Hotel Sri Grands

People at reception are not at all welcoming kind. I’ve been to many hotels never saw such behaviour, these people checked my partner’s id as if we are some frauds. They didn’t provide reception number inside the room. Bed sheets aren’t clean the walls are rusty and were covered with just some wallpaper. Except for the watchman in the cellar all staff and management are 0 level professionals.

Very dirty room. Very dirty washroom. In room cocaroch was available no facility to dental kit this is not ok about rating. I'm given 10 out of only 1 rating, so this was a very bad experience in this hotel.

Stay was comfortable and nice. The room was tidy and clean and it met my expectation and i am happy that i booked it.

Stay was cool. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is very easy to find out. Better to have food put side.

The room was ok. The toilet was not properly cleaned. The blanket is absolutely bad. The blanket should be soft and thick. I think you have used a hard woolen type blanket. Please change the blanket.

Check in was smooth. Staff were polite. Parking was available and safe. Room and washroom were clean and hygienic.

Very good to stay. And service is good. Near to bus-stand and near to office as well. Single stya is good

Excellent service, good hospitality and conveyance also good. Very good car parking. Very good room maintenance.

Not worth as per price, no water bottles are provided, bathroom are not good, bed sheets & pillows are not washed
