Der Hotelservice ist ausgezeichnet, das gesamte Personal ist freundlich, der Service ist auch sehr zuvorkommend, die Umgebung ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind sehr groß, der Pool ist sehr schön, das Meer und der Himmel und die berauschende Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang, das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr große Auswahl, sehr lecker.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer eines Freundes geht zwar immer wieder kaputt, der Ziehvorgang wirkt sich aber immer auf die Stimmung aus, und es fehlt die Initiative, das Bett herunterzudrehen Jeden Tag vor dem Schlafengehen alle Vorhänge manuell zu schließen. Die Landschaft ist gut und der Service ist gut. Auch wenn Sie lächeln, werden Sie daran erinnert.

Es gibt ein Klippenrestaurant in Six Senses (es ist klein und nicht sehr hochwertig, aber das Essen ist ziemlich lecker, den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten ist absolut wunderschön, absolut wunderschön). Die Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern im Himmel, in der ich übernachtet habe, hatte gute Kritiken und einen großen Swimmingpool. Es lohnt sich wirklich nicht, 3.500 auszugeben, um in diesem Zimmer zu wohnen. 1: Es gibt nebenbei Bauarbeiten. Wenn man also nicht auf die Auswirkungen achtet, sind die gesamten Einrichtungen des Hotels in die Jahre gekommen. 2: Ich wohne im ersten Stock und der Lärm im zweiten Stock dauerte bis nach zwei Uhr nachts und fing am nächsten Morgen wieder an, bevor ich mich daran gewöhnte. 3: In der Badewanne riecht es schlecht 4: Zwischen den beiden Räumen ist Unkraut überwuchert. 5: Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist erbärmlich 6: Ich habe vor 12:00 Uhr ausgecheckt und um Hilfe gebeten, mein Gepäck zur Rezeption zu bringen. Es wurde erst auf Drängen um 12:40 Uhr gebracht. Wenn Sie nicht betrogen werden wollen, kommen Sie nicht.

Es soll sich um einen Klippenraum handeln, aber tatsächlich ist er noch weit von der Klippe entfernt. Davor liegen noch andere Räume, sodass die Aussicht nicht weit genug ist und die Wasserversorgung im Raum nachts unterbrochen ist . Für diesen Preis ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht hoch, das Frühstücksbuffet nicht lecker und der Zimmerservice besser. Der Blick auf das öffentliche Schwimmbad ist in Ordnung, man kann die Klippe sehen.

Der Preis eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels ist sehr schlecht. Die Kellner sind sehr arrogant und haben keinen Sinn für Service. Es gibt ein Problem mit der Beleuchtung im Zimmer Wenn Sie nachts schlafen, müssen Sie ein sehr helles Licht hinterlassen. Nachts gibt es viele Mücken und das Hotel ist nicht mit Mückenschutzmitteln ausgestattet. Abgesehen davon, dass es sich gut zum Fotografieren eignet, ist dieses teure Hotel wirklich das schlechteste Fünf-Sterne-Hotelerlebnis, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen wieder.

Not covenient, but this is perhaps its selling point if you want to relax in a self-sustaining resort. The facility was great and the room was clean. The swimming pool in the room and the infinity common swimming was particularly great. There are lots of activities (eg yoga, diving, golf etc) which are great with family and kids. The breakfast was good. But the room service and pickup from room (as you need a budgy for commuting to everywhere) was slow. But all in all, the hotel is great and I would recommend it.

Everything was good. But the view is not as good as the photo.

The view is beautiful, the food is good, but the lobby send cart takes a long time.

Old hotel. Things in the room is spoiled. The balcony door lock is spoil, the santizer socket is spoil, the shower door is spoil. Alot of ants near the sink area If with toodler and infant dont come here. Especially with stroller. Breakfast varity is lesser compare to other hotel Staff here have no communcation between each other. check out time is 1pm as the night before i spoke to the staff in their whatapp group. After breakfast on the way back to room they say check out at 12pm. After check they say sorry is 1pm. Another is complimentary photo shoot. No one told us there complimentary photo shoot till after breakfast den was told about it. Best things is the view. Tt all.

Nice food nice view, they even upgraded us. The staff are so nice and they will send the car to pick us up at the hotel at any time.

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the One bedroom Cliff pool villa upon check in as it was my birthday. It was the start of a wonderful birthday celebration, thanks to the exceptional staff and their outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived at the resort, we were greeted with warm smiles and fantastic sea view. The suite was spacious and everything was eco friendly. Six senses staff were attention to detail and their commitment to creating a special experience for guests sets it apart from the rest. We had a lovely floating breakfast in our villa private pool the next day and free ice cream throughout the afternoon. If you’re seeking a memorable and quiet getaway, Six Senses is the place to stay. Thank you to the amazing staff for making my birthday celebration unforgettable.

Just to provide some context to my review, i stayed in the Sky Pool Suite, and it cost me USD820 per night (that’s SGD1,110). The condition of the suite was appalling to me. It was poorly maintained. Photos speak for themselves. Ceilings covered with mould & algae. Walls stained. Wooden pool deck floorboards covered with algae, extremely slipperly when wet after getting out of the pool. Metal beams all around the ceiling were rusty. The floor & table in the room were covered with dust. Sliding glass doors weren’t cleaned. Giant exhaust pipes literally just adjacent to the suite, with outlets 2-3metres away from the suite’s outdoor bathtub pumping out plumes of smoke, ensuring you won’t breathe in the fresh Uluwatu air. Clothes hangers were covered in rust. Handheld showerhead had a layer of dirt over it. Height of the showerhead could not be adjusted because the adjustable knob was unusable. Room’s desk lamp was broken. Power outlet on the desk was broken and loose. I’ve been to Bali many times, and i’m certain this is one of the most poorly maintained hotel rooms i’ve stepped into, despite having paid the most that i’ve ever had for a few nights’ stay at a Bali hotel. You can see the photos and judge for yourself. On a positive note, every member of the service staff we came into contact with during our stay was amazing. They are always smiling and will make you feel most welcome. I cannot say enough about their service. Frisky was the duty manager who attended to my concerns about the condition of the suite, when i raised this on the last night of my stay there. He offered to have the room cleaned, he offered us a ride to the airport provided by the hotel for the next day, and he let us stay in the suite up to 430pm the next day, the day we were checking out, which was the time we needed to leave the hotel. Adi the GEM supervisor & Yoga the Rocka restaurant manager were also very helpful & left an impression. There were many other service staff whom i’ve had the privilege to meet whom i am unable to name individually, who made the experience at the hotel (while i was outside the suite) a truly memorable and special one. The service was truly deserving of a 5 stars rating.
