Wunderschönes Hotel mitten im Zentrum! Man kann in 10-20 Minuten zu Fuß überall hinkommen. Bei Bedarf ist die U-Bahn in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Auch der Flughafen ist vom Hotel aus gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist neu, schön, modern, frisch, geräumig, mit Blick auf eine gemütliche, belebte Fußgängerzone mit Cafés und Geschäften. Es gibt alles: Klimaanlage, TV, WLAN, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Haartrockner. Das Bett ist bequem, die Decke ist warm. Alles war wunderbar! Ideal wäre es, wenn Hausschuhe und Bademäntel im Zimmer vorhanden wären. Es ist noch etwas kühl im Zimmer.

Super nice and cozy room, however its supposed to run as Airbnb not a Hotel, you wont get cleaning services during your stay, water for the first day even and the communication to access on checkin is troublesome-like airbnb. - Checkin/out: They didnt send the checkin information in advance, and expecting you to write them an email to get it (when you dont expect to do so for a hotel-services) - same on checkout. Hope they received the email I sent via trip.com - Room type: The room isn’t the same as in the room photo when you booked, its another one. The one we stayed has no sofa and balcony. - No water even on the first day, cook yourself by using the kettle or drink from tap (which not recommended in portugal) - Cleaning: The room is clean and niche, but dont expect any cleaning services during the whole stay. - Noise from the street: mostly day and night as its in very central walking street.

Good location and local to main high street with lots of cafes and restaurants - new decor and friendly service with daily cleaning (just remember to put the sign to clean) Location is centre of all the key attractions and amenities so easy for you to walk around to all areas Lots of space with kitchen to cook if needed Overall great stay and will come back!

The apartment is new，the lady who works there asked me to buy a SIM card for calling them when required . however, they’ve never picked up my phone call. The electric stove was slowly to heat the pan.

Все отлично. Очень красивый номер, расположено очень удобно, пр этом даже в новогоднюю ночь было тихо. немного неудобно, что код от двери до заселения не присылают, и нужно звонить на телефон на ресепшн, а не у всех есть возможность и желание в роуминге звонить.

空間很大，也比較衞生，整體感覺這個價位性價比還是相當不錯的

위치가 우선은 너무나 좋았고, 방컨디션도 꽤나 괜찮았습니다. 아쉬웠던 부분들이 있지만 가격대비 충붐히 만족합니다.

Perfekte Lage in der Rua de Santa Catarina. Bei meiner Ankunft rief ich die angegebene Nummer an und eine Mitarbeiterin (Sophia) öffnete kurz darauf die Tür und hieß uns willkommen. Obwohl das Äußere des Gebäudes alt ist, ist das Innere ganz neu. Alle Stockwerke sind mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Wir hatten Apartment 3B, eines der beiden Apartments mit Balkon mit Blick auf Santa Catarina (das andere Apartment ist 3A). Unser Blick ging direkt auf das Grande Hotel do Porto, das eigentlich unsere erste Wahl war, aber ausgebucht war. Das Apartment verfügt über kostenloses WLAN, eine Küche mit allem, was man erwarten würde, einschließlich einer Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, ein Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche mit allen Toilettenartikeln, einen Flachbildfernseher, ein Sofa und ein großes Bett. Ein Supermarkt ist etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt, praktisch, um Frühstückssachen oder eine gute Flasche Wein zu kaufen, die man auf dem Balkon genießen kann. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ufergegend ist zu Fuß erreichbar (vielleicht 20 Minuten), aber ein Taxi ist möglicherweise die kluge Wahl. Das Café Majestic ist ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, scheint aber auf der Liste aller Touristen zu stehen und kann daher besonders morgens gut besucht sein. Warten Sie am besten bis zum späten Nachmittag/frühen Abend, bevor Sie es besuchen; es ist überraschend teuer.

Wenn Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts in Porto etwas mehr Platz als in einem Standard-Hotelzimmer wünschen, dann ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie. Unser Apartment war fabelhaft und hatte alles, was Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts brauchen könnten, einschließlich einer schönen privaten Terrasse, auf der Sie nach einem Tag voller Stadterkundungen das Wetter bei einem Glas Wein genießen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem My Story-Team war hervorragend und sie haben uns bei allem, was wir brauchten, zur Hand gegangen.

My parents had stayed with My Story chain in the pass and spoke highly of them, so I was confident to book Porto/Lisbon with this hotel chain. I was scheduled to stay in this hotel from April 29-May 2, due to unexpected power outage in Portugal/Spain and parts France, my flight to Portugal was cancelled. I couldn't make it to Porto and I emailed the hotel right away. Unfortunately, my rescheduled flight only allowed for a short visit to Lisbon from May 2 to salvage what I could from my vacation. When I emailed Paula Pereira to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, she replied, I will be charged for 1 night. I asked if the charge could be applied towards my stay at Hotel Augusta(sister hotel in Lisbon that is also part of the same chain), I did not get a response. I understand there are policies, but this was an extreme situation beyond my control. I had hoped that they would have been empathetic but I was left feeling disappointed. I hope that they would still reach out.

I have never seen such a super combination of location & service apartments, this was even better than a hotel, the best location of porto, with the best apartments, decor, service staff, a good in room deck, and a beautiful complementary wine. The lady at service was polite and humble. The best ever apartment experience.

Very clean. Located downtown in the shopping area. We weren't there to shop; required some walking to get to the river and historic sites. Nice to have the space of the apartment and to cook some meals. Staff were helpful with booking taxis and requests. Make sure they know your arrival time.

After 2 weeks in beautiful hotels in Portugal this might be my favorite! Santa Catarina is a busy street during the day but quiet at night. I would recommend the apartment with the patios. So much space and everything is new and clean lines. We ran to the grocery store for breakfast supplies and that gave us more of what we wanted. Many restaurants nearby. They do clean everyday if you want. They do a wonderful job here.
