Sethy Boutique is a great option if you need to be over the South side of PP. Clean and neat, the hotel offers a good breakfast and meals on the open roof top overlooking the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable and the staff helpful. For me, best of all was the large swimming pool - set in lovely surrounds, a great place to relax after a busy hot day. It’s also an easy walk to a Lucky supermarket and to a Browns coffee and cafe.

This place has the best view in Phnom Penh. Team is extremely nice and kind, bed is comfy, room is spacious and feels like a cool studio with microvawe and water dispencer. Breakfast is good. I havent had a chance to swim but pool is very cool. However it is full of cockroaches. If one person mentioned this in their comments i wouldnt stay at this hotel. Not just one or two. I killed 15 16 teenager and 5 baby cockroaches. Didnt have a chance to meet parents. A friend of mine was staying another room and he left the hotel earlier and said there were even cockroaches in his pillow. So sad cockroaches took over the place!

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist recht hoch, die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist sehr gut und die Einstellung des Kellners ist sehr gut. Als es zum ersten Mal von einem Freund empfohlen wurde, fühlte es sich gut an. Ich habe dieses Hotel jedes Mal gebucht, wenn ich hierher kam.

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

Place there initially for 2 nights then was told we had to stay 2 weeks due to a positive case on the flight, not even sure if that was the case the hotel receptionist just smiled when he announced it. The room is dirty, when asked for the cleaning the cleaner asked for money! It was still dirty by my standards after she cleaned. The bath mat was old grey, torn and sheets were yellow with age, that I can cope with but black dirty on the surface areas is not acceptable. In the end I had to clean the room myself. You have to request for clean towels and toilet paper. We were supposed to have 3 meals per day they forgot breakfast the first 2 days. Then food came at strange time earlier each time in the end: Breakfast @ 06:30, Lunch @ 11:00, Dinner @ 16:30. It was poor quality food and just warm, lunch was probably delivered same time as lunch as it was almost cold. The food rubbish is left outside each door and by the elevators with cats wondering around at night scattering rubbish around. This is the worst experience ever. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!

Das Hotel hat eine großartige, zurückhaltende Lage in der Nähe des Strandes. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und der Service an der Rezeption und dem Reinigungspersonal ist großartig. Die Dinge, die verbessert werden müssen, sind, dass der Internetservice schrecklich ist, kein WLAN im Zimmer, es müssen größere Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden Die Zimmer sollten modernisiert und repariert werden, da das Gebäude von schlechtem Dach und Fenstern mit Rissen an den Wänden beschädigt wurde. Während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel war Wasser durch starke Regenfälle beschädigt und undicht. Das Potenzial dieses Hotels ist großartig, aber die Instandhaltung wurde zu lange vernachlässigt Zeit für größere Verbesserungen, um mit den neueren Hotels, die in der Gegend gebaut werden, Schritt zu halten

Nach 26 Jahren wieder in diese Stadt ist ziemlich spannend, so habe ich ein Hotel in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums gewählt. Ich habe City Centre Hotel über booking.com reserviert. Ich habe den Flughafen gebeten, aber niemand hat mich gebeten, auch wenn ich mit ihren Taxikosten von 15 USD einverstanden bin. Ich brauchte ein Taxi, weil ich an diesem Tag zu einem wichtigen Treffen gehe. Nach meinem Treffen verließ mich ein Freund im Hotel und ich fand heraus, dass das Hotel in einer sehr besetzten Straße in der Nähe von Bars und Geschäften liegt. Jedenfalls habe ich bereits gebucht. Die Rezeption sagte mir, den zusätzlichen Betrag zu zahlen, den ich gerade gezahlt habe, weil es schon um 8 Uhr ist und ich muss schlafen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein ohne Auspuff und Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Die Kissen wurden verfärbt und etwas geräuchert. Das Frühstück ist gut und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, was es besser machte, auch wenn das Hotel nicht so groß ist. Nachdem ich um die Gegend ging, fand ich heraus, dass es bessere Optionen in dieser Nähe gibt. So nächstes Mal werde ich ein anderes Hotel holen.

Das Hotel ist völlig vorläufig: Das frühere Tribe Post Office Square Hotel, das in der Nähe wohnt, ist von einem hohen Gebäude in der Nähe des Flusses gepflegt, so dass ich nach einem Hotel in der Nähe suchen möchte, um den Blick 😊 zu sehen. Nach zwei Tagen, wie ich es erwartet habe. Die Rezeption ist am Straßenrand, das Zimmer ist im nebengeschossigen Gebäude, nach der Eincheckung wird der Aufstieg geleitet. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber sauber. Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon und die Nachtblicke sind noch möglich. Der Supermarkt im unteren Stock ist bequem und kann nicht weit vom Palast entfernt. Sag etwas ”Freund”. 1. Das Frühstück im zweiten Stock der Rezeption ist einfach, nicht viel zu wählen, aber sehr vorsichtig, der Geschmack ist auch sehr gut. 2. Das Zimmer hat keinen Schreibtisch, es ist sehr unkomfortabel, um Geschäftsreisen zu machen. Es wird empfohlen, einen Tisch auf der anderen Seite des Bettes zu setzen. 3. Die Türen des Wäscheraums sind groß und das Wasser ist draußen gefallen, wenn es gesäumt wird. Die Klebe ist ein bisschen breit.

Sehr schönes neues Hotel. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt auf der anderen Seite der Brücke, aber es ist in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist schön geräumig und sauber. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Infinity-Pool. Es lohnt sich, hier zu bleiben, allein wegen der Gelegenheit zum Fotografieren. Das Zimmer verfügt nicht wirklich über viele Annehmlichkeiten – zum Beispiel eine Kaffeemaschine oder einen Haartrockner. Dafür gibt es aber eine kleine Küche und eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem denke ich, dass sie bei der Dachfläche nicht die beste Arbeit geleistet haben. Für ein riesiges Gebäude gibt es nur 5 Liegestühle. Deshalb konnten wir nie einen finden, auf dem wir sitzen konnten. Es gibt auch nur drei Tische, an denen man sitzen kann. Ich denke, es wäre gut, die Nutzung des Raums zu überdenken, da sich auf der 18. Etage Bewohner und Touristen aufhalten.
