The hotel is very nice and it has a lot of facilities. The staff are very welcoming and are always ready to assist guests. My hotel room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and clean and I am glad it came with a bath! The resting area where the swimming pool was, was a very relaxing area. The only negativity I would hold is that the wifi is not very reliable and it always cuts out. I had a business meeting in my hotel room. I was able to complete it but with difficulty. Luckily I had topped my phone up with data, so I was able to use that. The breakfasts are mediocre as the cuisine primarily caters Arabic cuisine and western choices are very scant. The food was nice enough though. Thank you very much once again for everything.

Very good restaurant and service I had a wonderful time in the restaurant with my family. This is my first visit and I received respect in the service, I would like to thanks to Mr Rana and his team. The location of the hotel is right across the street from Kingdom Center and within somewhat reasonable walking distance to Faisal Tower. In addition, the hotel is right next to Riyadh Bank which has several ATMs, and there is a small convenience store nearby. However, if you want to go to old Riyadh, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service. The room was very clean and modern. In my opinion, the best part of the hotel was the breakfast. There was a large variety of items with different choices each day. I would definitely stay here again.

Insgesamt gut, aber Frühstücksqualität könnte besser sein. Zimmer werden renoviert - das war schön. Die Lebensmittelqualität über Zimmerservice könnte höher sein, aber insgesamt war es ok und die Bestellungen wurden ziemlich schnell geliefert. Personal ist freundlich und unterkünftig. Sicherlich nicht die Schuld des Hotels - aber der Verkehr in diesem Bereich war schrecklich am Abend. Wenn ich das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel wähle, wäre das nur wegen der Verkehrssituation. Sheraton war großartig!
