Best location in town with 2-minute walk to the beach front, south balcony view, with nearby Pão Quente supermarket and restaurants. Frequent house keeping and tidy building. Free gated parking. Will be back!

A estadia foi super agradavel! De certeza que iremoz voltar! O apartamento estava super bem equipado! O hotel e super bem localizado! Os funcionários sao muito simpáticos e educados!

This huge apartment block is quite dated but clean and friendly staff. Close to the beach and shops/resturants. It gets a big thumbs down as I got an electric shock from the bedside lamp on the Friday night (booked in for Fri/Sat). We immediately reported it to the front desk and lady on reception was most apologetic and concerned for my wellbeing. The top of my index finger was slightly burned. As it was late (about 10pm) we agreed to discuss the matter further the next morning. Back in the room we checked the lamps and discovered the cable was exposed! On both lamps! The next morning we went to reception to discuss the incident and requested to move rooms or check out with a refund for the Saturday. The Receptionist informed us there was no availability and she was not in a position to refund our money. There was no manager or team leader on site as it was the weekend and there would be nobody of leadership onsite till Monday. We insisted she make a phone call to get clearence to refund our money for the forthcoming night. She did this and after a minute call she had the authority to do so. Unfortunately for us it being a Saturday we couldn't find anywhere else to book into and check out at Jardins was 10.00 so we decided to stay the extra night. We asked to have the lamps replaced. This didn't happen, we asked the cleaning staff when they came to clean the room to remove them. They didn't. When we check out on Sunday at 10.00am we once again mentioned the lamps being dangerous and still in place. This could have been a very serious acccident and luckly for me I just got a shock and a burned fingertip but if this had been more serious. deathly even, would the manager or team leader have made an appearance despite it being the weekend or would they still have waited till Monday. Beware the electrical items in this place. Because of this experience I would not recommend the place and am considering reporting them to higher authorities in Portimao.

So I’m here now; wrote ahead and requested seaview high storey and that’s what I got; 2108. At first thought enclosed balcony a problem but at this time of year perfect! If you ask reception staff are really helpful; hairdryers can be borrowed, I have a private parking spot for no charge, Wi-Fi is good and worth the small charge and location great If you are arriving in evening at this time of year supermarket shut but there is a Japanese restaurant round the corner who do take away for very reasonable price Best walkable supermarket is intermarche Washing machine a boon, kitchen well equipped although hob very slow Furniture serviceable and comfy Hotel is “tired” but very functional and great location for exploring and lovely sunsets from the balcony with the sound of the waves

We stayed at the Jardins Apartments for a few nights and had a pleasant time. The apartment was spacious and clean and even though the kitchen appliances were dated, it didn't bother us as we only used the percolator to brew coffee & ate out every night. The reception team were professional & helpful, especially the American lady who helped me print out boarding passes . It's just a stones throw away from a great little supermarket and the amazing beach . And the balcony view was the best. I loved Praia da Rocha & my partner did, too & want to come back definitely!

The outdated apartments are disappointing. Old furniture. Old kitchen appliances and not enough electricity plugs. No wi-fi available for free. They give you the option to use the one from a nearby restaurant. Too expensive for the experience.

For a start the rooms are massive we were on the 24th floor and the View was spectacular. Check-in was very efficient ,room clean and well equipped Staff very helpful and friendly Great beach very close to hotel Great restaurants . This was our 3rd holiday in Praia-da-rocha 1st time in Jardin da rocha and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

A very central location, literally a five minute walk from the beach. A fabulous pool area. The staff were so nice and friendly and helped us with any questions we had - even allowed us to store our luggage on the last day before we had to leave for the airport.

Excellent spacious apartments,great location, helpful staff, for what you pay for these apartments i think it is great value.Me and my wife have paid more before and stayed in alot worse places.I will definitely be staying here again. Mr a laybourne.

The apartments are big and spacious with plenty of amenities for self catering And is in a ideal spot for the beach, bars and restaurants The apartments are tired and need refurbishing the bed we had was a iron frame with a soft mattress They need a complete over haul and clean. The pool area and garden is lovely with plenty of sun beds

I am currently staying at this hotel and while i think for the price is is great. We have unfortunately been put in a room on the side of the building that faces the roundabout and get zero sun which is very disappointing. My advice would be to request a room on the better side of the hotel. I wish i would have known that we would get no sun and have a very cold balcony 😭
