Not bad at all, the breakfast was OK, but the hotel room is a bit old with lots of mosquitoes. The soundproofing is terrible, I basically heard the bird sounds very clearly every morning, and I can't sleep well. The curtains are solar curtain not the blackout, which the light will penetrate into the room in the morning....

It was really close to the beach, restaurants around this hotel were really nice too.
I couldn’t say enough thank you for the receptionist and staff worked there, really helpful and nice.

Personale cortese e disponibile, colazione variegata e di qualità. Letto comodo. La stanza che avevo dava sul retro è svegliarsi la mattina con il cinguettio degli uccellini è stato molto piacevole.

Kleines aber sehr feines Hotel. Sehr sehr freundliches Personal,die Zimmer sehr schön und sauber und es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute und ruhige Lage zum Meer ca 400 m. Beste Lage für Geschäfte und Restaurants. Wir freuen uns auf den September. Dann kommen wir wieder

Mein Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr geräumig, die Eigentümer des Hotels kümmern sich persönlich um alles, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Küche sehr abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Trotz der Nähe zu Strand und Hauptstraße war ungestörte Nachtruhe möglich. Ein Hotel, um sich gut zu erholen!

Good location, and polite staff. The room was simple but very clean, the view from the window was mostly to the wall of the opposite house. Lots of good pastries at breakfast, but no fresh vegetables. Price and quality meet good in this hotel, and because of the location, I could stay here again.

I stayed in a single room, it was small, but it had everything you needed: air conditioning, plenty of towels and some great bathroom products. . The breakfast in particular was excellent: included eggs, pastries, coffee/tea. I found the value for money convenient, I stayed years ago after a business trip, I went to Italy for a relaxing holiday

I was out of peak season, I know, and it is an average hotel, I know also. The value for money, however, deserves 5 stars. The personnel is genuinely kind and helpful, room large enough (dated furniture). Breakfast proportional to the money spent. This is a optimal choice for a cheap staying in Rimini. The position is also ok, 400 meters from the sea and walking distance form the station and the old town.

Aircondition didn’t work properly. It was really difficult to sleep. The hotel staff did nothing to try to fix it. Most of the staff didn’t speak english which made it difficult to communicate. .

Simply cute! Very close from Rimini train station and to bus stop to go to San Marino all walking distance. The hotel is run by a family so the details are keep to thr maximum, nice breakfast, clean, safe and quiet, we loved 😍

I stayed here for 4 nights (solo travel) and felt really welcome and comfortable. Its a small family hotel and the staff is very friendly and willing to help. Good breakfast! 6 min walk from the beach, I stayed at Bagno 20 (beach beds) and they made me a discount for rent because I am alone.
Supermarket around the corner of the hotel and the best pasta I ate in my trip Italy was by restaurant Le Logge ( 3 min walk from the hotel).
Walk to the old town is 15 min, which was easy.
Treinstation is 12 min walk.
