1. Front desk
Staff didn’t greet/welcome us as they should. Just a simple “hi” or giving a look that says “I’m available” isn’t as hospitable particularly for a brand that should celebrate a warm spirit. Concierge staffs and security guards were more professional and at times friendlier.
2. Service lifts
Lifts were terribly slow, we had to wait at our floor (25th) for a couple of minutes or more especially during busy hours.
3. Rooms
Generally they’re well cleaned, but bed linens and pillow cases were stained. TV channels were extremely limited, with some saying “not subscribed“.
Lightings can be better as we found it a bit dim at nights even with everything switched on.
4. Amenities
Hotel is right to a mall with quick access to the highway. Nice, but the mall used to have an eatery and provision store open past midnight which was a huge plus point, though, not anymore as everything closes by 10pm. Nothing else within (seemingly) safe walking distance after that. We ordered stuff to be delivered thru Grab to hotel lobby on some days for late snacks/supper.
Overall, it’s a good property, great for short stays or for business.
