I would say the receptionist of the hotel was the worst that I have ever seen. Very horrible experience.

This hotel finds ways to debit customers and commit fraud. They hold funds of people that are not guest at their establishment. Corporate needs to be aware as well as the internal revenue service of Richardson Texas wherever that is...

Everything okay but the breakfast same thing for both days and no juice for breakfast and the reception guy was very rude he throw the pen at me and was yell this happens on Friday night doing check in time ..and the other thing no pool but besides that everything els okay I will book again if I ever go back to Dallas Tx

Good points were staff, cleanliness, comfortable beds, reliable/strong wifi, pool/deck, quiet neighborhood, price, mini fridge, microwave. Need to work on funky smell, odd furniture (open wardrobe with no hangars, no dresser with drawers), lacked hotel room basics like coffee maker/luggage rack/room safe, noisy at times, far from downtown/airports ($75 cab ride), limited (as in nothing I could eat) “breakfast”, cold coffee.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. This is a clean and comfortable budget option. This hotel was recently renovated and the rooms are clean. There was an issue with the A/C in the first room we were given, but it was quickly resolved and we were moved to another room. The breakfast is only bagels and muffins, but there is complimentary coffee all day. For the price point I was satisfied with my stay and would stay here again.

I needed to find a place to spend a couple of nights and I’m glad I found Wingate by Wyndham Richardson. I felt welcomed and was able to rest and relax. My favorite part was breakfast! If you’re looking for a place to treat you right and have great breakfast, look no further!

This is a really great find. A really clean , beautiful and comfortable hotel with a great staff, a great breakfast, nice gym, refrigerators, microwaves, on-site food pantry, business facilities, and also comfortable upscale beds and great showers- all at a very very reasonable rate. I stayed here 8 days and had no problems with anything, including the internet. 100% satisfied, I wish they would clone this place in every city/town.

Loud noises early in the morning and barely outlet plugs. $100 deposit for who knows what. When coming inside the hotel the roof is really dirty and seems like it has leaking damage. I just want to sleep as i am writing this review at 9am in the morning

No hot water in shower, toilet leaked and flooded bathroom, bugs and no one has even reached out to make up for horrible stay.

100 usd taken as deposit, yet to get refunded( a week since checked out) . What else to write, nothing that interested me. Breakfast missed by few mins for being late
