Das Hotel ist absolut wunderschön, viele Palmen, Blumen, Vögel - tagsüber ist das ein ruhiges Paradies. Aber nachts ... Lieber Gott, es gibt zwei Bars neben dem Hotel, und Sie können sie beide PERFEKT hören. Wenn Sie ein Nachtmensch sind und nicht vor 2 Uhr morgens ins Bett gehen, sind Sie gut. Aber wenn Sie es wagen, etwas früher zu schlafen, sind Sie möglicherweise etwas abgelenkt. Vielmehr ist das Hotel, die Einrichtungen, die Leute, der Service, die Lage - alles ist großartig.

Lovely hotel. Booked extra nights because we liked it. Other than given dirty towels in our room the stay was perfect. I would stay here again. Great for the price we paid.

The manager of that hotel was rude unfriendly and disgusting I have stayed at the hotel for 10 days and he asked me to pay for one hour extra after check out and called the police for one hour extra check out that was a terrible disgusting experience i have never had that in my last 20 years of travelling So impolite ,rude and unfriendly manager Water wasn't running for the first 3 days it took them to fix it but I didn't complain very bad experience Avoid this hotel

La temática del hotel es bonita tipo selva, pero el servicio es PÉSIMO súper grosero los recepcionistas, como en ninguna parte del mundo me habían tocado. No conocen las palabras por favor y gracias, el tono que hablan parece que te están regañando. Por el hotel si volvería pero sí personal grosero

Ótimo hotel, bem localizado, funcionários agradáveis. O único ponto negativo é o chuveiro que é muito fraco.

Un hotel muy acogedor

Am not one to write a review but this hotel for the amount of money they charge it horrible. Jetblue should take them off their site. Anyways where do I start. Breakfast is not like they picture. It’s just toast butter granola and fruit and the coffee was bad. No phones in the rooms in case of emergency. The bathrooms were very small. The pool was very small. The place was kept es very clean. The manager was very uptight. The personnel were very up tight. Barely gave my family a good morning when we said good morning. A lot of restrictions in this tiny hotel. My daughter has red hair the manager looked at her hair and said “if you stain anything in the room. There would be a charge”. Not very welcoming staff. The only nice staff was Iran who helped us with the tours and told us which ones were fun. With tags said don’t waste your time.

This is an amazing hotel close to downtown and the beach! The showers are big, the beds are great, rooms are very clean and some of the staff speak very good English and are willing to help you however they can. The serve a very tasty breakfast by the pool and their prices half of everyone else in the area when I booked on line.

Hôtel super bien placé près de 5. Avenida 5 minutes de la plage L atmosphère été vraiment génial avec toutes ces plantes. La piscine pour les enfants tip top L appartement vraiment bien avec les filets de protection contre les insectes Le personnel super s’impatique d ailleurs un grand merci à Omar réceptionniste que nous a donner plein de conseils pour les visites

O ambiente do hotel é delicioso. Super arborizado, tem uma piscina linda, você se sente no meio de uma floresta. A piscina é ótima, o quarto é grande, camas, ar condicionado e chuveiros muito bons. A localização é fantástica. Você consegue caminhar até a praia, 5a Avenida, restaurantes, boates, barcas para Cozumel, Wallmart... tudo a pé. Pontos negativos: o estacionamento fecha as 22h. Se sair pra jantar de carro, provavelmente terá que deixar o carro na rua. Outro ponto é o café da manhã, que é bem simples. Mas de uma maneira geral o custo benefício é fantástico. Recomendo de olhos fechados.

Magnifique jardin reposant. Jolie piscine. Chambres bien équipées et petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Réception serviable. Pourraient améliorer et faire les chambres plus tôt dans la journée. Extrêmement bruyant la nuit à cause de la musique du bar d’en face - dommage.

Muy buena relación calidad precio y muy tranquilo. Desayuno aconsejable. También la gente bastante atenta y predisposición para ayudar a seleccionar rutas para hacer por distintos lugares de la zona. Y las bicicletas gratis durante 2 horas recomendable

D'abord nous avons halluciné a la vue de cette chambre horrible, nous avons demandé une nouvelle chambre plus confortable, où nous pouvons poser nos valises, et au moins avoir un peu de place dans la salle de bains, c'était un placard, mais la deuxième chambre idem....

Partiamo da un ora e mezza di attesa per avere la camera, una camera che aveva la serratura rotta e le lenzuale sporche, sono scesa gentilamnete a chiedere se potevamo essere cambiate le lenzuolaentra stavamo perdendo il nostro tempo per aspettare qucuno che aggiustasse la porta. Nessuno é arrivato così sono andata di nuovo alla reception per chiedere se potevamo avere un altra camera in modo da non perdere tutto il pomeriggio. Ci hanno cambiato camera, usciamo e rientriamo dopo cena. Siamo stati svegli fino alle 2:30 per la musica altissima, e sinceramente un albergo si paga per dormire. Comunque alle otto scendiamo per la colazione e credo di non aver mai mangiato niente di così disgustoso, una colazione che non vale minimamente il prezzo che chiedono. 110 £ a notte più la tassa di servizio per non dormire e non mangiare, e il personale neanche a parlarne, scontrosi e nessuno che sorride. Spero che qualcuno intervenga per cambiare quel posto
