Insgesamt war ich zufrieden, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften empfand ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als nicht optimal. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt an der Altstadt gelegen. Dadurch ist man schnell in die Stadt hinein- und wieder hinaus und findet inmitten des Trubels eine ruhige Oase. Der Innenhof ist mit nur neun Zimmern zwar klein, aber die Ausstattung ist neu und sauber. Die Zimmer selbst sind jedoch recht klein; es fehlte der Platz, um Koffer und Kleidung auszubreiten. Der Preis ist in der Hochsaison zudem recht hoch, und es handelt sich nicht um ein Zimmer mit Aussicht. Daher finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis persönlich nicht besonders gut. Anscheinend gibt es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, und die Fußbodenheizung ist nicht sehr warm; man benötigt zusätzliche Heizung für mehr Komfort. Der Service war jedoch ausgezeichnet. Ein freundlicher junger Mann half uns, indem er einen kleinen Gepäckwagen brachte (denn das Kopfsteinpflaster der Altstadt ist wirklich schwer zu begehen), und er half uns auch, die Raumtemperatur zu regulieren. Der Besitzer lud uns zum Tee ein. Die meisten Gäste hier sind Familien mittleren Alters im Urlaub, was für eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre sorgt.

We loved that breakfast, afternoon tea, and even laundry services were included. Review from Malaysian - worth every penny! 1. First and foremost, this place is a true definition of luxury. It's architecture and design is really well thought off with a dedicated private courtyard. Their common space has different section, giving you choices on where and what you would like to experience. Its interior spells luxury in every corner. They even have a fireplace which is actually a humidifier - very important for a cold place. 2. Secondly, as its name. It is the most carefree holiday we had, where everything is well prepared and well planned. 3. Last but not least, the hospitality.! Its owners are always around. We have multiple conversations beside the fireplace (legit fireplace) and when we depart, the most touching words was said - ”call us if there is anything as we are local people, we can help you” Totally recommend to stay here, true definition of ”atas”.

Der Service war ausgezeichnet und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Die Snacks und Getränke waren hervorragend. Die Holzkonstruktion des vergünstigten Zimmers wirkte angenehm, die Schalldämmung war jedoch mangelhaft; ich wurde vom Lärm des Nachbarn geweckt, der früh morgens eingecheckt hatte. Das Tatami-Zimmer auf dem Balkon, das auf den Werbefotos zu sehen war, war nun mit Blumen geschmückt.

Es war eine seltene Gelegenheit, während dieser Nebensaisonreise ein so zufriedenstellendes B&B zu finden. Das Personal begrüßte mich an der Tür und gab mir das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein. Das Willkommensobst war eine nette Geste. Die Einrichtungen waren komplett, sauber und es gab sogar eine Wäscherei, was sehr praktisch war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und dies war mit Abstand das zufriedenstellendste B&B, in dem ich während meiner mehrtägigen Reise nach Lijiang übernachtet habe. Der kleine Hofwagen war auch sehr praktisch zum Abholen. 👍

Room is spacious and clean, breakfast provided and walking distance to Baisha Ancient Town. Staffs are friendly and responsible - we had issues with the toilet and they helped us to change room immediately. Most importantly the puppies are very cute!

Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und half mit dem Gepäck. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr schön, gut belüftet und hell. Die Pension lag am Rande der Altstadt und bot einen ruhigen Rückzugsort inmitten des Trubels. Beim Spaziergang von der Pension in die Altstadt erlebte man die zunehmende Lebendigkeit der Menschenmassen, während der Rückweg vom Zentrum der Altstadt zur Pension eine allmähliche Rückkehr zur Ruhe brachte – zwei völlig unterschiedliche, aber beide wunderbare Erlebnisse.

The service during our stay here yesterday was truly outstanding, starting from the on-time & responsive driver who picked us up from the station, to the proactive & attentive hotel staff (a guy)👍🏻 What impressed us even more was that the hotel staff (a guy) had already prepared a luggage trolley to help the 3 of us carry our large & heavy suitcases (he had even contacted the trolley driver before we arrived). So when we arrived, everything was already well prepared👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This was anticipated by both us & the hotel staff due to the uneven stone paths in the area, which could have been risky for our luggage and less efficient otherwise We received very satisfying service overall, from the refreshing Americano welcome drinks upon our daytime arrival, the attentive hotel staff (a guy) who kindly helped us with many requests (sorry if we were troublesome), to the auntie who was warm & kind in preparing our breakfast and cleaning our room🙏🏻🙏🏻 The hotel has a warm “old classic” 1990s theme, in line with its location in Lijiang Old Town, making it very suitable for families. It feels like staying in a classic old house in Japan (for example Kyoto), giving a very cozy & family-friendly atmosphere. Inside the hotel, there is a small garden with a Chinese-style gate and gravel stones that feel very zen. You can sunbathe or simply sit there to calm yourself. It seems there used to be a cat as well, but according to the staff it's no longer there. So sad haha😂 The room was clean. The room heater worked well and was available only in the main bedroom (apparently), so the front futon room was not very warm. The bathroom was very advanced: an auto-flush toilet with a heated seat so we didn’t feel cold, a fully functional shower with both hot & cold water, complete amenities that were regularly replenished, daily room service, and a breakfast that was filling & delicious in the morning (we booked with breakfast). Most impressively, a high-end Dyson hair dryer was provided in the room! This's something we really need as women and is very hard to find in hotels in Indonesia (we are from Indonesia), as it works extremely wel👍🏻l I feel like I would bring my parents to stay here again next time, haha 5 stars for this hotel⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ich sehe die Halle im Internet als mein Lieblingshof, entschlossen, nach dem Eintritt in den Besitzer enthusiastisch, großzügig und schön. Zusammen reden und besonders entspannen. Wenn es nicht wegen der Zeitbeziehung wäre, würde ich wirklich mehr Tage wohnen. Das Frühstück ist besonders lecker und die Hände sind in der Tasche. Der Schöne Chef hat auch mit dem Abendessen eingeladen, und das Haus ist sehr gut. Nächstes Mal auf Urlaub, wir werden sicher noch mehr Tage leben. Der Schöne Chef trinkt Tee zusammen, ist deprimiert, zerstört 😊

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
