Haustierfreundliche Hotels in Missoula

Spent a couple months in Missoula for work and could not recommend this hotel more. From the general manager Ashley to the front desk staff, everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’d also like to give a tip of the cap to Gwen the bartender. When you are away from home for so long, it was nice to unwind with a beverage in the evening. Gwen became a familiar face and did an outstanding job of not only being a good bartender but being a pretty cool all around person to talk to. If you are looking for a hotel in Missoula, you can’t go wrong with the Residence Inn.

Ich war ein Mitarbeiter für die Home2Suites für viele Jahre und verstehe die Bedeutung des Kundenservices und der Einstellung mit den Hilton-Eigenschaften. Mein Mann ist behindert und nach einem langen Fahrtag riefen wir in die Lobby, um zu fragen, ob einer der Mitarbeiter uns ein paar Platten und Silberwaren mitbringen könnte, um uns zu ermöglichen, unseren Snack vor dem Bett zu genießen. Ich war in meinen Pyjamas und dachte, das wäre ein einfacher Antrag. Der Kellner, der das Telefon antwortete, sagte: ”Wir tun das nicht. Du musst zur Lobby kommen und sie holen”. Mein Mann ging hinunter in die Lobby und fand die drei Kellner, die an einem der Restauranttisch sitzen, lachend mit ihren Handys. Als er die Platten und Silberwaren beantragte, traf er mit einer Einstellung, wie es schmerzhaft war, einen Kunden zu dienen. Als ich für Hilton arbeitete, wurde jeder Antrag, oben und oben, mit einem Lächeln gedeckt! Unser Zimmer war in der Tat überpreis als Garten Inn-Eigentum und nicht das Zimmer, das wir beantragt hatten. Leider war es für uns keine gute Erfahrung und wir werden nicht wieder in dieser Hilton-Eigenschaft bleiben. Ich wünschte, ich hätte die Bewertungen vor der Buchung in diesem Hotel gelesen. Die Marriott ist gerade über die Straße und ich werde das Vermögen versuchen.

[Standort] ist vollständig und bequem. Es gibt viele Hotels in den Vororten von Missoula, viele Hotels in der Stadt, Starbucks usw. Viele Kellner von Starbucks sind sehr enthusiastisch und energisch. Sie bieten verschiedene Hilfestellungen und Anleitungen während des Austauschs. Viele Fastfood-Restaurants befinden sich ganz in der Nähe des Highway 90. Sie eignen sich für eine Rundreise von und nach Yellowstone/Seattle. Sie können auf die Autobahn i-90 gelangen, wenn Sie früh aussteigen. [Service] Die Rezeption ist relativ begeistert. Wenn es viele Kunden gibt, kann es normal sein. Als ich ging, ging ich zur Rezeption, um zu erklären, dass ich eine Quittung ausstellen muss. Die Großmutter sagte ok. Ich sah auf und fand andere Touristen hinter mir. Mir wurde gesagt, dass Sie zum Herunterladen online gehen können. Ich bin sprachlos. [Ausstattung] Zimmerausstattung ist relativ neu, Küche Die Werkzeuge sind sehr komplett, die Essschränke sind groß, sehr praktisch, das Bett ist so weich und bequem wie immer, die Badezimmertoilette, das Waschbecken sind sehr sauber und neu, vier- anderthalb Zufriedenheit; [andere] bequemes Parken, bequemes Reisen, obwohl Umgebung Ein wenig desolate Gefühl, aber der Zweck ist der Durchgangsbahnhof für Fernreisen, Essen und Trinken sind sehr gut, allgemeine Zufriedenheit. Bereits zwei Rundreiseaufenthalte.

Stay away from this hotel. Wish I had an option to give negative reviews to this hotel and its management. I arrived at this hotel around 1AM on 07/26/24 for a night on my way to visit Glacier National Park and was left stranded the whole night as they were unable to check me in, citing power outage and inability to access their systems. I could see the hotel had partial power and the lobby had lights and even people were checking out early in the morning but despite all this they denied checking me in. I tried frantically calling hotels around and was unable to find one at the dead of the night and having no place to go I was left stranded in the hotel lobby. I felt unsafe in a completely new city and since I had no vehicle, I had no option but to stay in the hotel lobby through the night. In addition to that, upon confronting them, as to why they didn't deem it important to inform me about this before hand, they were clueless. Instead they asked me to sign on a paper with my details so they could verify my reservation and cancel charges if any, when they have their systems back. This behavior could not have been be more pathetic and unprofessional. To my utter astonishment my card was never charged even when I hadn't checked in. As if this was not enough, they scammed me by reserving me a third party airport pickup without mentioning anywhere that it was a paid service. I had called the hotel 1 day prior to my checkin and had requested for an airport courtesy shuttle that was mentioned in their website and was given a number to contact and reserve a shuttle .I was picked up by a shuttle and when I reached the hotel the shuttle driver charged me $35 saying they were a private company and not part of the hotel. I was never informed about this. I would have preferred Uber since the hotel was just 2 miles away from the airport and it would have hardly cost me $10 for the trip. Few things about the hotel checkin issue that raised my suspicion that they were oversold and the issue they mentioned about system was just an excuse. - By default when you have a confirmed reservation and you don't checkin you would get a charge on your card, but I was never charged for this booking. - Hotels around that place were all booked for that night. - They never reached out to me to inform they had an outage so I could have planned accordingly. The reason for power outage was a storm the previous day which means they had plenty of time to reach out to me. - This hotel had a lot of people and power was not completely out. They could have verified my reservation by calling their customer care or their other franchises , few blocks away, that didn't have any power issue. The sad part is, even after raising this issue multiple times to both hotel management and IHG customer care, nobody has reached out yet.

You get a clean comfortable basic room here. There is no fridge or microwave in your room. There is a microwave in the lobby and coffee and hot water are available in the morning. I was in a room near the ice maker and elevator and it was somewhat noisy. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly and provided info on weekend events and places to eat. The location is great. It is easy off and on from the interstate and several restaurants and gas stations are close by. There is also a walking trail nearby so that you can get in a little exercise after sitting for hours in a car. All in all, I was satisfied with my stay here but it is definitely a no frills option.
