facilities in the room are good, restaurant also OK, but front desk service was not very quick. I asked for slipers but finally delivered to my room after 2 times call and waited for at least 30 minutes. the location is quite convenient for taxi or uber.

Very bad hotel, reception always nobody there, nobody pickup the calls , I booked room with breakfast, one day one hotel guy said my room did not include breakfast and the attitude is very rude

性價比比較高,前台小姐姐服務態度好。 因為前面幾天在其他酒店吃的早餐,就不想再買酒店的早餐了。 總體還是不錯,適合差旅。

年代比較遠了 衞生弄的很一般 毛巾還有長頭髮沒弄乾凈也放在那裡 加個也貴 性價比不好 除了位置比較好到哪裡都比較近

Das Hotel ist sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen. Teppiche,Duschvorhänge müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Dafür das ich mit HHonors Punkten bezahlt habe war der Aufenthalt total ok. Wenn ich den regulären Preis von fast über 100€ die Nacht sehe, ist das schon sehr teuer. Die Lage des Hotels ist warscheinlich ok wenn man ein Auto hat. Sonnst gibt es wirklich nichts in der Nähe. (Es wird eine Metro Station vor der Tür gebaut) Das Frühstück ist ok. Die Omlettes und Waffeln sind gut der Rest nicht so. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich. Obwohl das Hotel schon etwas abgewohnt ist, würde ich wieder kommen, wenn die Metro in Betrieb genommen wird und der Preis stimmt. Aber für über 100€ die Nacht nicht.

We visited this hotel for the third time this year and the check in was fast and an upgrade to amazing two bedrooms king sized was organized and so clean with great smell Special thanks to Mr.Amro Moftah (sale manager) at the hotel for his excellent service and great hospitality This time was easy check in and so fast special thanks again to Mr. Amr Moftah for everything The service was not super more than 10 minutes and no one answered telephone to help to carry my baggage so I took 3 big bags down They brought new toilet accessories with nice smell Still the hotel having great location and they are making great service and it’s so clean and people here are so welcoming and lovely Starting from Mr.Amr moftah who arrange our reservation and the Saudi man at front desk and check in took less than one minute was so fast really I feel like am one of the family in this hotel we enjoyed our time here

Broken windows; clogged bathtubs; super poor service; 'miss' out on room cleaning are few highlights. Their coordination amongst each other is also bad! Nothing good for a 4/5 star hotel. Simply 3 star hotel with a pool service.

I booked for 3 adults and was pleased with the two separate bedrooms. The room sizes were of good proportions. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were too soft for me - perhaps you should provide soft and medium pillows together, rather than all soft pillows. There was a slight sewage smell from the toilet. If that can be eliminated, I would rate the stay higher.

My experience with Hilton Hotels has consistently been positive in the past. However, my recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn-Olaya-Riyadh has been exceptionally disappointing, warranting a zero-star review. During check-in, despite having a reservation, I was unexpectedly required to pay in advance, causing unnecessary inconvenience. To my dismay, after checking out and departing, the hotel charged my credit card again without authorization, resulting in financial distress. In my efforts to rectify this situation, I promptly contacted the hotel multiple times to lodge a complaint and request a refund. Each time, I was given assurances that the refund would be processed and deposited into my account within two weeks. Regrettably, four weeks have elapsed since those promises were made, and I have yet to receive any indication of a refund. Equally concerning, the hotel management has ceased all forms of communication, failing to respond to my subsequent messages and emails. This unprofessional behavior demonstrates a lack of accountability and customer care. In light of these distressing experiences, I feel compelled to caution potential customers. It is evident that the Hilton Garden Inn's Olaya-Riyadh franchise has demonstrated a disregard for guest satisfaction, unresponsive communication, and questionable business practices. I strongly advise exercising caution when considering this establishment for future stays.

The hotel has spacious rooms, clean overall, and good breakfast area and food. The gym has aged equipment and could be made better. The elevators are little creaky. I believe they have free self-laundry (I did not use). Good for long stay.

I am a Hilton Diamond member, so I have travelled to so many Hilton Hotels around the globe. I read that the breakfast and in general the food was not so good here. WRONG !!! The buffet breakfast was excellent, and so was the service!!! Good selection for different tastes and needs, clean, and the egg station would make your order any way you want. The room service is also top notch. We arrived a little late at night and really hungry. We ordered and the food was delivered quickly and presented professionally. Very yummy too. This is an old hotel, with simple amenities, so be warned. However, clean and quiet which is a rarity in Riyadh these days with all the construction and traffic. We were there for some embassy business, so just wanted a good place to sleep. This property does that and more.
