Wir kamen für eine Woche ins Hotel und hatten eine gute Zeit und könnten uns gut erholen. Wir bedanken uns nochmal am Küchenchef Andres und dem Personal dass sehr freundlich war.(Hatten die Glutenfreie Option und wurden dabei gut von ihm beraten).

Wir verbrachten ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel. Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage! Frisches, gesundes und sehr leckeres Essen! Fleischgerichte werden frisch gegrillt, viele verschiedene Salate und auch lokale Spezialitäten! Das Odessa würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und erneut besuchen!

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage mit einem tollen Pool, welcher den ganzen Tag Sonne abbekommt. Der Strand (ein sehr sauberer) ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Auch für Kleinkinder geeignet. Preis Leistung vom Hotel ist top. Die Zimmer sind klassisch ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist super nett und kümmert sich um alles. Auch als wir zu früh ankamen, durften wir an der Poolbar Platz nehmen. Beim Frühstück und auch beim Abendessen gab es super viel Auswahl. Ich werde auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Am Anfang waren wir ein wenig erschrocken. Unser Zimmer war nicht so gut gepflegt und der WC sitz defekt aber wir haben das bemängelt und mit der Reinigung gesprochen. Sofort wurde alles beseitigt. Hätte mir noch einen kleinen Entschädigung für die eingeklemmte Haut gewünscht aber ich denke die Dame an der Rezeption hat mein schlechtes Englisch nicht gut verstanden. Weshalb ich 5 Sterne gebe liegt vor allem an dem wundervollen Team. Selten habe ich so nette und zuvorkommende Menschen getroffen. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Jeder hatte ein nettes Wort , zeigte Interesse am Gast und nahm sich Zeit wenn es ein Anliegen gab. Auch untereinander scheinen die Angestellten gut zu sein. Die Vorgesetzten scheinen gut mit ihrem Team umzugehen. Danke an David und sein Team für die wundervolle Zeit. Und danke an das Küchenteam. Das Essen war wirklich sehr sehr gut. Morgen reisen wir ab aber wir werden wieder kommen. LG Andrea

Das Hotel ist für einen entspannten Urlaub die perfekte Entscheidung. Super Lage zum Stand und zur Stadt Protaras. Am Buffet gab es eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten und die Qualität des Essens war hervorragend. Wirklich begeistert war ich von dem freundlichen Auftreten des Personals. Der Küchenchef Andreas und Daniel hatten einen sehr sympathischen und respektvollen Umgang zu den Gästen. Großen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter.

Das Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, sehr schöne Atmosphäre, perfekt zum entspannen. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und hat unglaublich viel Auswahl, Großen Dank an Andreas und David die einem mit ihrem Service jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen haben. Dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen Ich komme sehr gerne wieder! ＜3

Wer ein herausragenden Urlaub verbringen will ist hier absolut an der richtigen Adresse. - Tolle Aktivitäten für gross und klein. - Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal von den Putzfrauen bis zu den Kellnern. - Vielfältiges ausgezeichnetes Essen (Andreas, der Chef de Cuisine nimmt sich am Abend Buffet gerne Zeit für die Gäste und gibt jedemeinzelnen das Gefühl, dass er nur für ihn gekocht hat.) Ps. Den Apfelkuchen muss man umbedingt probieren 😍😋 - Perfekte Lage zwischen Meer und Einkaufsmeile - Am Abend trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum sehr ruhig

Hotel: Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das sich durch eine gute Lage auszeichnet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Check-in: Wir waren für 8 Tage im Odessa Beach Hotel. Anfangs waren wir etwas enttäuscht über den eher kalten Empfang. Es war eine kurze Abfertigung, ohne dass uns die Rezeptionistin herzlich in Empfang genommen hat. Zimmer: Das Zimmer ist ziemlich klein, aber für zwei Personen ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit inkl. tägliche Reinigung und Austausch von Tüchern ist okay. Personal: Grundsätzlich eher kalt, unfreundlich und spürbar unmotiviert. Entertainment: Ziemlich langweilig mit veraltetem Material (Darts, Ping-Pong, Billard) Lage / Strand: Der Strand und die Einkaufs- und Gastronomiestrasse sind in je ca. 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Strand ist wundervoll und das Meerwasser einmalig schön und klar. Die Souvenirshops verkaufen alle in etwa die selben Artikel. Neben einigen Supermärkten gibt es reichlich Restaurants und Bars.

Wir waren im Juni mit einer großen Gruppe im Hotel. Das Hotel ist gemütlich, das Personal ist freundlich, ich möchte besonders David erwähnen, einen sehr reaktionsschnellen jungen Mann, der immer bereit ist zu helfen. Animatorin Kristina ist auch ein sehr angenehmes, fröhliches und aktives Mädchen. Was ich besonders vermisst habe war, dass die meisten Angestellten Englisch sprechen, aber im Allgemeinen ist alles sehr gut.

Ich war mit meinem Urlaub in Protaras zufrieden! Ich war mit Freunden dort und die sind der gleichen Meinung!Das Hotel an sich und die Zimmer sehen sehr ordentlich aus!Das Essen war abwechslungsreich. Servicepersonal sehr freundlich. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich David, der uns sehr angenehm und freundlich bedient hat, sowie Misuaus und den Küchenchef Andeas. Animateurin Christina, sehr freundlich, gesellig und aktiv. Alles super.

Odessa is a fantastic good size hotel which is very close to the beach. They have the best staff in Cyprus. There is the best and creative chef Andreas Yianni and all the waiters are skilled, sweet and super attentive I would like to highlight Michalis Elia he is super professional sweet with great knowledge. You can feel everyone is happy at the workplace and that is wonderful and important. So many thanks for that to the hotel director Yiannos Michaelides.

Had an amazing stay..lovely hotel absolutely spotless ,extremely helpful and friendly staff who made us feel very welcome..from the housekeeping to the waiters bar staff reception and especially Chris the assistant hotel manager who went above and beyond to meet our needs.my partner needed medical assistance and he sorted ot all out for us..The food is exceptional we didn't bother eating out it was too good to miss...Pool was inviting with entertainment for everyone ...we can't wait to come back again...10 out of 10

Yvonne and I have just returned from another super week at the Odessa Beach.. We were greeted by the friendly staff,, Our lovely room was clean , comfortable and the shower over a bath gave plenty of lovely hot water ... we found the choice of food excellent , the resturant staff are very helpful and if there was a problem with special diets the Chef would always help to find something suitable There was always plenty of choice.. Fresh salads,, Pasta dishes ... cold meats. The hotel is well run at reception and the staff there always willing to help with any questions...the pool area was kept clean....and we had a lovely time thank you to all at the Odessa ... See you next year

Nice clean rooms and pool area. Staff were really friendly and helpful especially in reception. Food was mediocre but fine for breakfast and lunches. The cocktails were not great, mostly made with lemonade. Entertainment was pretty poor for a 4 star. We enjoyed our stay here though and got it reasonably priced for being at the start of the season so it was good value for what we paid but I’d say it’s more of a 3+ hotel rather than a 4. The choice of restaurants in other hotels as part of the all inclusive was a great idea and the Mexican was amazing service and good food for being essentially free. But please whatever you do avoid avoid avoid the Cypriot diner and the Italian on the street which are part of the all inclusive package. You’ll meet the rudest man you have ever met in your life and genuinely the worst food you’ll ever eat. Just look at the reviews on trip and Google, or walk by and see him for yourself. I really don’t understand why Odessa are partnered with him and keeping them in business. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Only feedback we have is the bar areas are closed during breakfast times so we couldn’t get a bottle of water to take away on our early morning trip to Famagusta. So it would be great if they had a mini fridge in reception for this purpose also considering there is a lot of late night flights so check in is very late so it would be good to have some water to hand for when the bar is closed. We did get offered a sandwich and apple on arrival because the kitchen was closed and thought this was considerate. The location is absolutely fantastic and overall we had a really great holiday here.
