staff

The room was a mess. The walls in the room were patched up. The room should not have been able to be rented out. There was no tv in the room, there was no door to the shower, just a shower liner. The whole bathroom would be wet after every shower. The dishes were dirty. And the screen door to the patio was off the hinges. It was not worth the money we paid.

first I had to hip and shoulder my way through door as it was sticking and then wipe the ants off the bed before sitting down we could barely sleep with the traffic sounds I was pretty convinced that a semi truck or street racer was coming through the room at some stage! Oh and if we had fire we would’ve had know because the fire alarm had been removed . It was close to everything we was in town for.

The location is accessible and the staff is nice and friendly. the room is located in level 3 and it has the view of the bridge and the city. it is good for young people but for seniors stairs is a bit hard to go up/down the building.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! The room was completely filthy dirt and hair in all the corners of the bathroom, a shoe print and hair in the shower and the toilet paper had the tear line from the previous user. There was large areas of the walls that had been damaged, the carpet had white marks on it. I felt completely unsafe and returned my room key and checked out 20 minutes after arrival. The lady at the desk was arrogant and it is falsely advertised there is no bar and no breakfast no close cafes. This is the worst I have ever been to.

I thought there may have been cutlery, plates, or dishes. Aircon was good. Bed was comfortable, good pillows, clean linen.

Not too good. Left before midnight. Box air conditioner so noisy even head phones could not drown out the noise. Bottom bed sheet was short..

Extremely noisy, no numbered parking, air conditioner was so noisy you literally couldn’t sleep. People yelling and fighting in the motel car park. Zero water pressure when a shower is all you want after travelling for over 7 hours. No phone reception at all inside the rooms so all calls & texts had to be made outside with the mosquitos and undesirable’s lurking around. Beds were clean but the place is so old & run down and the location sounds, looks & feels so unsafe!!
