The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa Bewertungen

Staff are good; but system is bad. Been charged twice on credit card versus Villa (but I was staying at Resort) and staff has no clue why though they gave it much effort to fine out (great CS, very bad IT systems). Also, electric power went out on second night until morning.

Business trip turned pleasure trip. Decided to join my spouse for his business trip near Palm Springs. I was looking for a hotel with clean rooms, that allowed pets with a reasonable fee. Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa went way beyond what I was hoping for. Friendly and helpful staff, bar with live entertainment, game room, miniature putt putt, and plenty of outdoor seating areas with fire pits. Offered the needed security for work vehicle. Enjoyed daily walks on the property. luxury rooms fix for two guest with sliding glass doors to open patio with sitting area. Restaurant food was exceptional, however limited selection and expensive (don’t forget to mention daily room discount like we did). About 30 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, 10 mins to multiple shopping and food locations. A true 5 Star hotel!
