Beliebte 4-Sterne-Hotels in Ras al-Khaimah

Ich bin zum Wettkampf nach Ras Al Khaimah gekommen. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Wettkampfortes, aber es ist zu heiß, sodass ich nur ein Taxi nehmen kann. Taxis kommen sehr langsam an, schließlich ist es nicht vergleichbar mit Dubai und Abu Dhabi, wo es weniger Menschen und weniger Autos gibt. Aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Hotels ist immer noch gut und das Frühstück ist köstlich, mit Kaffee, Saft und Kuchen. Auch der Pool ist wunderschön und der Service an der Rezeption ist auch sehr gut. Sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist gross und hat vor allem auch für Kinder vieles zu bieten. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Buffet im Hauptrestaurant hat eine grosse Auswahl. Das Angebot wiederholt sich jedoch alle paar Tage. Das Servicepersonal war meist sehr freundlich und vor allem Mallesh hat einen hervorragenden Job im Hauptrestaurant gemacht und war immer sehr aufmerksam. Als einzige negative Erfahrung möchten wir an dieser Stelle das Foodwasting erwähnen, welches jedoch von den Touristen verursacht wird. Zahlreiche Gäste überladen ihre Teller mit dem Essen, nehmen zwei Bissen davon und schmeissen es weg...um den nächsten überladenen Teller am Buffet zusammenzustellen.

Das Hotel ist mit Touristen verpackt... das Front Desk zunächst geben mir ein Doppelbett, auch meine Buchung sagt Königsbett mit Sofa. Wenn wir schon nach einer langen Fahrt in unserem Zimmer entspannen, kam jemand aus der Wartung und reparierte das Design an der Spitze des Kopftafels. Sie sollten das tun, bevor der Gast eingecheckt. So ein Unannehmlichkeit! Als ich das an das Front Desk berichtete, sagten sie, sie würden prüfen, aber sie kamen nie wieder zu mir. Am nächsten Tag bat ich um Hilfe des Lebensschutzbeamten, um die Schatten zu öffnen, aber er weigerte sich, und er sagte mir, die Hilfe anderer Mitarbeiter zu fragen, obwohl die Schatten gerade hinter ihm liegt! Wir haben in vielen Hotels geblieben und das ist das erste Mal, dass ich diesen schlechten Service erlebe! Das einzige gute in diesem Hotel ist das Frühstück und die Wohnung. Sie sind gut ausgebildet und schöner im Vergleich zu anderen Abteilungen.

We went here with friends who has holidayed here when it had just opened. We had a 10. night holiday booked with BA we arrived the early hours of Sunday 9th of October. We unpacked went to bed after looking around room in daylight next morning I wasnt impressed, we had 1 b/towel so hubby went down and asked for another also we asked for extra coathangers as there were only 4 (for 2 people) ?? The towel s did appear but no coathangers on trying the shower the head from the shower only produced a trickle so we asked if someone could check it for us . The light in the bathroom was flickering when we looked in it this is what we saw (see 1st photo ) there were two lights one either side of the sink both full.of dead flies they fixed the flickering light but the the other light though working was still full of dead flies ???????? Long story short they never fixed the shower we gave up asking for it to be fixed and used the small head on the shower. The 2nd photo is the photo is the mess that greeted us on our bathroom floor when we returned to our room after our 3rd request for the shower to be fixed (at least we assumed)they were trying to fix the shower head ) why else would you leave s bathroom in that state 😡😡😡😡😡😡 It was 5.30 and we had dinner booked for 6.30 i went ballistic hubby thought i was blaming him he threw one of the white bath towels over it and to cease arguung about this awful room iI.didn't complain about the room after that I decided it was easier to just put up with it and keep.the peace I should have at the start of the holiday demanded to move rooms and it would have been a much nicer holiday. We had paid for two upgrades and this room was certainly not worth the price we paid. The hotel does have good points the staff are amazing resturant and bar staff are some of the best we have ever had rhe privilage of meeting. Shout out for Peter and the Pizza chef in the Italian we enjoyed your singing and they are fabulous people . Also shout out for Nushta in the lobby bar but there were too any lovely staff to.mention by name the staff are certainly a great asset to the hotel. We really used only the a la carte restaurants in the evening for dinner and they r amazing always managed to book.a table and we loved the Italian at lunchtime too. I dont do brekkie but hubby and our friends did . The main areas of the hotel are lovely and reasonably kept seats are stained quite badly in some places and do need upgrading . The weather was fab food was good staff amazing but the photos of our room speak for themselves. I should gave made a stand at the start of the holiday regarding the room but then again no 5 star hotel should have a room in this condition.

Machen Urlaub mit Familie Hotel ist nicht schlecht aber auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne (-) -zimmer al**odisch -essen ist einseitig/immer das gleiche -für Kinder gibt es keinen Eis!!!! Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand das ist sehr große++++Plus +Animation im Hotel ist Topp!!!!alle sehr nett und freundlich +Besonders Kristina,Aida(mehr Sprachig!!)

Wir hatten Familienbesuch aus dem US-amerikanischen Hotel und das BM Acacia Hotel war eine weise Wahl. Die Einrichtungen sind ausreichend, die eine Schlafzimmereinheit war die richtige Größe, das koreanische Restaurant-Outlet serviert in der Nähe der authentischen Seul-Nahrung, und das Haus- und Hotelpersonal waren immer schnell, um auf jeden unserer Anfragen zu antworten, Selbst während der wee-hop-Stunden des Morgens. Monamar, der unser Bell-Hop kam und als wir zurückgelassen, war sehr freundlich und hilfreich mit unseren Zubehör. Deren Verkaufsabteilung, die uns die beste 1-month Rate gegeben und geliefert, kann auch mit sofortigen Ergebnissen geantwortet werden. Ich werde sicherlich meine Familie wieder hier bleiben lassen.

Dieser Ort ist ein Geschmack für Familien. Wünschen wir für länger gebucht, aber wegen unseres Zeitplans haben wir hier nur 2 Nächte verbracht. Die Lage ist schön, das Personal ist freundlich. Wir haben mit Bed & Breakfast geblieben, was wunderschön war. Der andere Gast war auch sehr nett. Meine Tochter wo ist die Burquini und fühlte sich sehr komfortabel in der Umgebung. Ich andererseits nicht, aber auch fühlte sich komfortabel. Wir waren im Hotel Anfang Juli, so war es super heiß. Das einzige kritische war, wenn man auf dem Balkon Ihre Zimmertür aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit des Meeres nicht offen halten kann. Sonst hervorragend würde ich definitiv empfehlen

Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Sie haben unser Zimmer mit Meerblick zu einer Familienvilla mit Balkon und Meerblick aufgewertet. Das Personal, insbesondere Ivana an der Rezeption, Danilo, der das Gepäck in unser Auto verlud, und Lourds, der uns beim Frühstück behilflich war, waren alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und einladend. Das internationale Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und sättigend. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, sauber, geräumig und mit allen erforderlichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Alles in allem war es ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt und ich empfehle auf jeden Fall, dieses Hotel zu besuchen, um sich etwas Gutes zu tun.
