The Room provided under the budget are maintained with good hygienic conditions and also staff are very supportive in call as well as in person. Hotel is located in prime location very near to the Railway Station. A good value stay hotel in Raipur.

I am writing this to bring your attention to the recent distressing incident that took place during my wife’s recent stay at Hotel Aarya Inn. Safety and respect are of utmost importance to me and especially to my wife since she is a solo woman traveller and unfortunately,her experience fell far short of these expectations. During her stay at Hotel Aarya Inn, Raipur, She encountered harassment and unprofessional conduct from several members of the hotel. Their demeanour was rude and impolite creating an uncomfortable situation for her as a guest. What is particularly concerning is that this is second such incident that she has experienced at Hotel Aarya Inn. Foul language was used which is unacceptable in any professional setting, let alone a hospitality environment where guests should feel welcomed and respected. The staff misbehaved with her unprovoked and displayed hostile behaviour during her stay at Hotel Aarya Inn. The hotel staff threatened her to never set foot on the hotel property again (video proof attached) even when there was no evident fault of hers. As a solo woman traveller, she felt uneasy and threatened during her stay at Hotel Aarya Inn. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and investigate it thoroughly. It is a matter that not only involves misbehaviour towards hotel guests but also the issue of women’s safety while travelling. It is imperative that measures be taken to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, regardless of their gender or travel circumstances. I look forward to your prompt response and actions to address this issue.

The reception staff of the hotel is the worst i have ever seen. They behaved like hooligans and were continuously creating trouble for me and my sister. They behaved like fools and created nuisance for us and troubled us unnecessarily. Everthing written in their discription is false and they don't cater any facilities and on asking caused more trouble for the both of us.
