Lovely hotel but 50 min (to/from) drive into old town where friends were staying is a whole lot of jostling cobblestone. On 17 March I went to Encino to nail reservations for the rest of my stay. I was offered undetermined room at 1,000 MP or king with balcony at 1500 MP. I try to avoid being out and about with money or credit cards so I said I would come back the next day to pay. Next day it was blocked at check-in so I telephoned later in the evening and was quoted a new rate of 1,700 MP $127 Can) . Life is short and allowing Holiday Inn was lovely, clean, cheap, and sumptuous breakfast? But, it is an airport hotel and not a vacation destination. So I checked out of Holiday Inn and went to Encino. Puerto Vallarta Hotels were pretty much blocked to capacity and rates, where you could find them? Beyond $150 per night for lower quality than Encino. To cut the quick. 1,700 got me a room with three beds (I was solo) and an exterior window. Life moves on. Wi-Fi did work in lobby and over the courtyard. The staff spoke very little English, then I speak no Spanish, and it is a Spanish speaking country. Room was clean, TV worked, A/C worked, coffee was available in morning, elevator was only down once. The location is perfect. Relative to what was available in the romantic area? I still got value for money. Puerto Vallarta is grossly over touristed in Old Town. I have stayed at Encino many times. Safe, clean, and reasonably priced. In early Jan 2020 I booked (Expedia). I was scheduled to arrive mid Feb but I cancelled my reservation shortly after because I anticipated COVID. On 11 March 2020 (WHO) declared COVID an international concern. Prepaid / non refundable with 7 weeks notice shortly after booking. Thems the breaks. All in all. No staff issues. Just communication challenges.

Große Lage. Das Hotel ist auf der älteren Seite, es war aber ein sauberes Bett und cooles Zimmer für den Aufenthalt. 97% der Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und der Service war großartig. Leider haben einige wirklich schlechte Einstellungen nur für bestimmte Gäste gerichtet. Seltsam waren auch diese nicht mit Namensmarken. Damit sagte Jesus zu den hilftlichsten und freundlichsten Mitarbeitern. Nicht sicher, ob es nur Mexiko, aber es schien ein Formular oder Papier zu fertig werden muss für jeden Schritt der Überprüfung und Prüfung der Prozess. Nicht sehr ökologisch und müssen riesige Lagereinrichtungen für all diese Papierarbeiten benötigen. Insgesamt, ein großer Aufenthalt und wird dort wieder bleiben.

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel mit allem, was man braucht;Klimaanlage,Wi-Fi,Kleinbett,Küche mit Kühlschrank, Balkon,2 beheizte Schwimmbad mit Strandhandel,Spa,Viele Aktivitäten,Fitness,Ideal für Familien.

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Plus einen guten Preis. Ich genieße es für 4 Tage. In diesem schönen Ort. Puerto Vallarta. Und das Hotel ist nahe an Restaurantbars. Kleine Boutiquen. Plus in von Playa Los Muertos. Besser unmöglich. Ich habe einen ausgezeichneten Blick und auch das Zimmer gute Größe. Das einzige negative WiFi ist schrecklich. Aber besser. Mehr Zeit, um den Ort zu genießen. Manchmal passiert es aus einem Grund.

Excellent location- across from the beach in the centre of town. Beds were firm, with good bedding and pillows. We had a spacious room with a balcony, king size bed over looking the pool - which I highly recommend. There is building work outside the hotel so avoid the rooms overlooking the road. We were told we could not use the main hotel swimming pool ( but we did anyway and no one cared) although they did have security guards hovering about. This hotel does not have a bar, which is fine for us, there was no coffee available most mornings (there was meant to be) which was a bit annoying but that was the only thing to complain about! Staff were friendly although some of the reception staff had poor English so best to have an app on your phone!

Mein Freund und ich blieben 9 Nächte im Hotel Mío und wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Es war unser erstes Reisen außerhalb der USA, und unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Mío war nicht enttäuscht. Das gesamte Personal war von Anfang an sehr hilfreich, von der Hilfe, unsere Taschen ins Zimmer zu bringen, bis 24/7 Zimmerservice und ihre hilfreiche Unterkünfte bis zur Sprachbarriere. Die meisten Mitarbeiter wussten Englisch, und wenn sie nicht, zögerten sie nicht, jemanden zu finden, der sofort verstehen und helfen könnte. Die Frau, die uns mit unseren Taschen unterstützte, ging aus ihrem Weg, um Nachtleben vorzuschlagen, das wir vielleicht gerne erleben, so dass wir uns von Anfang an begrüßen. Wir verbrachten viel Zeit in der wunderschönen Dachpool, wo wir Getränke, Essen und Live-Musik unter der schlagenden Sonne genossen. Wir hatten einen AMERIZENDEn Server Ali, für die meisten unserer Zeit im Pool. Sie erinnerte sich an uns während unseres Aufenthalts, an die Getränke, die wir bestellten, und engagierte sich in den klugen Kommunikationsprozess, zeigte, dass sie oben und darüber ging, um uns komfortable und bequeme Gefühle zu machen. Der Manager, den wir fast jeden Tag im Hotel gesehen hatten, erinnerte sich an uns von Anfang an und stellte sich sicher, wie wir durchgehen, zugleich unsere Bestellungen und unsere Bedürfnisse zu befriedigen. Wir werden in Zukunft sicher wieder sein, und wir hoffen, Ali und alle anderen wunderbaren Mitarbeiter dort auch zu sehen.
