Gebucht über Online Express. Das Zimmer wurde mit 149 Quadratmetern angegeben und verfügte über eine Küche und alle Annehmlichkeiten. Beim Einchecken wurde mir eine andere Zimmerkategorie gegeben, maximal 90 qm, das Zimmer war schrecklich, alt!!! WLAN funktioniert nicht, die Klimaanlage ist schrecklich, das Badezimmer ist schmutzig, die Vorhänge sind schmutzig, die Fernseher sind nur für den Schein alt, keine Küche. Sie baten darum, es zu ändern oder das Geld zurückzugeben. Sie sagten, der Tarif sei nicht erstattungsfähig, eine Änderung sei nur gegen einen hohen Aufpreis möglich. Schrecklich!!!!

Do not stay in this place, way too expensive for what it is can find a lot better.. room was dirty when I checked it, had a very bad smell.. fridge was mouldy and didn’t work room and bed smelt like mould, spa didn’t work, no hot water in spa or kitchen.. roof was full of mice could hear them running around early morning and mouse crap on the floor and in bathroom, balcony had wasp and wasp nests all over it. Call the lady I booked through and complained multiple times and got a horrible response was told to get a refund and go find somewhere else stay..

Best place for my couples. We directly booking with the rental team of the privilege residence at the reception desk. But the first when I tried to booking room was complex , becuz they have different the name of this place but they was in the same place!? When inquiring abiut the price, I understand that the cheaper room by others name was not a room belonging to the front deskteam. So, why some people who stayed there gave the bad reviews. The room that I stayed was beautiful with a perfect view of rhe sea and the swimming pool was very beautiful , very satisfying. During that time,I met people who stay in others room that didn't have thecsame reservation likes us. They complained and regretted that the they didn't reserve directly becuz there room wasn't clean but my room very clean. I will come back again after new year,this place is the first choice of me.
