The hotel lobby is grand.  Housekeeping staff are good and they arranged the shoes for us neatly.  The spa facilities are great and jacuzzi is excellent.

設施：房間不大，尤其是衞生間，有點小；在沙特住了好幾家酒店，衹有他家沒有燒水壺，幸好我自己帶了；房間的窗簾沒有開關，賊難拉； 環境：大堂環境高大上；地理位置很尷尬，地鐵站在對面馬路，但沒有直接過去的路，非得繞一大圈，步行到地鐵站用時15分鐘以上； 服務：VOCO的早餐一直不錯，品種豐富品質高，吃完撐到中午。

環境很好，附近方便，酒店服務設施全，服務員的工作效率很高，趕上當地國慶節酒店還有蛋糕，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。

第一次入住，lobby 都幾靚，有free tea 供應！房間整潔乾淨寧🤫，有小浴缸🛀，瞓得舒服！酒店餐廳有自助餐，比$試咗，十分唔錯！

房間有點小 台盆枱麪太窄了 洗漱用品都放不下早餐很豐盛

This was my first long business stay at the Voco Riyadh, and while the hotel itself is excellent, what truly sets it apart is the outstanding staff. From the moment I checked in, Reception Manager Rena ensured a seamless and welcoming experience. My room attendant, Madhu, provided impeccable service, always going above and beyond. And Rabie, the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, made me feel like family—his warm smile and genuine hospitality elevated my entire stay. Voco Riyadh is fortunate to have such dedicated team members who create a home-away-from-home experience for their guests. I highly recommend this hotel, not just for its amenities but for the incredible people who make every stay memorable.

This is not my first time at voco Riyadh, and each visit makes me love it even more! The team is fantastic, the service is outstanding, and the food is absolutely delicious. The check-in process is always smooth, and the front office team is highly professional. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and excellent experience every time. A big thank you to the Horizon team for their exceptional efforts! I highly recommend voco Riyadh to anyone visiting the city.

The rooms are old, the power sockets don’t work, the bathroom is very small, the room is dark and no lights come in, it was bad experience, I asked them to change the room or at least fix the problems but they totally ignored me. I’m disappointed

His kindness and attentiveness really stood out. He was always there to help with a smile.
