Staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted us in finding various places. The gardens and bbq area were very clean and well maintained.

Luxury is the key word! Such a let down! Pam was amazing and helpful but televisions didn't work properly. One of the aircons in the room didn't work at all and dust buildup on the fans and vent in bathroom triggers off allergies!

We booked the three bedroom apartment for a family of 5. The team were very helpful and friendly and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Very happy we found this property for our 4 night stay in Rockhampton. Would 100% recommend and we will use again if we are in Rockhampton.

We stayed in a Studio room which was in the motel section to the left as you drive in, this was a room with a king bed with kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. It was clean and surprisingly quiet. There was a table and chairs to sit outside and a great BBQ area if you wanted some more outside space. Reception was really helpful. Big place with lots of other options if staying longer would recommend the townhouse or the apartments, but for overnight the studio was perfect.

Reception person was lovely, very friendly. Room was average for three, right on a semi main road so was very noisy. Good shower and kitchen facilities however it was dated and is dirty. Toilet was disgusting and the kitchen was filthy. Asked for a service, and all they did was make the beds (not well) and that was it! Bathrooms towels were left on the floor, no new toilet paper was left, we had to ask for milk as there was none left, two fridges which makes no sense. Very very small pool, smallest I’ve ever seen. I would not use again as it was dirty and noisy.

Stayed in the apartment for a night. Well managed apartments with all amenities. Staff in the reception was nice and accommodating. Apartment is well located in the city center. Loved our stay and will surely book again when we go back to Rockhampton.
