Super nice and big hotel with comfy room, excellent spread of breakfast and nice gym.worth staying.

This is my 2nd stay at Hampton Qionghai. Service at reception is amazing and professional. Special shout-out to Nancy who is ever so polite and helpful for both trips. Nancy could recognize my family even though the previous stay was 6 months ago and we only stayed 1 night then. Greeted us with a lovely and welcoming smile as we check-in for a 2nd stay in Apr 2025. This time we booked for 3 nights and the service continued to be amazing.

The room is big and comfy. Breakfast spread consist of both western and chinese daily. Wouldnt say it is fantastic compared to those bigger established hotel, still acceptable.

There is nothing much within the hotel location. Need to take a short taxi ride to Jia Ji Zhen. Check in and out is very efficient. The room is huge and clean. However, the sound proofing is not very good. Can hear footsteps and sound middle of the night. Breakfast is good. As we are lazy to go out for dinner, the reception staff helped us to order food online. We would like to thank Mr Wang (王先生） for going the extra mile for helping us. The hotel may consider having vending machines i.e. drinks, snack and foods for the guest convenience. Overall, we had a good stay in the hotel. Keep up the excellent work.

I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

Service is perfect. Reception staffs are so nice and polite. Buffet breakfast has lot choice. The only regret is that there is no safe to put value stuff in the room.

Convenient location, need to hire more English seeking staff. Also repare better to attend foreign guests, offering cold drinks.

Good breakfast spread and great counter service. The receptionist took the initiative to help me order supper online when she realised I don't have a local mobile number. Robot assisted room setvice to deliver packages was really cool.
