We’ve just returned from a truly perfect 9-night stay at Katikies Santorini and already wish we were back. From start to finish, everything was faultless. Sofia and the entire team were absolutely brilliant – genuinely warm, attentive without ever being overbearing, and always going the extra mile to make our stay special. The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully kept, and the views are simply incredible – one of those places that really does live up to the photos (if not exceed them). Waking up to that caldera view each morning never got old. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - one the best! We also found that most guests tend to stay just a night or two and move on quite quickly. Having spent nine nights here, I’d honestly recommend staying at least a week, if not longer, to properly take it all in. It’s one of those places that isn’t meant to be rushed – the pace, the views, the atmosphere all deserve a bit more time. Being among the few guests staying longer really allowed us to appreciate it fully, and it made the whole experience feel that much more special. It’s rare to find somewhere that gets every detail right, but Katikies really does. We felt completely looked after throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. A very special place – we’ll definitely be returning.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, vor dem Meer, im Haus sitzen können Sie den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Der Rezeptionservice ist detailliert und gering. Unser Fahrer ist um 11:40 Uhr angekommen. Die Zeit von Peking ist schon früh. Unter Koordinierung der Trip.com-Plattform und der Agenten-Geschäftsgesellschaft, ist es reibungslos. The view is absolutely stunning, and the room is very spacious! If you choose the romantic suite, you can see the entire town of Fira and the distant volcano from the balcony—there’s truly no better view in all of Fira. Having breakfast on the balcony while admiring the beauty of Fira will be one of my most unforgettable memories in Santorini. Although it’s a bit far from the center of Fira, you can drive directly from town to a spot near the apartment. There are some steps from the road to the reception, but the helpful staff will assist you with your luggage. There’s a cat that often roams around the property and may even wander into the room. You’re welcome to pet it, but be careful not to get bitten.

Das Personal der Rezeption und des Services fühlt sich professionell weniger professionell als das Personal des Hotlines von 1,000 Night Hotels auf dem Kontinent Chinas. Aber auf der gesamten Insel ist es wahrscheinlich auch ein kühlerer Stil, so dass es eine allgemeine Situation sein sollte. Ich persönlich denke, meine Bewertung ist sehr objektiv. Da ich viele hochwertige Hotels gelebt habe und die Hotelanforderungen hoch sind, konnte das Hotel insgesamt nicht verglichen werden. Aber jedermann ist anders als die psychologischen Erwartungen, so meine Bewertung ist nur für Referenzen.

We had a wonderful stay here! The breakfast was delicious and the service was impeccable. The driver was able to take us where we wanted to go, the snack/bar man was friendly and the woman at th front desk went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. We had an amazing time at the pool and it's only 10 minutes or less from the picturesque Oia view. The room had adorable details, down to a welcome basket with a tote bag and bottle of wine. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The villa is outside the centrum area which is so peaceful, only the alley to go there is a bit difficult for me who has knee problem because of up and down walk, 15-20 minutes walking to the bus stop and 20-25 minutes walking to the centrum which is the top tourists area, there's a nice restaurant nearby with a reasonable price compared to the centrum, the amenities is always refilled, Euginia is very nice and always asking what to refill for the breakfast, the housekeeper name Azad is also nice and very hospitable, the jacuzzi makes us thrill 😆 and the balcony with amazing view to the ocean and Island, overall I enjoyed staying here 😇

Perfekt – mehr kann ich dazu nicht sagen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist topmodern, der Spa-Bereich außerhalb des Zimmers ist sehr schön, die Lage ist hervorragend und die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist optimal, da der Busbahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Besonders zufrieden war ich mit dem Zimmerservice. Sofia an der Rezeption ist eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin. Sie hat uns nicht nur beim frühen Einchecken geholfen, sondern uns nach dem Auschecken auch noch Nachmittagstee und Snacks serviert, während wir auf die Fähre warteten. Perfekt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

All the staff at this hotel are very polite,friendly and willing to help with whatever queries or needs you may have. Location is the best, close to everything. Pool area and facilities great and special mention to Maggi at the pool and bar area always smiling makes you feel very comfortable. Gentleman Ilia and his wife prepare a delicious fresh breakfast each morning and were fantastic to interact. Yanis at reception and the rest of the staff were great to deal with and anytime I decide in visiting Santorini I definitely stay at this hotel. We are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service. The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool. Thank you so much Nikki Beach!!! R. Skelton
