A beautiful, well-kept and perfectly clean room and bathroom in the Puglian style in a well-kept historic building. Easy contact with the lovely owners. A very good breakfast in a nearby cafe, with a choice of sweet or savory with freshly squeezed orange juice. Large parking lot 5 minutes from the house and the train station 10 minutes on foot. We got an upgrade to a room with a terrace and sea view :) Thank you very much Cosimo!

Beautiful French balcony over looking a beautiful cove beach and town, Modern rooms with old school charm. Excellent location.In the heart of Polignano. Lots of shops, beautiful beaches, street entertainers, beautiful Cathedral, street vendors, and fantastic choice of wonderful restaurants all in easy walking distance. One of the staff spoke English and was very helpful. No parking in site, but the manager had me park in a local lot and sent his staff to pick us and our luggage up. My wife and I couldn't have been happier. We will definitely be back!!

We arrived and transfers were arranged to park our car and we were transported to our location and is very well located ! Great rooms but small and great view to pebble beach below!! The staff (Cosimo )were very nice and helpful in so many ways However the breakfast at the cafe is not really a breakfast as only pastries and panini, no fruit or eggs!! Good quality but not your normal breakfast. They provided a refrigerator in the room and did not work so we used the air con to keep our milk cold. 😂😂😂😂We had to find the local grocery shop ourselves finally to buy supplies as nothing cold!!! The cups provided were paper thin and not suitable for making tea and coffee. Polignano is the most awesome place and has a wonderful feeling about this place. Thank god it isn’t peak season. We got up early and went to beaches early before the crowds. All beaches are pebbles and so sore but we adjusted with gritted teeth!!!😂😂Restaurants have the most amazing traditional food. Be sure to visit Fronte Mare bar with Luiggi as the service is exceptional!!!The views are one of the most spectacular that we have seen! We would come back to the region. Thankyou polignano

We had a wonderful stay. The view is just superb, right on the "edge" looking down towards the beach. It is right in the old town close to all the restaurants and bars, and within very easy reach of the beach and the bridge. The room is compact but we had enough room and obviously it's an old, characteristic building. Cosimo, our host, was so very welcoming and helpful and we are very grateful for all his assistance. We very much enjoyed our breakfast at the local bar that was included.

Great location above the much photographed PAM inlets. Room with private roof deck is incredible. Be comfortable with stairs. Warm staff. In the heart of Polignano A Mare.

Arguably the best room/property in the area. The room was nice, and the balcony was sensational as it overlooked Grotta Piana, the most popular beach.
Restaurants were walking distance, and breakfast was served at a local cafe.
Cosimo our host was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and would be the only room I would ever stay in Polignano a Mare.

Absolutely loved the hotel, staff and location. Cosimo was an important contributor to our stay. He planned everything so well and on time. He took care of us before we got to the property until we checked out. He also gave good recommendations for restaurants. Beautiful location and very clean property. We had a rooftop terrace which was incredible. Breakfast is with vouchers at a nearby restaurant which was very nice. Many choices and great coffee. Out of 7 properties we stayed in Europe this year, this one was the nicest. Minor issue with the refrigerator cooling but it didn’t bother us. Beds are comfortable. Our 2 teens also enjoyed the hotel. Mattresses are very comfortable as well. Bathroom is clean. Room looked recently renovated. Be mindful, there are many steps for the hotel in case you have reduced mobility. We parked our car offsite and Cosimo arranged for transportation via golf cart. Parking is at a supplemental cost, but I think worth it to get peace of mind. We had a lovely experience with everything in Polignano a Mare. People came to the hotel to take pictures from the area since the view was so breathtaking. It is nice to have a hotel located in the heart of the area being explored.

This lovely gem is in the perfect location; alongside the famous Lama Monachile beach so you can walk down for a swim, and within the historic center filled with cute restaurants and shopping but pretty quiet for sleeping. Our family of 4 is very comfortable in unit 5 with a queen bed in one room and two comfy twins in the other. We have a private rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. They offered offsite parking for a small fee and picked us up in a golf cart with our luggage. The host of the property Cosimo was attentive and wonderful at checkin! Free breakfast coupons were provided for a cafe nearby which was also lovely! We were able to use their beach towels and they provided some drinks on the in-room fridge for a fee. The air conditioning was blasting a welcoming cold when we needed it! Wifi signal was strong. Perfect place to to swim, shop, eat, and decompress!
