We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good! If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

Der Ort war wunderschön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Obwohl die Anreise etwas beschwerlich war, hat uns der Gastgeber immer pünktlich und zuverlässig zu unseren Zielen gefahren. Er war stets pünktlich und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Frühstück war inklusive. Wer möchte, kann auch im Restaurant essen. Das Essen war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig und absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben nirgendwo anders so ein tolles Erlebnis gehabt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Das Gästehaus ist ruhig und charmant, perfekt für Familien oder alle, die einen ungestörten Urlaub verbringen möchten. Ein Abhol- und Bringservice in der malerischen Umgebung ist selbstverständlich, aber das größte Lob verdient der Service des Gästehauses! Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam und offensichtlich bestens geschult. Wir hatten noch Maisbrot vom Abendessen im Restaurant übrig, und sie packten es für uns ein und stellten es in den Kühlschrank. Am nächsten Tag wärmten sie es für uns auf, damit wir es mitnehmen konnten, und legten sogar heimlich noch ein paar Stücke extra dazu, falls es nicht reichen sollte! [Tränen] Als ein Familienmitglied seinen Koffer im Hotel vergaß, war es zu spät, ihn abzuholen. Das Gästehaus half uns, eine Lösung zu finden und organisierte sogar, dass jemand den Koffer in die Stadt brachte und den Versand beschleunigte. Wir waren unglaublich gerührt! [Tränen] Absolut empfehlenswert!

Diese Pension ist einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist erstklassig, direkt am Landschaftsschutzgebiet Jiuzhaigou, alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe machen den Aufenthalt unglaublich komfortabel. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam; die Haushälterin Xiao Chen ist herzlich und hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, die Betten sind weich und Klimaanlage, Warmwasser und WLAN funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine separate Dusche und Toilette, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, die Einrichtung einzigartig, der Innenhof elegant und ruhig, und man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf die grünen Berge. Die Luft ist frisch, und der Aufenthalt insgesamt ist einfach perfekt. Es ist unglaublich preiswert; eine Übernachtung hier ist bei einem Besuch in Jiuzhaigou definitiv die richtige Wahl. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Room was pretty and comfortable with good amenities provided. Breakfast was simple and good. The outdoor bath we did not use as it was not very private so abit wasted. Everything else was good and we used the free transfer they provided to Jiu zhai gou. The place was not easy to find but managed to call the hotel via trip.com so everything was good. Had a good one night here!

As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

Absolut empfehlenswert! Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Lage ist großartig, ideal für Ausflüge nach Jiuzhaigou. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Bubble-Tea-Läden mit fairen Preisen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, komplett ausgestattet, mit hervorragender Heizung, einem beheizten WC, einem großen Spiegel und Waschbecken sowie angenehmer Beleuchtung. Wasser, Snacks, Kaffee etc. waren vorhanden. Die Zimmeraufteilung und -gestaltung waren sehr komfortabel, und das Zimmer bot ausreichend Platz für drei bis vier Personen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Jiuzhaigou ist einfach traumhaft! Ich werde definitiv wieder hier buchen!

Jiuzhaigou is a popular tourist destination, so hotels nearby are understandably expensive—especially during holidays. For that reason, I chose to stay a bit farther away, in a hostel instead of a hotel. This hostel recently reopened in 2025, which was one of the reasons I decided to give it a try. While the amenities are new, I noticed that cleanliness could use some improvement. There was visible dust in several corners and hard-to-reach areas, which gave the place a slightly unkempt feel. The bathroom, although newly fitted, also had minor drainage issues—the shower tended to clog a little, possibly due to accumulated hair. The hostel provides a laundry room, which I initially planned to use, but I didn’t feel entirely comfortable with the environment after entering, so I decided not to. They also offer a simple breakfast for an additional fee (around 15 CNY, if I remember correctly). It’s a nice option for travelers who want to grab a quick bite before heading out for hiking or sightseeing in Jiuzhaigou. I noticed that many reviews mentioned the owner as very welcoming and friendly. However, since I arrived late after visiting the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, I didn’t have much interaction with the owner myself. The next morning, I left early for my next destination in Huanglong, so my stay was quite brief. That said, I didn’t experience any discomfort or issues with the service—overall, everything felt perfectly fine. While I don’t expect hostel standards to match those of a hotel, I do believe that cleanliness is the foundation of a good stay. If this aspect improves, I think this place would definitely be worth booking.

Vom Busbahnhof sind es etwa 15 Gehminuten und bis zum Eingang von Jiuzhaigou etwa 30 Minuten. Es mag etwas weit erscheinen, aber man kann den Weg gut zu Fuß entlang des Flusses zurücklegen, nachdem man das Hotel verlassen hat. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und Geschäfte, sodass man alles Notwendige findet. An der Rezeption liegen Handtücher, Shampoo, Duschgel und Zahnbürsten bereit, die Ausstattung ist also sehr gut. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Die Wände sind mit Schallplatten und Filmplakaten dekoriert, was dem Hotel ein stilvolles Ambiente verleiht. Außerdem gibt es süße Katzen und drei Hunde.
