The pool was freezing but our room wasn't. A/c unit was broken. Told the front desk and they said they would put a ticket in for it. Over all good place to stay just off the ***** and very close to the island.

Despite construction next door, we slept well at this relatively new property. Very walkable since the Pigeon Forge Riverwalk goes right by the hotel. Some balconies have good views of the Smoky Mountains. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and the common areas are beautiful.

Don't expect a lot from this hotel with regard to view of the water, it is more like a creek and construction behind it will also be going on. Room was fine, hotel was fine otherwise. We didn't really interact with staff that much but don't be looking for a view and you will be fine. I feel it is misrepresented on that front. We always stay at Hilton hotels and love them so this is not against the hotel brand, just an FYI.

Nice hotel & conveniently located. We booked a 2bdrm / 2bath suite. Made it nice for 2 couples traveling together. Staff was friendly & helpful. Beds were okay - not as comfy as we had hoped. We didn't spend much time in the room, but it was nice to have a sitting area when we did. Would stay again.

Had an overall pleasant stay at this nice hotel. My wife and I decided to come in for a three day weekend and spend some time in the pigeon Forge area. I will say overall we had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The bar and restaurant was nice. The room overall was nice although the HVAC can get quite noisy and that really needs to be addressed. Also, we paid for a balcony view of the river and yes, it is a view of the river, but overall it’s just kind of a muddy looking river and a major construction site right behind it. I wouldn’t pay the extra for that particular room if I am ever back in pigeon Forge again. I would stay at this hotel again though. The room was nice. Bathroom was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I will definitely be back to stay again. Hotel is clean, continental breakfast, staff is amazing and very friendly. Trish and Briana helped me book a room for my family to come for a fun trip. They worked hard at getting just the right room for us and never acted like it was a problem. They are very pleasant to talk to. This is a place that makes you feel like family. Check out the big firepit at patio area. Beautiful.

Drive on Bye…Literally I thought for over $1k for a 2 Bedroom suite this place would be off the chart. Instead “ Yanni” at the desk informed me I would have a “Beautiful View”. What I got was a view of the Roof with Air-conditioning Ducts! This was such a Rip-off for a Hilton property. Haven’t been in this town for awhile but boy has it changed. Horrible ***** of Tourist Traps, poor restaurants and Bumper to Bumper Traffic. Not even “ Dollywood” could make me feel better. Sadly it’s true what they say, you can never go back.

This hotel is not up to Hilton standards. The morning and mid afternoon front desk clerks should receive hospitality training. Do not think you will be able to use the grill by the pool without a hefty fee and a grill reservation. They charge guests $50 an hour to use the grill. Also you have to sign a contract. Never in my life have I ever heard of such a ridiculous thing. Don’t let the photos fool you the pool is not very large. Only goes to 4ft. The breakfast is very underwhelming. Save the $15 and go to Paula Dean’s for breakfast it’s only $2 more than this hotels breakfast. The bar food is ridiculously overpriced $23.99 for an 8 cut pepperoni pizza. That is insane. The room was very small. And don’t let them fool you when they say a river view room our view was literally a construction site. The only real positive thing was the beds they were very comfortable.
