Das Hotel liegt in einer malerischen Gegend mit atemberaubendem Meerblick. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allen notwendigen Toilettenartikeln sowie einer Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln ausgestattet, was sehr praktisch war. Das Frühstück ist inklusive. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass für ein separates Frühstück (englisch oder balinesisch) ein Aufpreis anfällt. Das Standardfrühstück umfasst Getränke, Obst, Brötchen, Rösti, Speck, Salat usw. Alles wird frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr höflich und aufmerksam, und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, in der Sini Vie Villa zu übernachten, und ich muss sagen, es war von Anfang bis Ende ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Die Villa, in der ich wohnte, war der Inbegriff von Luxus und Komfort. Sie bot eine perfekte Mischung aus modernen Annehmlichkeiten und einer charmanten, romantischen Atmosphäre, die jeden Moment unvergesslich machte. Die Sauberkeit der Villa war tadellos und spiegelte die hohen Standards wider, die das Personal der Sini Vie Villa aufrechterhielt. Innen und außen waren wunderschön gestaltet, jedes Detail wurde sorgfältig arrangiert, um eine einladende und elegante Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Einer der Höhepunkte meines Aufenthalts war das kulinarische Erlebnis. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren nicht nur köstlich, sondern auch mit Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail präsentiert. Die Vielfalt der Optionen sorgte dafür, dass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Was die Sini Vie Villa wirklich auszeichnete, war die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, gaben sie mir das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein, und sorgten dafür, dass jede Bitte umgehend und mit einem Lächeln erfüllt wurde. Ihr freundliches Auftreten trug zum allgemeinen Charme des Ortes bei. Ein Verdienst von Dedy und Dwi. Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass mein Aufenthalt in der Sini Vie Villa alle Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Ich kann sie jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen luxuriösen und unvergesslichen Urlaub sucht. Ob romantischer Rückzugsort oder erholsamer Urlaub, die Sini Vie Villa bietet ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, das den Wunsch weckt, wiederzukommen.

I booked a 6-night stay at Villa Estella from September 28 to October 4, 2026. The villa itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and ideally located for a stay in Seminyak. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and professional, as is often the case in Indonesia. Unfortunately, I can only give this property 2 stars because my stay was significantly affected by an issue that was never disclosed before my booking: major construction work was taking place in the villa directly next to mine. For all six days of my stay, construction workers arrived every morning around 8:30–9:00 a.m. and continued working until approximately 5:30–6:00 p.m. Beyond the constant movement of workers, conversations, and music from the construction site, I had to endure hammering against the wall of my bedroom, drilling, material cutting, and various other loud construction noises throughout the day. In addition, dust and construction debris regularly settled on my terrace, outdoor furniture, and around the pool area. Whether inside or outside the villa, the noise level was simply incompatible with a relaxing holiday. I specifically chose this villa because it was located away from the busier parts of Seminyak and because I wanted to enjoy the private pool. Since Seminyak’s beaches are often difficult to enjoy for swimming due to the waves, I expected to spend time relaxing at the villa and cooling off during the hottest hours of the day. Unfortunately, the noise was so constant and intrusive that it was impossible to comfortably stay at the property from morning until late afternoon. The day after my arrival, I contacted management to explain that the situation was unacceptable and that I should have been informed about the construction work before booking. In my opinion, this is essential information that should be clearly disclosed on booking platforms. The only solution offered was to have the workers start a little later in the morning so that I could sleep longer. No alternative accommodation was proposed, no full refund for the unused nights was considered, and the only compensation offered was a 30% refund on the remaining nights, which I considered completely inadequate given the extent of the disruption. The construction work continued throughout my stay. I received several apology emails acknowledging the inconvenience and warning me that there would still be noise on the following days. However, beyond these apologies, no meaningful action was taken to resolve the issue. I felt trapped and left without a real solution. I was repeatedly told that I was free to leave the property, while also being informed that the compensation would remain limited to this partial refund, which was presented as an exceptional commercial gesture. Empathy and apologies are appreciated, but concrete action matters more. I was left with the impression that the owners prioritized their business interests over the comfort and well-being of their guests. When a property knows that major construction work is likely to significantly impact the guest experience, the very least it should do is inform guests before they book so they can make an informed decision. In my case, I was only informed after I had already arrived, when it was far too late to change my plans. I find this completely unacceptable. If you are considering staying at this villa and are sensitive to noise or construction disturbances, I strongly recommend contacting the property beforehand to confirm the current situation. This important information was certainly not communicated transparently when I made my reservation.

Es hat einen schönen Garten, der Schatten gibt und auch die Früchte, die Sie im Dinatah Restaurant als frische Früchte und frische Saft versuchen können. Die Küche ist schmackvoll, zu einem erschwinglichen Preis. Die Villas und der Garten sind gut gepflegt und sauber und alle Mitarbeiter sorgen sich hilfreich und sorgen für ihren Aufenthalt. Ich habe den Bungalow gebucht, der vollständig aus Holz ist, außer einem Toilette-/Duschezimmer, das ungewöhnlich ist, aber auch stilvoll. Das Bett ist groß und weich und dank dem Holz Bungalow auch, ich schlief wunderbar. Es ist ruhig in der Nacht und angenehm, aufzuwachen am Morgen hören Vogel unterschreiben. Sie können einfaches Frühstück in ihrem Restaurant bestellen, das bequem und nicht teuer ist. Der nahe gelegene Pilzstrand hat Türkis sauberes Wasser und ruhiges Meer, keine Fluten, die angenehm zu schwimmen und entspannen in einem Schatten von Bäumen auf einem weißen feinen Sand. Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt an diesem Ort und sogar den Aufenthalt verlängert und wenn ich wieder Indonesien besuchen würde, würde ich gern hier bleiben. Es ist sehr gut für den Preis.

Me and my Thai gf are first visit to Bali and stayed with Askari from 25th-28th June.  Overall we are satisfied with the quality and experience especially the staffs services . There are few things I would love to bring up as below to improve : 1: Jacuzzi - Dirty and surface protection peeling badly , we didn’t dare to use it neither to avoid any bacteria 🦠 infection. Paid so much but didnt enjoy it. 2: Toilet bowl - can't flush poop due to a slow or low water level in the bowl is likely experiencing a clog or a problem with the water level in the tank.  The staff ever came to help but didn’t make it too. 3: Water seepage from walls at kitchen and leaking from roofs during rainy days.  Staff also helped up and water seepage from kitchen still unsolved.  4: Towels - all towels look slightly dark and yellowish. Shall replace all towels.  6.2 millions for 3 nights I think we shall enjoy more quality facilities and worry free time .  The most satisfaction is the crew services.

Das Standardzimmer hat laut trip.com eine Klimaanlage, aber in Wirklichkeit hat es nur einen Ventilator. Aber ich werde nicht dem Hotel die Schuld geben, denn ich habe das starke Gefühl, dass trip a.g.o.d.a als Drittpartei verwendet und die falschen Informationen angegeben hat. Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer war sehr schön und wir hatten den Bananenpfannkuchen zum Frühstück, der ausgezeichnet war. Es ist eine gute Unterkunft für den Preis und ich würde sie empfehlen. Aber beim nächsten Mal würde ich ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage wählen

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Es war super entspannend, inmitten der Natur zu schlafen. Überall Reisfelder – genau das, was ich auf Bali gesucht habe: Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal überaus freundlich.

In idealer Lage (10 Gehminuten) befinden sich die unserer Meinung nach schönsten Strände von Nusa Penida. Wenn Sie als Paar abschalten und eine ruhige Auszeit genießen möchten, ist dies der perfekte Ort. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Guter Verpflegungsservice (ich hatte Frühstück inklusive gebucht, und es war sehr gut). Verbesserungsvorschläge: Tägliche Müllentsorgung und frischer Handtuchwechsel. Wir empfehlen unseren Gästen, Insektenschutzmittel und Salbe gegen Insektenstiche mitzubringen. Dies ist kein Mangel der Unterkunft, sondern ein natürliches Phänomen.

recently stayed at The Suarsena Escape and it was absolutely amazing! The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with a touch of Balinese charm. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. I especially loved the private pool and the serene atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each morning. Overall, my experience was unforgettable. I highly recommend The Suarsena Escape to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and genuine hospitality!
