DISAPPOINTING ! AWFUL OWNER & STAFF ! POOL IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES! We wanted to relax for few days and we even thought about extending but after couple days…. We realised this place was just awful, very frustrating and you feel so weird in there. The staff never say hello and you feel like you’re disturbing them. They do not speak a word of English and they are sooo cold. The owner is just wondering for more money and that’s it. There is absolutely no customer care. The place is ok but nothing gets you to relax it’s just like a picture… Pool’s water it is not clean at all and it’s suuuuper small, you cannot even lay in! How can you even call that a pool !?? It is a fountain! We are leaving so frustrated !!! We will NEVER go back again for sure !

Excelente lugar, la gente es muy amable, SUPER limpio, hacen limpieza y cambio de toallas diario, el desayuno es un 10, recontra completo! Tienen convenio con una empresa de tour que es segura, todo lo que hice salio bien. Muy recomendado!!

Foram dias incríveis neste lugar maravilhoso !
A estadia foi agradável, tranquila e uma recepção excelente… Quarto confortável com ar gelando, café da manhã muito bom!
A pousada fica próximo a orla o que facilita muito a locomoção, já que na ilha é tudo feito a pé. Outro ponto a se descarar, é que nesses dias em que ficamos ouve falta de energia na ilha e a pousada possui gerador com isso gerando mais conforto e qualidade, pois o calor estava intenso !

Gostamos bastante de nossa estadia na pousada. Fomos muito bem recebidos e acolhidos com muita cortesia e simpatia por todos. Excelente localização e custo benefício. Pousada com limpeza impecável, lindo jardim, quarto espaçoso - cama de alvenaria mas com colchão e travesseiros bem confortáveis, ar condicionado funcionando bem, sem barulho (ficamos na suíte Palmeiras), banheiro limpo com excelente ducha. Café da manhã muito bom num espaço em frente ao jardim. Há também um espaço zen bastante agradável. Recomendo e num retorno à Ilha Grande ficarei por lá novamente com certeza!

A pousada é super aconchegante, um jardim muito bem cuidado, café da manhã excelente, próximo do comércio e do cais para saídas de barco. Ótimo atendimento. A Ilha é maravilhosa, praias lindíssimas. Ponto negativo: Falta conscientização ecológica, lixo espalhado em alguns pontos da ilha, falta tratamento de esgoto.

Desde o momento em que colocamos os pés na entrada da pousada Caúca, já fomos recebidos com um belo sorriso pela recepcionista, Tina (adorei conhecê-la). Sou grata pelo atendimento solícito de todos. Local aconchegante e muito limpo, quarto limpo e cheiroso. Café da manhã muito saboroso e com várias opções. Pousada com muita flexibilidade, meu checkout foi as 11hs e guardaram no locker nossas coisas até o horário de irmos embora, às 17hs. Recomendo com certeza! Facilidade de deslocamento a pé: Pertinho da rua principal, perto do cais, da praia, de comércios e restaurantes.

Uma pousada com quartos amplos, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom!!! Possui um jardim muito bem cuidado, mesinhas ao ar livre e um espaço zen para meditação que é bem legal. O café da manhã é bem farto e com bastante variedade, incluindo comidas típicas como: cuscuz, rabanada, bolo de banana etc. A localização é muito boa..próxima a tudo. O atendimento é extremamente cordial. Faço elogio específico a Ingrid que nos recebeu super bem e sempre com sorriso no rosto.
