Als wir ankamen, erschraken wir erst einmal über die Lage des Hotels, da die umliegenden Häuser alle Abrisshäuser waren (also unbewohnt). Doch das Hotel selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im unteren Bereich ist u.a. ein Café, wo man morgens frühstücken kann und tagsüber entweder diverse Getränke und Kuchen bekommt oder mittags auch ein Mittagessen auf Bestellung. Das Hotelpersonal war total nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten erst ein Standard Doppelzimmer mit Fenster in der 3. Etage, welches für einen kurzen Citytrip ausreichend ist. Wir haben für die 2. Nacht auf ein Zimmer mit Badewanne upgegradet (für 300 Baht mehr), welches geräumiger war, allerdings kein Fenster hatte. Von Nachteil war, dass es keinen Lift gibt und die Koffer die Treppen hoch- und runtergetragen werden müssen. Die Klimaanlage ist von der Lautstärke okay, sie hat das Zimmer gut gekühlt. Das Bett war sehr bequem, alles war sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt von Phuket entfernt. Alles in allem für einen Trip in Phukets Altstadt absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel. Gute Atmosphäre, in der Nähe der Samstags- und Sonntagsfußgängerzone. Es ist sehr einfach, seinen Lebensunterhalt zu verdienen. Unterhalb des Hotels befindet sich ein Café, gute Atmosphäre, geräumige Zimmer, bequeme Matratzen, saubere Badezimmer. Empfohlen für alle, die in der Stadt übernachten. Es kann auf jeden Fall die Bedürfnisse von Menschen erfüllen, die spazieren gehen, einkaufen und essen möchten.

The hotel is quite new. Staff at reception is nice and hospitality. Room is big and has bathtub. There are choices of breakfast, me and my friend eat vegetarian food, they also provide for us too. It’s convenient to have few mins walk to the old town.

The location is excellent and close to hot spots in Old Phuket Town. Great staff and service and very nice rooms. Highly recommended!!

It was a recommended place to stay, new building the do not have elevator but they help you carry up to your room very friendly staff, feel so warm and welcome through our stay there

A new and clean hotel conveniently located near Phuket Town, with a cozy coffee shop on the first floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are a few downsides: the Wi-Fi requires reconnecting every time you lock your phone, there's noisy construction happening around the hotel, and the thin doors mean you can hear everyone talking in the hallway. Additionally, they don't provide soap, and sometimes you need to remind the staff to replenish the shampoo and shower gel.
