Ice Apple Resort

Well this review is nothing just to speak about the hospitality offers. This is about I do work in Hotel Industry and from last 18 years I am here but hospitality with patience and calmness are two main attributes where we learn things and improvise. But before that when I have given my owners booking to them through the reference it was only 3 rooms left in the property since it was weekend and have paid them the advance of Rs 2000.Since for the confirmation we need to check and I called the property to check for the same at 11 30 pm but no response I tried calling 3 times and I was worried that the booking is done or not. I called at hotel number Yogesh Kadam picked up and when I said my booking is there he was not aware only and when I said I was calling Rohit he said Sir itni raat ko koi phone uthata haon kya. Boss we are also in Industry and for any booking today also we take the call at any point of time . Owners reached there had a good time but food they felt lot of improvement to be done.They met the owners also there. Just a word to them please do not treat guest like that and other guests should not be treated like this. One more thing we need to learn hospitality and Rohit please learn on the same. Place was beautiful well maintained but Rohit speaking makes it terrible and 1 star goes for it only.

We stayed here for 2N during the Holi weekend. The room was clean and spacious. The best part is that it is small resort with 8 rooms hence you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay away from the crowds. The bathroom was clean well maintained. 2 things have scope for improvement. 1. The geyser quality should be improved. Hot water supply was not continuous. 2. Should install an exhaust fan in the bathroom. WiFi was available. Although not much in room amenities like tea/coffee maker or study table. The resort is located off the Nagaon - Revdanda road in the middle of ***y locals. Hence it was very peaceful. The swimming pool is small but well maintained. We enjoyed a dip on both days with our daughter. She enjoyed a lot. Suggestion: They should discourage guests from using the pool in non swimming attire and eating around the pool. Saw some guests doing the same. The staff is well ***nered and courteous. We had booked the all meals included stay. They have an in-house restaurant and all the meals were nice and tasty. Although the buffet spread had limited options, the food was awesome. For nonveg lovers they have chicken in lunch and fish for dinner. The restaurant is on the 1st floor and hence gives a nice view of the property as well as the greenery around the resort. The only disadvantage is that it is located 4 km away from the nearest beach which is Nagaon beach. Although we did not find this as an advantage since we were happy to be away from the crowds. The resort although located in Nagaon, is convenient to go explore towards Kashid and Alibag. Tip: Choose the rooms which are pool facing as against the rooms close to the reception/restaurant.
