The Resort is amazing. The area is beautiful, and if you play golf (very expensive) you can see the most amazing view as at least 9 of the holes run along the ocean. I visited with my wife and my son and his wife and my 8 year old grandson. Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful. The 1 bedroom villas were very comfortable and had wonderful outdoor space with a pool and sitting area. The golf was amazing (did I mention expensive) and Nelson, our caddie, made the challenging course very manageable. An international clientele, beach with sand like powder, friendly waves that kids can manage, and beach chairs a plenty. The look is friendly, with amazing thatched roofed buildings that make you feel you are in Caribbean paradise. We had a great time. NOW - the best. Concierge: Alberto - the joy of having all of your needs, problems, what should I do? moments taken care of. Golf:The course was in great shape, challenging holes, hard to stick greens but generous fairways - no trees. Most of all fantastic views. A good caddy is essential for navigating the course. Nelson, our caddy was our guy. He told us where to hit, how to play the wind, and quickly keyed into our abilities (or inabilities) for club selection. The best for last: Massage Therapist: I have issues with my lower back and lately my shoulders and upper back. Yes, I am older. I get massages about once every 4-6 weeks and some are good others not so much. Elisa was exceptional. She worked my shoulders, neck and upper back, and my lower back with deep massage that was unique in my experience. Her stretch of my quads, fairly intense, was surprisingly effective, and I stretch a lot. She is not going to make a crippled person walk or a blind man see but she gave the best massage I have had in a long time. My backache is chronic. I told my family afterwards that I felt buoyant, like I could float. Great place. I'm going back.

Close to the airport and a good price for the room I got. Nice staff for trying make your stay good. Would book it again the next time.

Ich war angenehmen überrascht von der Familie, freundlicher Atmosphäre. Unser erstes Abendessen, wo wir von einem sehr freundlichen Herrn Esequiel begrüßt wurden. Er nahm unsere Bestellungen an, gab einige der Lebensmittel und Getränke, die wir mögen, und half mir sogar, einen großen Platz für meine zukünftige Frau zu finden. Die tägliche, professionelle, freundliche und heiße Bereitschaft von Herrn Esequiel war etwas, das ich und meine Verlobte gerne wünschten, wenn wir unsere wunderbaren Mahlzeiten, Getränke und Desserts hatten, und natürlich waren seine Kollegen ebenso hilfreich. Wir fühlten uns wie, wo wir mit der Familie dort zu essen kommen. Mein Verlobter Marley und ich werden sicherlich zurückkommen und hier bei Four Points Puntacana wieder bleiben. Wir suchten die Auszeit zu zweit und dafür war dieses Hotel perfekt. Durch die kleine Anlage und wenigen Zimmer war alles sehr nah und wir waren gefühlt allein dort. Das Personal war umwerfend freundlich, wir fühlten uns wie im 7. Himmel und wie König und Königin. Ich habe noch nie zuvor so einen Service erlebt. Pünktlichkeit und auch das einhalten der Maske wurde immer eingehalten und auch wie darauf hingewiesen sie zu tragen wenn wir ans Buffet gingen und es vergessen hatten. Die Ausstattung ist super modern und gepflegt. Für uns Luxus pur. Wir hatten einen Butler JOEL der uns alle Wünsche erfüllt hat und immer erreichbar war über WhatsApp. Super lieb und wirklich von Herzen begeistert uns begleitet hat. Der Shuttle zum größeren Strand war auch super. Der Mini Strand hat uns dadurch nicht gestört. Er war süß und die Betten am Strand Ware perfekt zum entspannen. Die abendliche Unterhaltung war für uns perfekt mit Saxophon und live Gesang. Die Auswahl der Speisen über die Hotel App klappte super und war hervorragend. Mittags wie abends ala cart das war für uns Luxus pur. Es waren keine Deutschen da was uns verwundert hat. Ohne englisch oder spanisch wäre man aufgeschmissen. Dafür das wir wirklich Ruhe suchten fanden wir sie auch dort. Wir hatten die swimm up Suite die wir sehr empfehlen. Das Frühstück wurde uns kostenfrei morgens 5:30 Uhr aufs Zimmer gebracht weil wir einen zeitigen Ausflug hatten. Ein traumhafter Urlaub 🤩

We stayed at Ziva Cancun 18 months ago and loved it, so we decided to try Cap Cana based on awesome reviews. We had an amazing time with two adults and two teenagers-never left the resort and never got bored! Pools were fantastic, the soft, white sandy beach is huge—water had some sea**** one or two of the days, but it was easy to get past that and swim all the way out. Took advantage of the amazing spa and the on-site photographer-our pictures were incredible. All food was good—some very good. Only negative we noticed was lack of breakfast options-basically just one restaurant and the coffee shop. Lots of pop-ups every day serving tacos, sushi, ice cream, etc. and a daily fruit stand servicing the best pineapple and watermelon ever. Rooms were always cleaned promptly and mini bar re-stocked per our request -we liked the Pringles to bring to the pool. All staff so friendly and accommodating and thankful—we felt very loved and spoiled! Some staff we especially remember include Amado, Walma, Deivis, and all the pool wait staff. Only thing I missed was Diet Coke-if you ask for Diet Coke, you get Coke Zero😀 Always felt 100% safe and even felt safe to let teenagers wander a little bit on their own. We will absolutely recommend this resort to anyone -you won’t find a cleaner resort with more caring staff!

Das Zimmer ist neu dekoriert! Aber nicht neu designiert! Der Rezeptionservice ist allgemein! Das Restaurant ist in der gesamten Palette gut! Der Pool ist gut 👍! Das Meerblickzimmer ist ein bisschen weit entfernt! Die Untergeschoss hat keine Schale empfohlen!
