Service: Der Chef ist sehr begeistert, es gibt einen Abholservice vom Bahnhof. Der S-Bahnhof ist zwar nicht dabei, aber verständlich. Die Abholung am Busbahnhof hat viel Ärger erspart! Und der Chef hat uns persönlich dabei geholfen, die Roadmap auszugeben! Ausstattung: noch relativ neu, der Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Badezimmer etwas durchnässt ist Hygiene: Sehr sauber, Tante putzt sehr fleißig Umgebung: Es ist wirklich ein ruhiger Ort inmitten des Trubels! Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der South Street, wo sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten konzentrieren, liegt aber in einer Gasse ohne kommerzielle Entwicklung und ist daher sehr praktisch Diesmal ist die Reiseroute eng und viele wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten wurden nicht besucht, aber es kann als Vorbote für den zweiten Besuch angesehen werden. Insgesamt war es eine gute Unterkunftserfahrung (P.S. Inn hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht bei Nacht)

Good experience in a historic accomodation. excellent welcome and advice for visits

We stayed at thos lovely hotel. Lovingly restored by the current owner Mr Wang. He is the 6th generation owner of the property. Until 10 years ago it was a derelict and dilapidated building. He poured money, time, blood, sweat and tears to restore it And it does feel and look like a traditional house. You feel you are going back in time. Firstly the customer service is way beyond the call of duty. Its so good, i would recommend staying with mr Wang at whatever hotel he runs. He picked us at the Lower East Gate, and brought us to the hotel, then took nearly half an hour to explain in great detail where we need to visit, whether the sights be in the city or outside the city. Some of his suggestions, not on the tour books were very good . For example he suggested 3 restaurants, and we avoided them thinking he was getting a kickback.on our 4th and last day we tried restaurant no 2 of his. And it was good , the food and service were good. The prices were average with other restaurants and we got a 10% discount being the hotel's guests. And remember we had eaten 10 meals by the time we came to his suggestions. Another suggestion of Mr Wang was Ma family home - also a very good tip from him. Everytime we had a request or question he always responded with enthusiasm. On our last day we checked out at 4am and he still took us to the pick up point at that ungodly hour. Yep Mr and Mrs Wang's customer service is just first class. The room was large, queen deluxe double, and the furnishings were traditional chinese furniture made of Rosewood. Very Expensive furniture for a hotel room. Shower worked well and was hot. However be aware its chinese style wet floor system ie there is no shower curtain between the shower and a small part of the bathroom does get wet if youare not careful. MR Wang said it will be one his improvement on his priority list. Hopefully by the time you booked the problem will have been resolved The hotel is very close to the main streets. About 5 min walk. The city of pingyao is worth visiting, it is one of the very walled cities left in China, with its old buildings intact and people still living it. All the city walls are also intact. Magnificent at night.

Really nice place, but as for most hotels, you cannot expect the staff to speak English (not a problem for me, but if you don't speak any Chinese be prepared). Location is great as it is around 2 minutes walk from 南大街/South Street and all the main museums and courtyards. The owners were very friendly and helpful, making time to explain all the places to see and were to eat. They can even help with good discounts, e.g. for the historical-themed performance '又见平遥'/Encore Pingyao as well as for restaurants. The hotel is in a beautiful traditional courtyard, very quiet area so you will sleep well at night. The room has traditional furniture, adding to the atmosphere, and while small (but good value for the price) was comfortable. The bed is a so-called 'kang' with heating - it was so comfortable in the cold winter that it was hard to get out of bed in the morning! Part of the floor has heating too. The cleanliness is good too. I would really recommend this place, very good atmosphere and with everything you need to be comfortable.

Alojarse aquí es una experiencia 100% auténtica china. El hombre que lo regenta fue muy amable y nos ayudó con nuestro itinerario de Pingyao para que no nos dejáramos nada de ver. El único punto negativo fue que no había toallas grandes para la ducha, algo importante para la gente que somos de fuera.

房間乾淨整潔，酒店服務優秀，環境優美，老闆熱情且攻略介紹詳細。

客棧很好，老闆人非常好，自己家的房子，額外用心。來回接送，各方面的提醒。會主動給很全面的攻略，會給飯店打折票，很實用。還可以領紀念幣，孩子很喜歡。我自發在微信給老闆髮圈點贊，老闆不知情的情況下還送我兩瓶醋。很實誠。打算下次來還住老闆家。

酒店環境非常棒，在古城中心位置，距各個景點非常方便，老闆提供古城詳細遊覽攻略。老闆人很好，提供接送服務，和提醒避坑。店裡可以買平價的各種醋和酒，還有紀念品和打折券贈送，大力推薦。

房間乾淨整潔，庭院設計很獨特，後來一問才知道，這是老闆自己設計的，挑選的材料都很講究，房間確實很不錯，住着很舒心。旅遊這塊老闆也是很用心，對古城的瞭解那是如數家珍，幫忙做攻略，提供旅遊地圖，講解每個景點的歷史，聽着都很入迷。這次旅行時間有些短暫，下次有機會還訂他家的。真實反饋！

民宿離平遙市樓非常近，走2分鐘就到最繁華的南大街，逛起來非常方便。店家提供接送服務，直接接到民宿，民宿的房間很乾凈，基本的物品都有，服務非常好，還幫忙做旅遊攻略。贈送平遙有名的幾家飯店會員打折卡，帶上去洪武記等飯店吃飯可以打折。

客棧老闆熱情周到，提前聯繫了接站地點。而且主動幫忙做遊覽攻略，購買又見平遙劇場票，比網上購買實惠👍👍。房間的炕也有特色，地暖給力，空調都不用開。可以改進的地方也提一下：衞生間可以挨着馬桶做個擋水條，拉個浴簾，做個簡單的乾濕分離，可以避免水流漫至衞生間各處。另外，淋浴處可以加個轉角置物架，防治洗髮水和沐浴露，方便住客使用。 最後，感謝老闆熱心服務，祝生意越來越好！

雖然離店時老闆娘很客氣地送了我一小瓶客棧**醋，但是我還是想説一下自己真實的入住體驗，供跟我需求一樣的旅客參考。因為這個客棧好評很高，所以慕名而來，但是實際入住發現，除了外觀確實很古風，內部設施就是招待所水平，空調老舊，裏面發黑，估計從未清洗過吧，因為天氣不熱但是房間很悶，打開空調後吹出了很陳舊的煙味，雖然小孩抗議，稍後我還是關掉了空調，但是它仍然成功誘發了我的咽炎，到今天嗓子有點啞和癢😓😓買了念慈菴枇杷糖不管用，希望能再堅持一下別吃消炎葯。其次，房間肯定不超過25平米，一張大炕7.2平，空地沒有炕寬，就算也是7.2平，衞生間乾濕未分區，洗臉枱很小，加衞生間門口那塊空地，就算也有7.2平，一共不到22平，就算我算少了，再加3平，也只有25平，和網頁上標註的35—40平肯定是相差甚遠的，住過標準化酒店的應該有體會30平左右的酒店有多大。此外，酒店老闆推薦的早餐店“美味廚房”真的很難吃，看圖片點了個攃格鬥，端上來跟扯細碎的刀削麪差不多，跟圖片粗獷風格完全不一樣，豆腐腦也很扯淡，唉，算了，旅遊在外哪有不掉坑裡的時候呢？最後我們離開時説要打車去王家大院，我們已經看過滴滴的大致價格，再加來回32的高速費都承擔，最後也是150，但是離開時老闆還是一臉真誠地跟我説，可以包車240，我心裏很無奈地很諷刺地笑了笑説不用瞭然後拖着行李離開。入住當晚去古城南大街逛回來，進門發現房間掉牆皮了，諸多感受吧，我再也不會住客棧類甚至民宿了，快捷、舒適或高檔的連鎖酒店，至少是設施配置和衞生標準的，是有下線的。今天帶着咽炎回漢了，還是要謝謝老闆熱情地在下東門接，幫忙搬行李上樓，以及老闆娘送的醋。圖片其中兩張是客棧發佈在網上的。

地理位置的優勢那是毋庸置疑，主要還是被這建築風格所吸引，和老闆聊過才知道，原來這是他們自己的房子自己裝修的，所以即便不是酒店式風格，但房間打理的還是很用心，對遊客自然也是主人待客般的那種熱情，這也許就是住客棧的意義吧！這個春節來平遙古城感受古建羣落風韻、品讀千年歷史人文，閑逛、放空、愜意使然～～～
