Place there initially for 2 nights then was told we had to stay 2 weeks due to a positive case on the flight, not even sure if that was the case the hotel receptionist just smiled when he announced it. The room is dirty, when asked for the cleaning the cleaner asked for money! It was still dirty by my standards after she cleaned. The bath mat was old grey, torn and sheets were yellow with age, that I can cope with but black dirty on the surface areas is not acceptable. In the end I had to clean the room myself. You have to request for clean towels and toilet paper. We were supposed to have 3 meals per day they forgot breakfast the first 2 days. Then food came at strange time earlier each time in the end: Breakfast @ 06:30, Lunch @ 11:00, Dinner @ 16:30. It was poor quality food and just warm, lunch was probably delivered same time as lunch as it was almost cold. The food rubbish is left outside each door and by the elevators with cats wondering around at night scattering rubbish around. This is the worst experience ever. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!

Wir kamen und wurden von Anfang an begrüßt. Die Eincheckung ging reibungslos. Die Zimmer waren großartig, sauber und gerade richtig. Schönes Pool geworfen, in dem nur gerade nach dem vollen Tourtag war. Das Hotel ist eine tolle Lage und wir gingen zu Restaurant und lokalen Bars. Hilfspersonal vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Danke.

I have just returned from my fourth stay at this hotel, 12 nights, Room 302. Located on Street 172 known as Backpacker Street. A great stay as always, nothing is ever a problem here. Fast check in, no issues. Very comfortable room with everything you need including a safe. Pay a little more and get a balcony room, watch the world go by outside. Good internet connection. On site laundry service. What makes this hotel is the staff: warm, friendly, professional and caring. Everybody speaks English or at least their English is much better than my Khmer. Great location. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the street. Tuk Tuk's just outside the front door. Big convenience store at the end of the street. The Manager kindly gave me a late check out of 3 hours on my last day for no cost. Thank you to everybody at the Silver Mounts Hotel for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and I can't wait to be back next year.

Nach 26 Jahren wieder in diese Stadt ist ziemlich spannend, so habe ich ein Hotel in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums gewählt. Ich habe City Centre Hotel über booking.com reserviert. Ich habe den Flughafen gebeten, aber niemand hat mich gebeten, auch wenn ich mit ihren Taxikosten von 15 USD einverstanden bin. Ich brauchte ein Taxi, weil ich an diesem Tag zu einem wichtigen Treffen gehe. Nach meinem Treffen verließ mich ein Freund im Hotel und ich fand heraus, dass das Hotel in einer sehr besetzten Straße in der Nähe von Bars und Geschäften liegt. Jedenfalls habe ich bereits gebucht. Die Rezeption sagte mir, den zusätzlichen Betrag zu zahlen, den ich gerade gezahlt habe, weil es schon um 8 Uhr ist und ich muss schlafen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein ohne Auspuff und Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Die Kissen wurden verfärbt und etwas geräuchert. Das Frühstück ist gut und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, was es besser machte, auch wenn das Hotel nicht so groß ist. Nachdem ich um die Gegend ging, fand ich heraus, dass es bessere Optionen in dieser Nähe gibt. So nächstes Mal werde ich ein anderes Hotel holen.

In der Nähe des Nachtmarktes von Phnom Penh, des Century Post Office, der Bar Street und der Küste gibt es viele Restaurants, die sehr praktisch sind. Der Swimmingpool und der Loungebereich im Obergeschoss bieten einen guten Blick auf Phnom Penh. Dieser Preis ist kostengünstig.

Ich habe darüber nachgedacht, vor der Abreise Fotos zu machen. 📷 Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut Es ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmerausstattung ist relativ neu und vollständig. Service: Lächelnd, effizient und enthusiastisch an der Rezeption, reibungslose Kommunikation Lage: Ausgezeichnet, mit bequemen Transportmöglichkeiten. Der zentrale Bereich ist sehr wohlhabend. Die Naga liegt direkt gegenüber. Es ist bequem, zu Fuß oder mit einem Tuk-Tuk zu reisen. Die Lobby ist einfach und elegant und die Aufteilung ist angemessen. Sehr schönes neues Hotel. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt auf der anderen Seite der Brücke, aber es ist in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist schön geräumig und sauber. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Infinity-Pool. Es lohnt sich, hier zu bleiben, allein wegen der Gelegenheit zum Fotografieren. Das Zimmer verfügt nicht wirklich über viele Annehmlichkeiten – zum Beispiel eine Kaffeemaschine oder einen Haartrockner. Dafür gibt es aber eine kleine Küche und eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem denke ich, dass sie bei der Dachfläche nicht die beste Arbeit geleistet haben. Für ein riesiges Gebäude gibt es nur 5 Liegestühle. Deshalb konnten wir nie einen finden, auf dem wir sitzen konnten. Es gibt auch nur drei Tische, an denen man sitzen kann. Ich denke, es wäre gut, die Nutzung des Raums zu überdenken, da sich auf der 18. Etage Bewohner und Touristen aufhalten.

JJustanothertravellerHotel Kvl in Phnom Penh stands out for its prime location, nestled directly beside the Royal Palace and the river, making it a prime spot for tourists looking to explore the city's historical and cultural landmarks. The hotel itself is equipped with modern and stylish furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable and the breakfast was a highlight, being both delicious and served à la carte, allowing for a personalized dining experience in the morning. However, our experience took a turn when it came to the transfer service from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. The cost of over $180 for the transfer felt exorbitant, especially given the condition of the vehicle and the service provided. Being transported in an older car, coupled with a driver who was not only unable to communicate in English but also constantly distracted by multiple ringing mobile phones, significantly detracted from our overall experience. Despite attempts to use Google Translate, communication was futile, and the incessant noise became a source of irritation. Given the high price, our expectations for the transfer service were not met, leading us to conclude that utilizing a service like „Grab“ for a fraction of the cost would be a far better option in the future. On a more positive note, the transfer service from the hotel to the airport was priced at $20, which felt more reasonable and within acceptable limits. Another significant issue was the noise level in our room. Situated on the top floor directly beneath the hotel's rooftop bar, the sound levels late into the night were intolerable. The booming music and lively atmosphere of the bar, while perhaps enjoyable for some, felt more like being in a nightclub than a hotel room. This was particularly unwelcome as we sought to rest and recover from the exhausting transfer earlier in the day. TTW2024Gegenüber von AEON 1 zum Einkaufen und Essen. In Phnom Penh gibt es mittlerweile 3 AEON-Einkaufszentren. Ein über eine App gebuchtes Tuktuk zum Nachtmarkt kostet 6.000 Riel. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist so nett. Sie buchte für mich ein Tuktuk und ich zahlte bar direkt beim Fahrer. Vielen Dank. Soweit ich mich erinnere, arbeitet das Rezeptionspersonal von 3 Uhr morgens bis 8 Uhr morgens nicht. Das Zimmer ist groß und die Dinge sind aus hochwertigen Materialien gemacht. Ich liebe den Pool im 41. Stock. Atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Fluss und die Stadt dort oben. Das Restaurant ist auf derselben Etage, also gingen wir daran vorbei, um den Pool zu benutzen. Es waren keine anderen Gäste da, als wir beide schwammen. Der Pool öffnet ab 7 Uhr morgens. Kleine Umkleidekabine und Toilette sind in der Nähe des Pools. Der Fitnessraum ist in der 7. Etage. Hohe Qualität und großartiger Service. Als wir trainierten, war niemand da. Nachdem der Gast das Laufband benutzt und geschwitzt hat, kommt ein männlicher Mitarbeiter, um das Gerät abzuwischen. Sehr gut! Handtücher stehen für Gäste sowohl im Fitnessraum als auch am Pool bereit. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos. Sie haben die 50 USD Kaution sowohl in USD als auch in Riel zurückerstattet. In anderen Städten kostet ein Zimmer wie dieses oft 70 USD. Hier ist der Preis sehr gut. Das Gebäude ist das Celeste Building gegenüber von Sofitel und AEON und wir gingen durch das Gebäude zum nächsten und sahen den Tisch im SF Hotel in der Ecke. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Übrigens war es vorher das Caesar Hotel, daher sind die Zimmerausstattung und Handtücher von dieser Marke. Das Zimmer ist etwas abgenutzt, aber sauber und komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage braucht lange, um das Zimmer abzukühlen, da sie eine Abdeckung davor hat, um einen direkten Luftstrom zum Bett zu vermeiden. Der Weg vom Aufzug zu den Zimmern ist mit Teppich ausgelegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und möchten zum erneuten Schwimmen zurückkommen.

李李星平Ich befinde mich im 28. Stock. Die Aussicht ist unübertroffen und die Lage ist praktisch. Bis zur NagaCorp sind es fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Die Sicherheit vor Ort ist streng, was ein Lob verdient. Allerdings sind die kleinen unterstützenden Einrichtungen etwas mangelhaft . Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind überfüllt mit untätigen Menschen, daher habe ich nur einen kurzen Blick darauf geworfen. Die Badewannenabtrennung im Zimmer ist kaputt. Die Uhr im Zimmer zeigt immer 10 bis 10 Minuten. Sogar der Fernseher muss geräumt werden und das Personal Wurde dreimal gebeten, in den Raum zu kommen, um es einzustellen, kann aber immer noch nicht den chinesischen Sender sehen? Die Sachen der vorherigen Gäste wurden nicht unter dem TV-Schrank gereinigt. Blinkt im Zimmer ständig ein Licht? Die Hardwareausstattung ist ausgezeichnet, aber ein kleiner Mangel an Managementaufsicht kann von der Bewertung abgezogen werden. Ich bin vielleicht wählerisch, aber ich werde wieder dort übernachten, wenn ich nach Phnom Penh komme, und ich hoffe, dass es verbessert werden kann.

Das Zimmer verfügte über einen Balkon und viele Fenster. Frische Brise aus dem Fluss ist phänomenal und ich öffne die Tür offen, um frische Brise zu haben.. Schöner Blick vom Zimmer und Dachpool und Bar ist ausgezeichnet.. Ich war in der Nähe von anderen Dachbar, aber Okay Boutique ist das Beste.. Ich komme sicher zurück. In diesem Bereich sind die meisten Hotelzimmer sehr klein.

GGuest UserAn unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

JJDUBLYAWir hatten ein paar Tage in Phnom Penh, dann gingen wir nach Vietnam und kamen wieder nach Phnom Penh für weitere 4 Nächte und das ist, wo wir reserviert haben. Es ist in einer großen Position direkt in der Stadt, so dass wir fast gehen können, wo wir wollten. Fantastische Wert für Geld einschließlich Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist sehr anständig und es ist eine la carte .....mit Dingen wie Eier bene, Pancakes, asiatisches Frühstück und Sie erhalten auch Kaffee, Tee und Saft. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber und das Bett super komfortabel. Das vorangegangene Zimmer, das wir geblieben hatten, war wie ein Rock hart. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön dekoriert und die Badezimmer sind auch gut. Sie haben Kleidung usw., Shampoo und Seife, Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Gewebe und wir hatten einen Balkon (nicht sicher, ob alle Zimmer einen Balkon haben). Das Personal war immer sehr hilfreich und super freundlich. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool am Dach oben in der Nähe des Restaurants. Es gibt nur 4-5 Lounge-Stühle, aber wir konnten immer einen bekommen, wenn wir wollten. Es war nie so viel, weil viele Leute im Tageslicht raus sind, aber es war so erfrischend, einen Pool zu haben, als Sie von einem Tag aus der Sicht zurück kamen. Es gibt auch einen Kaffeegeschäft im Erdgeschoss, der nur großartig ist, um einen Kaffee zu nehmen, wenn es nötig ist. Wir lieben unseren Aufenthalt im Lavanya Boutique Hotel und würden nicht zögern, zu empfehlen.
