Highly recommended hotel if you want to be in the ancient city and not too far away from the main road. Personalised butler service with 小勇 was great! WeChat group was set up before arrival and he helped with arranging the free transport from Lijiang train station to 南门1号 where he is there with trolley to help us with the luggages as the road in the ancient city is bumpy. Super grateful for great service where he went above and beyond working hours to fix up our needs and also introduce scenic routes within the ancient city and recommending restaurants and shopping tips around. He also helped to book our tickets to 玉龙雪山 and 丽江千古情 show. We all loved the animal interaction at the hotel. Hotel has a 1 year plus samoey mixed golden dog name xixi which is friendly and playful. 2 alpacas, brown one is male and white one is female who is more shy. 2 rabbits and 2 peacocks. There are washing machines and dryer for ur laundry needs too. 2 game station. Gym. Library. Pool table. Tea houses. KTV room was good! Tea break and breakfast was also nice. The flat white was legit.

Es ist ein sehr guter Ort zum Übernachten. Viel besser als erwartet. In der Nähe der Straße mitten in der Altstadt Viele Leute kamen, um Fotos von der Straße vor dem Hotel zu machen, weil es so gut gemacht war. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr gut. Spricht ziemlich viel Englisch und ist freundlich. Zuerst habe ich nur für eine Nacht gebucht. Nachdem ich gekommen war, um zu bleiben, blieb ich noch eine Nacht.

Villa is very spacious, hotel’s environment is nice and quiet. Staffs are friendly, responsive and professional. By car, approximately 15 mins to Lijiang Ancient Town, 30 mins to Railway station, 40 mins to Yulong snow mountain. One of the room has the amazing view of Yulong Snow Mountain. Can take Didi from the side road, not necessary to take buggy to the main lobby. As the place is huge, buggy might take a while to arrive. House-keeping staffs have initiative. The toilet light was faulty and couldn’t be turned off and the drainage system in the sinks and bathroom wasn’t draining the waste water fast enough. When I returned to the villa in the evening, they were fixed even before I informed house keeping.

My family and I stayed at the Cathay Old Town Palace Inn for 3 nights and all of us loved it! Prior to booking, we clarified some questions and the elder sister (Sunny) was so helpful and responsive, super patient and answered me every single questions I have asked. After clarifying our doubts, we decided to go ahead and book our stay with them and this is the best decision we have made! A few days before our stay and arrival, the younger brother (Summer) took over and assisted us. The road in the ancient town may be a little tough to walk on, especially with luggage. However, we got zero worries at all because they will arrange to help us with the luggages and even helped us to carry up all the way to the Inn entrance. When we first arrived, we are warmly welcomed by Sunny and Summer, as well as the pretty younger sister (who I didn’t managed to get her name). Summer then served us their local traditional tea and rose cake which was so delicious! Their breakfast (Mixian) was also very delicious, it was so heartwarming to eat during a cold weather. Subsequently, Summer also helped us to book day tours and shows when we requested for help. Also, we would like to say a big thank you to Summer who went extra mile to specially prepare such a pretty rose birthday cake for my mother! She was so happy and surprised by it and we all loved it too. The rooms are cleans and huge. As the ancient town is bustling till midnight, the room we stayed (near windows) might be able to hear some noise from the bars and streets but that doesn’t affect us that much in anyway as we are so tired by the end of the day. Needless to say, they are almost responsive at all times whenever I messaged them to ask something. Their service is really top notch and our whole family can vouch for it as we really enjoyed our stay here. The next time when we visit Lijiang again, we would definitely choose to return to this place to stay and will highly recommend it to our friends and family members. Dies ist das zweite Mal, dass ich nach Lijiang komme. Wir wohnen in der Nähe der antiken Stadt, wo es zum Glück nicht zu laut ist und man spucken kann. Ich machte eine eintägige Gruppentour zum Lugu-See und traf mich am Eingang des Bailong-Platzes, der ganz in der Nähe lag. Das B&B ist gut eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, die Badezimmer sind vom Nass- und Trockenbereich getrennt und die Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind sauber. Es gibt einen speziellen Bus vom Bahnhof zum Zhongyi-Markt. Sie können auch den Bus zur Kreuzung nehmen, was zum Essen praktisch ist! Ich kam an den köstlichsten lokalen Hühnerreisnudeln vorbei und achtete darauf, die Suppe aufzuessen🍜

I recently stayed at Huiyu Jushe Guanjing Inn, and it truly felt like discovering a hidden gem! At over 300rmb per night, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I checked in. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with either a panoramic scene of lush green mountains and tranquil waters or charming ancient streets and alleys—every photo I took felt like it belonged in a movie. The room itself was well-equipped with everything I needed: air conditioning, hot water, and reliable WiFi. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I found myself falling asleep within moments each night. This hotel will attach a butler for each guest during the stay. My butler named Dashan. He was warm and attentive, always eager to assist with planning my itinerary. His kindness and the other staffs made our stay even more memorable. They even provided afternoon tea, and the public terrace was another highlight—it was so cosy!🫠 The inn is also conveniently located, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Given the combination of comfort, stunning views, and excellent service, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this spot to others. Don’t miss out!

Excellent hotel, great views of the snow mountain and super friendly staff! 10/10 would recommend. The balcony has great views and the hotel decoration is very appealing! Will definitely come back again just for the location and views. They also have very healthy breakfast options that is great for digestion. Das B&B liegt in der Gasse der Bar Street, die nachts besonders belebt ist. Die Steinstraßen in der Altstadt von Lijiang sind für Trolleys nicht geeignet. Sie können den Chef im Voraus kontaktieren, um die Koffer mit einem Dreirad zu ziehen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich und die Chefin ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Snacks sind verfügbar.

Auf der Snow Mountain-Aussichtsplattform sah ich einen doppelten Regenbogen und eine brennende Wolke. Die schneebedeckten Berge sehen mit bloßem Auge spektakulärer aus als durch die Linse. Das B&B ist auch sehr schön, mit sorgfältig gepflegten Blumen und Pflanzen. Es fühlt sich an wie zu Hause, sauber und ruhig, und die Matratze ist mäßig weich und hart. Es war der bequemste und tiefste Schlaf, den ich während meiner Reise hatte. Der Chef ist sehr nett und freundlich und er hat sich fehlerfrei an die Essens- und Getränkeempfehlung des Chefs gehalten. . Diese Art des stressfreien Reisens ist so komfortabel.

Sehr gute Lage, an der Grenze der alten Stadt, nur über die Straße, leichter Zugang zu vielen Orten zu essen und Lebensmittelgeschäfte umgeben, einschließlich eines sehr guten Ortes zum Brot zu kaufen (wird ein Unterschied für die Westen, die im Frühstück Brot verwendet) Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, sauber, gut ausgestattet und das Personal war sehr nett. Ich kam vom Flughafen mit Taxi zum Hotel, ca CNY100. Das Hotelpersonal half mir auch, einen Van-Service anzuzeigen, um mich nach Dali, 2 1/2 Stunden Fahrt, für CNY100. Obwohl ich allein reiste, würde mein Zimmer mit einem Königinbett ein paar sehr komfortabel.
