Indcheckningen gik ikke som planlagt. selvom de sagde at værelserne var klar kl 15 var de først klar kl 16. Da vi endelig fik værelserne var de meget slidte og vores stik (som ellers passer andre steder) passedeikke ind i væggen. Vi hørte også om andre som havde problemer med væggelus på værelset. Det er ike et sted vi vil anbefale andre at ta hen før en evt stor renoveringen

internet service is very poor and only in lobby.
not enough dishes in the restaurant, you need to wait till they bring bowl for soup, not enough glasses for juice, have to find a waiter and ask him to bring coffee and so on. all these small things, that easily could be improved, spoil the impression of beauty of the beach, nature and the rest in whole

Rooms are outdated and AC not cooling well. Towels where hard to find and they would not give u any extra towels. Food was just ok.

The resort reminds me of a plantation, it has lots of space to be private, many pools, world class healthy food choices and the best staff, they are very respectful and helpful. Our personal favorite were ,Yudy and Orlando.

The property needs some major updates. The people that work here are very rude. They’re not friendly at all when you check in at the service desk they don’t even tell you where to eat or give you any type of information when I got here they gave me a room that had a leak and I had to change rooms. I would definitely not be here again and I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

Only the entertainment was very well organized and the evening shows were amazing. The food quality in the “restaurants” was not so good even compared to the poorest Caribbean countries. They also had 2 so called “a la carte” restaurants where the food and “dishes” were even worse, especially in the “Italian” restaurant where everything was just disgusting… And finally the hotel room was awful. I have never seen a hotel room in that condition even in 3 or 4 star hotels. Literally everything door look, amenities, bath, bed, safe, door, window etc. were very old (probably from 60s or 70s) and in the worst condition I have ever seen. I think that was unacceptable even for a 3 star hotel. The room service and staff were not the best as well. Most of them didn’t understand and speak English, even the basic words like today or tomorrow. The room cleaning service was awful. Someone could just knock the door at 8 am, take the towels and return new ones only after 6 pm. Once they even entered the room when we were still in the bed.

The property needs an upgrade especially in the rooms, ac was controlled unable to make the room cold temp was set at 29 degrees C. Limited on the dinning even on the buffet, not allot of options. Unable to reserve for dinner because it was overbooked.
