The Clarendon Hotel and Spa Bewertungen

Sehr enttäuscht von diesem Clarendon. Die meisten Möbel im Zimmer waren verblasst und abgenutzt. Unser Zimmer schien gerade renoviert zu werden und wurde nach der Demo einfach allein gelassen. Veraltet, schmutzig. Der Pool sah gut aus. Das Restaurant sah gut aus. Die Lounge auf dem Dach war durchschnittlich, nichts Besonderes. Kein Bügeleisen, kein Haartrockner im Zimmer. Wenn Sie an der Rezeption nachfragen, erhalten Sie es jedoch. Dieses Hotel ist ***********freundlich. Es stand nicht in der Hotelbeschreibung in der Buchungs-App. Ich habe es nach dem Einchecken im Hotel auf Google gelesen. Das Gebäude ähnelt eher einem Industriegebäude.

Das Spa, der Pool und die Balkonbar waren alle wegen Umbauarbeiten geschlossen, was schade war. Das Personal war großartig und beantwortete jede Frage. Das Zimmer war schön, könnte aber etwas mehr Sicherheit gebrauchen, abgesehen vom Schloss, das den Eindruck erweckte, es würde jederzeit kaputt gehen. Das mit dem Hotel verbundene Restaurant bot großartiges Essen.

It was a great price for the night but in reality it ended up being double the price. 142 was the charge with 25 plus tax due at the check-in, fine. But they charged me 128 bucks and with a prom8se of the 1100 returned but so far nothing amd that was my rent money. Hidden fees for single travelers because the couple that booked in before me told me they did not have to pay that fee. Also I'm black and the concierge lady was not

I love this place, it’s super close to downtown Phoenix without being right in the heart of it. It is affordable, therefore, as well as having a wonderful, funky vibe that my buddies and I love. It’s super ***, friendly, as well as being 420 friendly… Which means that while I don’t smoke ****, I enjoy the openness and adult only Ambience of the property. I love the pool area. It is super fun as well as the rooftop lounge. My only problem with this property is it is low on amenities as far as guest towels, lack of continental breakfast… Although the snacks that are free throughout your stay kind of make up for that. Also, they really should brighten up the bathrooms more. I stayed here are quite a few times in every bathroom has been very dim. There is also no ice machine… but you can get bags of ice from the front desk. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

For a hotel and spa, I expected more. Exterior and lobby look nice, but the rooms had an outdated modern feel, with paint chipping from the ceiling and the shower light flickering like a strobe light. Outdoor pool and hot tub area was a welcome benefit of staying here, but wish the staff would have taken time to remove leaves from the pool. Snacks and their free “breakfast” were very limited. The rooftop patio left something to be desired, like creativity. We did not try the on site restaurant, so I am unable to vouch for the services there. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. We did not try the spa service either as we couldn’t work it into our agenda.

Easy check in. Great location about 15mins from the airport. Hotel was clean and had a nice chill pool area. Also 420 friendly in certain parts of the hotel. I'd definitely be staying here again whenever I'm in Phoenix.
