The rooms have been refurbished recently but the spa and fitness amenities are very dated and tired. They urgently need to be refurbished too as they don’t offer the comfort and luxury you would expect from Four Seasons. Service was mixed, some of the stuff was very attentive and other was just indifferent, so for us service was again not what we are used to by FS. We would recommend staying here only if you are on business trip because of the location.

Perfect location, hospitality server, well-known brand hotel, which is always be my priority choice.

It definitely exceeded my expectations, this hotel is amazing I couldn’t find a flaw. From the staff to the rooms, it’s not just a regular stay, it’s an experience. I love it and will come back for sure

Le Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, bien que réputé pour son standing, laisse malheureusement à désirer sur plusieurs aspects. À notre arrivée, l'accueil a été loin d'être chaleureux, ce qui est décevant pour un établissement de cette envergure. Heureusement, le personnel de chambre a su compenser par son professionnalisme et son service impeccable. Cependant, d'autres aspects du service ont été défaillants. À la piscine, nous avons été surpris de constater l'absence de personnel pour nous accueillir et préparer les serviettes, ce qui n'est pas à la hauteur des standards que l'on attend d'un hôtel portant le nom Four Seasons. Il est crucial que ces points soient rapidement améliorés pour maintenir la réputation de l'établissement.

四季一如既往的服務，房間翻新過，非常值得推薦。地理位置也特別好，位於市中心，離東方紅中餐館也可步行，除了貴一點沒有任何缺點。

Pinnacle of hospitality - outstanding decor with utmost attention to every small detail and above all - genuinly caring service by every single staff member. I felt extremely comfortable and well taken care of. I can not think of any fault.

Wow, what a great experience staying at this hotel not only does it look amazing from the outside as one of the most stunning buildings in Riyadh, but the interior will take your breath away! However, the staff specially the Front Desk is the best part of this place. They will go all out to make sure you have the best possible stay. I was feeling a little bit sick the next day and Atheer from front desk sent me fruits and hot tea just to make me feel better! Now that is Four Seasons Service! The amenities are great. They have the largest Gym I have seen so far for any hotel, the Spa is amazing and the manager Charbel puts every detail into exceptional standards. My room service lady made sure my room was clean 24/7. I want to also mention the best breakfast in Middle East and special thank you to guest services manager Turki, when I informed him about my medical needs. He found me a hospital and nearby and best Dr. to visit! I am so happy I chose this hotel and from now on will make sure everyone who comes to this wonderful city stays to here get the best experience as possible.

My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh for three nights during a work trip, and it was a great experience. Our suite on the 42nd floor was super spacious, and the views were absolutely stunning—probably one of the best parts of our stay. The staff were amazing and always made sure everything went smoothly. The service by text was really convenient, and they were quick to respond and super helpful. We had dinner at Café Boulud one night, and the food was fantastic. The Australian wagyu steak with peppercorn sauce was so tender and flavorful—definitely worth trying. We also ordered in-room dining for breakfast twice, and everything we had was delicious. The freshly squeezed juices were a standout, especially the mango juice—it’s probably the best juice I’ve ever had. The gym was huge and had every piece of equipment you could think of, plus they provided regular and detox water, which was a nice touch. The only small downside was that the outdoor pool closes at 7 pm, which felt a bit early, and the jacuzzi could stay open later too. Overall, we had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Four Seasons Riyadh did an excellent job, and we’d definitely come back.

A true 5 star experience. Exemplary, world class service. Very few hotels in the world (if any) have this level of; attention to detail, individual customer service, ambience and quality. From the airport transfer to room service and in between and all the way to check out and transfer back to the airport, the experience was incredible. Individual service from concierge and other staff was second to none. The staff regularly checked on me and my requirements via text and whatsapp during the day and actually pre empted most of my requests. By far the best hotel experience I have had anywhere in the world.

The Four Seasons is a Six star hotel. My only advice to them is “real elegance is toning down the excessive quest to see if the guest is being well looked-after, at some point its just too much, too overbearing. Be inspired by the Japanese, “attention with discretion- that’s the golden standard”. In sum, tone it down a notch.
