Wir waren hier wegen des späten Check-outs und des Flughafentransfers. Das Hotel ist sauber. Der Service ist gut. Es liegt zentral. Die Frühstücksauswahl bietet viele chinesische Optionen. Keine Omelettstation. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn Sie zum Flughafen fahren. Leider drehten sich während des Frühstücks einige Gäste um und starrten uns an, während wir versuchten zu frühstücken, und die Sky Bar war geschlossen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich für einen Aufenthalt zurückkehren würde, es sei denn, ich fahre zum Flughafen.

Nach 26 Jahren wieder in diese Stadt ist ziemlich spannend, so habe ich ein Hotel in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums gewählt. Ich habe City Centre Hotel über booking.com reserviert. Ich habe den Flughafen gebeten, aber niemand hat mich gebeten, auch wenn ich mit ihren Taxikosten von 15 USD einverstanden bin. Ich brauchte ein Taxi, weil ich an diesem Tag zu einem wichtigen Treffen gehe. Nach meinem Treffen verließ mich ein Freund im Hotel und ich fand heraus, dass das Hotel in einer sehr besetzten Straße in der Nähe von Bars und Geschäften liegt. Jedenfalls habe ich bereits gebucht. Die Rezeption sagte mir, den zusätzlichen Betrag zu zahlen, den ich gerade gezahlt habe, weil es schon um 8 Uhr ist und ich muss schlafen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein ohne Auspuff und Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Die Kissen wurden verfärbt und etwas geräuchert. Das Frühstück ist gut und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, was es besser machte, auch wenn das Hotel nicht so groß ist. Nachdem ich um die Gegend ging, fand ich heraus, dass es bessere Optionen in dieser Nähe gibt. So nächstes Mal werde ich ein anderes Hotel holen.

Don’t typically stay with the Hyatt Brand, but the Hyatts in Asia have been amazing! The room here was great. It’s wonderfully located - near the river, the Palace etc. That’s not the reason for this review. This review is for the STAFF. We stayed here 12 nights and each day we were met with a collection of sweet smiles. Wish we learned all their names but are glad to have connected with a few: Daily breakfast buffet were with the lovely Seavyoung and shy Srey reap - thank you for taking such wonderful care of us each morning; Sotheary was our lovely lunch companion; Sopha, a sweet little thing from the Attic; Yem from the Regency Club, thank you for our bottomless Prosecco; Dinner Staff from 55, lovely Leakana and her team; Last, but certainly not least, Fariza, sweet darling, thank you for singing us romantic songs; Eric,one of the managers, love your contagious energy. Five Stars accommodations and amenities are pretty much the same, what separates them is the team of people who enhances your stay. For the entitled reviewers / visitors who expect perfect English…. How’s your Cambodian!?!

Im Hotel muss man beim Check in erst einmal 20$ Kaution hinterlegen, falls man etwas kaputt macht. Das ist schon recht ungewöhnlich. Im Zimmer findet man dann die Preise für die Dinge, die kaputt gehen können. Ansonsten war das Hotel zweckmäßig einfach ausgestattet. Im Bad gab es unschön verfärbte Fugen in der Dusche. Alles in allem ok aber mehr nicht. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine Option für Europäer und der Kaffee muss extra bezahlt werden.

Location - Well placed in the city. From the pool and bar area you can see the independent monument and the tops of the palace complex. There are some distance views of the river as well. Easy to walk out from to the monument, palace and the river. Just be warned that if you walk you constantly get hassled by tuk tuk's looking for business. Crossing the road can be challenging as it is very busy. Rooms - Basic clean and all that you need in a hot country. The only downside is that it can be noisy due to the stone floor that echo's the sound of chairs being moved. Staff - Polite and speak good English. Big shout out to the petite young women (sorry don't know name) who served us breakfast and during the day, evening drinks - always had a big smile and very helpful. Food - Nice selection at breakfast of fruit and cereals, pastries. A selection of cooked breakfast representing many cultures (noodles, soup, western eggs etc). Lunch/Evening they had a good selection of small bites (burritos, veg and dips) and western and Asian dishes (steak, noodles, rice) Amenities - Good wifi signal throughout. Restaurant and bar clean and mixture of seating available. Pool table. Pool was gorgeous on the roof with great views. Big enough to have a little swim about. Seating can get crowded in the afternoon when people return from touring around. Recommend the hotel as we didn't find or have any negatives.

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist recht hoch, die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist sehr gut und die Einstellung des Kellners ist sehr gut. Als es zum ersten Mal von einem Freund empfohlen wurde, fühlte es sich gut an. Ich habe dieses Hotel jedes Mal gebucht, wenn ich hierher kam.

Ich befinde mich im 28. Stock. Die Aussicht ist unübertroffen und die Lage ist praktisch. Bis zur NagaCorp sind es fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Die Sicherheit vor Ort ist streng, was ein Lob verdient. Allerdings sind die kleinen unterstützenden Einrichtungen etwas mangelhaft . Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind überfüllt mit untätigen Menschen, daher habe ich nur einen kurzen Blick darauf geworfen. Die Badewannenabtrennung im Zimmer ist kaputt. Die Uhr im Zimmer zeigt immer 10 bis 10 Minuten. Sogar der Fernseher muss geräumt werden und das Personal Wurde dreimal gebeten, in den Raum zu kommen, um es einzustellen, kann aber immer noch nicht den chinesischen Sender sehen? Die Sachen der vorherigen Gäste wurden nicht unter dem TV-Schrank gereinigt. Blinkt im Zimmer ständig ein Licht? Die Hardwareausstattung ist ausgezeichnet, aber ein kleiner Mangel an Managementaufsicht kann von der Bewertung abgezogen werden. Ich bin vielleicht wählerisch, aber ich werde wieder dort übernachten, wenn ich nach Phnom Penh komme, und ich hoffe, dass es verbessert werden kann.

This place has the best view in Phnom Penh. Team is extremely nice and kind, bed is comfy, room is spacious and feels like a cool studio with microvawe and water dispencer. Breakfast is good. I havent had a chance to swim but pool is very cool. However it is full of cockroaches. If one person mentioned this in their comments i wouldnt stay at this hotel. Not just one or two. I killed 15 16 teenager and 5 baby cockroaches. Didnt have a chance to meet parents. A friend of mine was staying another room and he left the hotel earlier and said there were even cockroaches in his pillow. So sad cockroaches took over the place!
