Haustierfreundliche Hotels in Bournemouth

Had a good welcoming. Front desk employees work fast and professionally. My room was on the 7th floor and I had a nice city view. Rooms are clean and all the necessary amenities are provided. Unfortunately there was no available time in the spa in the morning.

Antique hotel in a very good location close to the beach however no nothing is guaranteed by the hotel. There is no option to book parking (first come first serve basis), they can’t guarantee a good view to the sea even through you book a sea view room (you can end up to the side of the hotel which allows you a glimpse to the sea and that’s not what you really want and pay for). When trying to call the hotel goes to a customer service desk then they transfer you to the main reception which ends up with a dropped call several times considering the call is being charged per minute (we’re not in the 80’s, take some ownership for this please), if you finally get through they won’t be able to reserve a parking space at the hotel and guide you to park elsewhere (this you can literally do yourself without the hassle and waste of time). None of these (parking and room selection) are communicated precisely until you check in which in essence makes no sense when you want to plan your stay ahead. Overall the staff is kind and friendly so no improvement needed here, the opportunity stands for the hotel management who implement procedures and policies. The rooms have a heavy smell due to the age of the building, there is a brochure that explains refurbishment undergoing in that sense. Wifi - you can have daily access if you pay for wifi (I believe it was £7/24 hours) , this is also a thumbs down nowadays (tips: if you want to charge for wifi include this in the overall price fees so people don’t obviously pick on this or just offer it with the stay like a respectable business - a coffee shop where you spend £3 for a coffee offers it for free on a daily basis, think about it). Looking at breakfast - there is full English or cereal, oats and fruit. The terrace looks pretty nice, well looked after, a nice oasis to relax your senses listening to the sea waves. There is a chess board on a bigger scale just on the terrace, this if a nice setup and addition to the hotel vibe. Obwohl das Zimmer sauber war, gab es keine Seife und der Seifenspender in der Dusche war kaputt. Die Heizung war nicht ausreichend, uns war nachts kalt. Und es gab kein kostenloses WLAN im Zimmer und wir mussten 7 £ pro Stunde zahlen, wenn wir es wollten. Das Personal sagte mir, dass kostenloses WLAN im Sitzbereich im Erdgeschoss verfügbar sei, aber die Verbindung sei sehr schlecht.

Fantastisch..., außer ein zusätzliches £12.00 für Eier König auf dem oberen Frühstückspreis war nicht gut... Personal hat nicht einmal vorab warnt über den zusätzlichen Preis, bis wir gehen. Aber- wenn Sie Zimmerservice hatten, dann kein zusätzlicher Preis für Eier königlich?? Es macht keinen Sinn.

Stunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

Nice hotel, not far from the beach. Breakfast was good but was only until 9.30am. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isn’t good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Very close to the beach and to the bus stop. A stone throw to the local shops and restaurants. Hotel is like Hotel Transylvania vibes which my family loves most specially the authentic elevator. 😁 Staff were nice as well. Amenities were good.

Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt einen Parkplatz und man kann mit einem Bett mit Kindern. Das Hotel ist besonders intim für die Kunden. Wir sind sehr spät vom Flughafen Heathrow in London am 17. Januar ins Hotel gekommen. Die Rezeption mit Brillen empfängt uns sehr herzlich und hilft uns, die Gepäckstücke ins Zimmer zu bringen. Wir kamen zum Nationalen Skiballspiel, wir bestellten ursprünglich das Hotel für 4 Tage, aber der Lehrer bat einen Tag früher, und dann bestellten wir einen Tag später. Nach einem Tag, weil das Zimmertypproblem noch vier Tage zu wechseln ist, möchten wir nicht preisgeben, eine Frau, die die Führungskraft der Frau hat, besonders intim, uns zu wechseln, sehr bequem; Wir haben ein Doppelbett, aber das neue Zimmer ist ein großes Einzelbett. Für uns ist es bequem, ein Bett hinzugefügt. Wir sind sehr dankbar. Und in den nächsten Tagen kam sie zu uns und begrüßte, ob unser Leben komfortabel ist und besonders aufmerksam. Ich hoffe, dass sie in Zukunft noch in diesem Hotel wohnen, wenn sie zum UK Open-Wettbewerb zurückkommt!

Nice little hotel with a pool. Not amazing amazing but still decent just a bit small on the size of the room.
