Das Hotel ist sehr schön, hat einen großen Swimmingpool und einen schönen Privatstrand, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Insgesamt ist es großartig.

Der Service des Personals ist wirklich freundlich. Auch die Ausstattung ist gut. Ein Privatstrand und ein Restaurant, das köstliches Essen serviert. Da es weit von der Stadt entfernt ist, ist es ein großartiger Ort, um in aller Ruhe zu heilen. Etwa 2 km entfernt gibt es schwimmende Restaurants, sodass Sie hier gut mit der Familie essen können. Kostenloser Transfer zum Flughafen bei Abholung und Check-out vom Flughafen. Es ist ein großartiger Ort, um bequem mit Ihrer Familie zu entspannen. Ich empfehle, ein Fahrrad zu mieten (150.000 VND pro Tag) und die Insel Con Dao zu erkunden.

Das gesamte Personal des Hotels, angefangen beim Manager, ist sehr darauf bedacht, alle Wünsche der Kunden zu erfüllen! Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr neu und sehr komfortabel. Sehr schöne Lage an einem Ort, der vor der Verschmutzung des Stadtzentrums geschützt ist.

Ich konnte die Einstellung der Mitarbeiter spüren, ihr Bestes zu geben, um auf unsere Anfragen zu reagieren, und es war sehr positiv und einfach zu bleiben. Schade war allerdings, dass nur die Badewanne aus irgendeinem Grund zwei Tage hintereinander nicht gereinigt wurde. Die Lage war weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und unpraktisch, aber ich denke, es ist gut für Leute, die sich entspannen möchten.

The location is far from the center but quiet. It is suitable for the one who like peace and relaxation. Very nice pool and nice beach. But the beach is difficult to swim when there is high tide. The way to the beach should be seriously repaired for the guests. The mountain view room is clean but its smell is strong. So we changed to the sea view room and much better. The Staffs are friendly but slow. Breakfast is ok

It great place to stay. Have a pool, beach, also they have a good deal for package it for pick up and drop off straight to the hotel and include breakfast

The hotel is in a lovely location. Room service was slightly lacking (had to ask to get room cleaned) as were some other small details such as a 45 minute pick-up wait, our girls shower kept flooding the bathroom but they didn't fix it. That said, overall staff were very nice and tried hard to help. Room view was lovely.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Service unaufmerksam und langsam, das Personal an der Bar und und im Restaurant nur vietnamesisch spricht. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, das Hotel schön gelegen und mit privatem Strand. Um das Hotel herum gibt es leider nicht viel, man muss mit dem Taxi oder Moped bis in die Stadt fahren, was aber kein Problem ist, da es kaum Verkehr auf der Insel gibt. Die Insel ist wunderschön und sauber mit tollen Stränden. Tourismus ist bis jetzt kaum vorhanden.

Air conditioning stuck on 25degrees and full fan when we arrived . As we had had a very early start to travel we opened the doors to outside and with sea breeze was fine to have an hours sleep after unpacking . We reported the issue to reception . An hour later , after 4 people had been in and 3 video calls we had no air conditioning . As it was now 6pm we headed out for food and left them to it . Returned at 11pm to no air conditioning . After another farce and only after insisting I wanted a new room for the night so could sleep was I offered one . Wednesday evening it sounded like room next to mine was partying until 1am , so could not sleep . Tuesday only 2 people around pool but all loungers had used towels on . Wednesday no clean towels for pool . Very long wait for food in restaurant even though nearly empty and food arrived barely warm . Checked out Thursday morning and moved to a different hotel . Never in nearly 30 years of travel have I felt the need to move hotel . Could be good hotel if managed better . Young lady on reception was superb , a big thank you to her for her help and understanding .

I booked the Orsen Hotel in Con Dao (Vietnam) through Agoda. For two nights on 15/03/24 to 17/03/24. The cost was 3 million Dong for the two nights, this was for an Ocean Facing room with a pick up from either the Airport or the Ferry terminal plus breakfast. (I travelled by the Phu Quoc Express Ferry) We were picked up from the Ferry Office and after a 5 min drive were at the Hotel, there was a line so we were directed to sit down and we were supplied with a welcoming drink. It was not well organised as guests were coming in through the main doors, and being taken before the guests who were waiting. The room itself was large, clean and spacious, and generally well maintained. (see photos) There is a safe The room welcome folder was very informative (see photos), but regarding the black out info I never saw any black outs. At reception they have a folder with all the sightseeing trips available, the Hotel will book them for you and organise the taxi but you have to pay for the trip to the operator. There is a bar directly behind the reception, and any drinks are put down to your room. You can’t pay directly. There is one pool table and one billiards table over on the far side (Billiards table with no pockets) The Infinity pool was good, the staff hand out lounger towels on request. They also take drinks orders. There are steps down to the beach, and there was a staff member on watch. If the tide is in it can be difficult entering the water, but after the area of rocks its all sandy bottom and good for snorking. The Hotel does not provide masks or snorkels, so take your own. On the Hotel web site it states “things to do, ways to relax” and it mentions canoeing but there are no canoes at the Hotel. The restaurant was nice and modern, and very clean. We had two meals here and the food standard and variety was good. We did have a bit of bother, but this was down to the language barrier. I believe that the Hotel has just hired an American, to help guests with translation. (Nick) Check out was no problem, just a case of paying your bar/Restaurant bill and handing back your key card. They did not have the minibus available, so reception arranged a taxi to take us to the Ferry Port.

It was amazing place quite right by the ocean. The staff were very kind and helpful. if you need to re-energize it is a wonderful place. Breakfast buffet for all taste. The room spacious and very clean with good sound proof.
